Sarah was so accommodating and easy to work with--she dropped the cake off at the assisted living facility where my grandma lives and the cake was a huge hit! My grandmother loved the flavor of the cake and said the decorations on top were lovely. Note: smash cakes are usually for first birthday parties so the kiddo can destroy a cake and everyone else gets to actually eat cake, but they're also the perfect size to give to a person who lives alone! I don't think my grandma understands what smash cakes are, but she certainly wasn't aware that was the original intent of her cake--chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and salted caramel buttercream. I've been hearing about it every single time I talk to her. Next time we need a special dessert for a family event, I'm recommending Flour Girl. I've been telling my family who live in DC about it!

Their pink boxes have become a recognizable object in Oshkosh! In a larger city the lack of no lot and further away street parking might be a hindrance, but being younger and able having to carry items halfway down a block hasn't impeded impulse stopping to buy. There is 1-2 spots of short term (15 min) parking in front, but every time I've been there they've been taken. The Lick the Bowl cupcake is my favorite option!

Today, Saturday, February 21, 2026, I stopped by this location to purchase the new Banana Pudding Single serving size bundt cake. I have a mobility challenge (4 extra metal legs, being use of an assistive device). The young lady behind the counter just stared at me, unwilling to assist me with opening the door; she did NOT greet me; she did NOT ask if she could help me with anything; she did NOT even crack a smile. Another lady came from the back & assisted me with my purchase; she assisted me with leaving, opening the door & walking with me, carrying my purchase/bag. Upon expressing my displeasure with the young lady at the counter. This employee mentioned that there have been MANY COMPLAINTS about this young lady's behavior & this young lady is THE STORE MANGER OF THIS NOTHING BUNDT CAKES LOCATION! I am an executive healthcare leader. If it were up to me this young lady would be immediately removed from her position!
