I went to this business based on the recommendation from my daughter-in-law who is originally from Two Rivers and now lives in Metro Detroit. There are a lot of good ice cream joints in Metro Detroit with many having premium ice cream and homemade waffle cones that is the standard for me that all others are measured against. Having said that, this business brings their own unique twist to this type of business with their signature house made cinnamon sugared donut cones and waffle bowls. Now I know not being from this area that this sounds a bit strange but it absolutely works where the the texture and flavor of the cinnamon sugared donut is a nice complement to the ice cream. On top of that, the ice cream is Cedar Crest which is made locally in Manitowoc just down the road. Overall I was quite pleased with the product and the super friendly staff that had the patience of dealing with my grandkids while they sampled away before finally choosing the ice cream of their choice. Anytime I can go out with my graandkids and have a nice memorable pleasant afternoon like this is a big win in my books. In summary if you are a fan of ice cream and/or donuts than you absolutely need to check this business out, especially the out of towners as it may be your only opportunity to have a donut cone/bowl. read more

A donut cone with marshmallow edges that are toasted with a cooking torch, then piled high with your choice of ice cream and chocolate syrup. The kid conut sundae is more than enough for one person to eat. The owner, Emilee Rysticken, is 21 years old and opened her first Scream 'N Conuts at the age of 17, just three days after her high school graduation! Scream'N Conuts....allow me to translate Ice cream and cones (made of donuts). A colorful building and a unique concept drew us to this little place in Trivers. As we were the only ones there, we got a chance to check things out and ask a few questions. The young lady who waited on us was very chipper and friendly. So we opted for conuts with chocolate lining. Conuts are not shaped like your average cone they have a cylindrical shape and come in a cup. Of course, they are made of doughnut ingredients. My wife went for vanilla. I'm a sucker for anything with cherries, so cherry cheesecake for me. Scoop after scoop went into our donut cones. Good thing they're in a cup, or you would be getting drips off your clothing. There were about twenty or so choices of ice cream. Some very colorful. The ice cream is from Cedarcrest in Manitowoc. They make pretty dang good ice cream. There are possibilities for sundaes and banana splits, conut style. However, I found the texture and sweetness of the conut just okay. Next time I stop I'll stick to the waffle cone. If you find yourself coming into Two Rivers from Manitowoc, look to the left just before you get to the bridge, You can't miss the place. Enjoyable ice cream experience during COVID-19. When this is all over, I'd like to go back again for a normal experience and see the interior. Ice cream is from Cedarcrest (excellent) with a good selection. A conut is kind of like a cone shaped baked donut with cinnamon sugar in a cone shape for the ice cream.
