This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!!! The service is terrible, there are 12 people working and apparently nobody in charge! I ordered one drink in the drive thru and was asked to pull up to the next window, after 5 cars get bags of food and drink I finally had to go in and get the drink, which they had not even made yet. Very solid McDonald experience. The meat was seasoned properly, which a lot of McDonald's forget to do. The pickles, meat and cheesed were properly centered and spaced. Our order was prompt and the staff were friendly. I asked for 2 cups of ice and we received 2 medium cups of ice. And our custom order was prepared as ordered. This was a great experience. read more

Well, I got what I ordered! I placed the order through the mobile ap ahead of time so once I actually got to the drive thru menu board it was fast to receive my food. It just took quite a while to REACH the menu board today. The drive thru line was about 10 cars deep, 5 ahead of us in either lane, and it wasn't moving for about 10 mins. I guess there was a shift change because we saw one employee leave, the line was stalled, then it picked up with different voices over the speaker. Understandable so I am only deducting one star. At least we had enough gas to run the ac and our ac was actually working (I would feel differently if I had to sit in a hot vehicle today though, it was a super spicy day!). I ordered a double cheeseburger, french fries chicken nuggets and a large fry when he brought it out, he asked me if I had a double cheeseburger and 10 nuggets I said yes when I looked at it, it was hamburger with no cheese and nothing on it. they are always slow and do not pay attention to their orders. read more

I will start off with the playground area . Great and good amount of space and the play equipment is good for all ages. The service is for the most part good. Most people were nice. The food on the other hand was 2nd worst food at any McDonald's ever. There is one worse in Oklahoma . But back to this location. Nuggets were not edible flat and hard ,maybe burnt not sure. The fries I could eat half of mine the other half were burnt to crisp. Or just hard ,none of them hot. Way to salty for me. I have been all over the US and this one comes in second on how bad the food is. The ice cream was good. Look at the pictures for my proof. Stopped in for a coffee, while most McDonald's are running the $1 any size this one is opting out of this promo. I can get other coffee anywhere the benefit to this promo was merely the price for the potency. I decided instead since this was not available to try the turtle iced coffee. I will say the flavor was good, but in the hurry of getting me in and out they did not make sure my cup was in tact and a hole was in my cup near the lid making it for a mess every time I picked it up. I fully understand speed and efficiency but quality control also has to be a focus at this location!! Instead I ended up with a huge mess in my car .... thanks but no thanks read more

It wouldn't allow him to sign in when he gave the code since my phone wasn't there they refused to give him mine and my child's order. When ordering two triple cheeseburgers I asked for no onions and asked at the end of the order to make sure they got the part where I said no onions and the lady taking my order replied "yeah" with some attitude. Then waited in line about 10mins and when I received my order I looked at my burgers to see they only put one slice of cheese and two pieces of meat on each burger when clearly the website shows three pieces of cheese and three pieces of meat. Had to wrap back around and wait in line again only to settle for them to put one piece of meat on excluding the cheese. What a waste of effort. read more

I never go inside but I always go through the drive-through. Employees are nice which I appreciate. My problem is that the blended drinks are never blended well. There's always big ice particles blended throughout the smoothie or frappe and I have to chew every sip. This happens almost every single time and it's very disappointing and unpleasant so I pretty much don't really go anymore. They always used to forget ketchup even when I asked too. read more

They always forget the side in the kids meal. The play area has been clean when taking my daughter to play.

I've only been three times since their most recent remodel. The decor is nice and trendy and they have two drive through lanes instead of one. But this McDonalds was built on a family place with a playground. I miss that. The food is consistent with other McDonalds, but it was a bit messy inside. The drive through experience was average. For being one of the top grossing McDonalds in the nation for such a long time, they can do better. read more

Let me start off by saying I don't normally post reviews and when I do I like to post positive ones. Customer service is what makes people want to come back to your establishment even if it is just McDonald's. I went to this location around 1145 today 3/8/2019 with my boyfriend and his children so they could eat and play. I went to my car to get my Starbucks coffee and when I came back in the manager on duty yelled at me from across the restaurant and told me I was not aloud to bring in outside food or beverages which is completely understandable if I wasn't patronizing the establishment. But we had bought food and drinks from there I just wanted my coffee. Instead of her coming up to me she decided to yell it across the restaurant and told me that there is a sign on the door. Which is highly inappropriate rude and unprofessional. I went to tell my boyfriend that I had to take the coffee back to the car and she peaked her head in the play area doesn't even approach the table and tells me no outside logos are aloud in the building that she was sorry it she doesn't make the rules it was corporates. Then taps her very long very tacky very fake false nail on the door fram and walks away. I have worked in the food service industry my entire life I get rules but I also get customer service. Since the manager was so polite in telling me she can't control the rules but corporate does I am posting this review in hopes of getting to corporate so maybe she can get retrained in customer service and health code violations. read more
