This location is straight garbage. Corporate needs to come take it over and fire everyone. 8 people in the restaurant and the excuse for the 1.5 hour wait for food is that you're slammed ?????? The problems in this store are from the bottom employee to the management. 1. Its dirty. Dirty floors, tables not cleaned, stacked dirty dishes. 2. Staff is lazy. If youve got time to lean against the counter at the pass and send text or Facebook or whatever it is, y'all are doing. Then you've got plenty of time to go out there and wipe the nasty tables off or to clean the floors or to do the dishes. 3. Cooks are too busy screwing around to get orders out in a timely manner. Food comes out cold because cooks don't prepare an order properly. Eggs shouldn't be sitting up on the pass while you're busy trying to cook the bacon or sausage or pancakes that are supposed to go with them. By the time whatever else it is, is ready to go, the eggs are stone cold. And most definitely do not stack plates with food on them on top of each other. 4. Managers. The managers in this restaurant have I don't give a sh!t attitudes. They'll have every excuse in the book as to why the restaurant is run so badly and it's always somebody else's fault. They will lie straight to your face to cover their own ass and get you to leave them alone. If you want a good IHOP experience, I would suggest bypassing this one and going to find another one because this one is not gonna change. Most disgusting iHop I've ever seen. There was dirt and straw all over the foyer. Immediately I saw plates of food stacked on one another in the pass through. The floors in the dining room were noticeably dirty with bits of food and debris everywhere. Long gone I guess are the days of having a person up front. When we were seated I saw watermarks on the table and a glop of something yellow that had been missed. I looked at the next table and asked if we could move- the waitress wanted to get huffy and told me the tables had 'just been bussed and cleaned'. I just pointed at the yellow smear of food. She got a rag wiped and dried the table. She was pleasant enough after that. However she never asked to refill my tea. The food; My sons pancakes were okay he said. He got coffee and she just left a carafe on the table. I got the regular eggs Benedict. I don't think the muffin was even toasted. I had to ask for butter so I could choke it down. Mind you it's late, I get it, but between the wait time when there's only 8 ppl in the restaurant waiting for food, *my party included 5* and the amount of times our waitress came to apologize was RIDICULOUS. I have mixed reviews. The hostess is barely existent. Whenever we are here, it seems like they wish we weren't. This is one of those places people tend to leave negative reviews only, and that's not really fair here. But once seated, the waiter/waitresses have always been super nice (except when the waitress is the hostess). I feel like there are "hot" time and "cold" times. If you are the only person in the building, and they are slow, it seems it'll be more of a "miss". When they are busy, and all pistons are firing, for this town they can be hard to beat! Came in today with my sister and told the host we waiting for my other sisters and mom, she was very nice and sat us at our table. This is where it goes south, the waitress came up to the table and didn't greet us just sighed and rolled her eyes and asked " how many of y'all are there gonna be?" They were crazy busy, as usual on a Sat morning, but they were well staffed to meet the demand. The staff were welcoming , courteous and seemed to work together well to get their guests taken care of. My biggest surprise was the food, with offerings to match my quirky tummy. I had the gluten friendly pancakes, the veggie egg white omelet and some of the best French fries ever! Even with all those customers, the bathroom was tidy and was obviously tended to between when I went on arrival and departure from the restaurant. Can't give the star they deserve which is zero, months ago fond short black hairs in my eggs, the waitress giggled as she walked off, thought I would get a burger from there today, meat so raw it still had hair and moped. I've been to this IHOP multiple times and never had an issue until this time. Came for lunch with my girlfriend and her her hash browns were literally burnt. Seriously, how can a server even dare bring food to a customer this visibly burnt. The waiter replaced the burnt hash browns with slightly less burnt ones after we pointed it out. Also, not once did they come by to check on how the food was (and they were not busy). Also, the waiter that dropped off the food was rather rude, just put the food on the table while talking to people on a different table and didn't even bother to ask which plate was mine and which was my girlfriend's; she didn't even look at us. To top it off, it took more than 30 minutes to receive our food even though the restaurant was nearly empty compared to the other times I've been there. The coffee could be better and the restrooms need some help, but great overall. Even when they are short staffed, the waitresses do a great job at keeping it all running.
