I've been renovating a rental up in twin peaks and I've been going through the drive-through at this McDonald's location for the last two months. I love McDonald's but this place is just horrible. I've gotten egg sandwiches that were freezing cold with cold hash browns. The last time I visited this location, the order was short a medium french fry. When my husband asked for the fries, the manager told us that we didn't order it. We asked if we could just purchase another fry but the manager kept saying that we didn't order it. He just didn't comprehend that we didn't care that the order was wrong, we just wanted our frenchfries and that we'd gladly pay. We finally got our fries and guess what? The fries were cold. How does this place stay in business? Seriously, the owner needs to look at this manager. He was so rude and argumentative. He's obviously not a good role model for other employees. There are a few people whom I adore that work at this location, but there is one person that needs a huge shout out! ANDRE! He is by far the sweetest & caring person. He has outstanding customer service & is willing to do whatever it takes. He has ALWAYS been beyond perfect EVERY time I go here. This man needs to be recognized for his hard work & dedication to the company. He is a perfect front face for outstanding customer service & a perfect example of how to treat customers. Went to this location at 9:50 pm on friday. Arrived at drive through speaker and an automated message repeated 4 times that the location was closed. I had already seen two cars in line at the window and drove to the window instead. Since there was another car at the window I asked the driver if they were open, He said yes, he heard the message too and pulled up to the window. I was told at the window that there was a 20 minute wait for food because 2 of the 3 cars in the parking lot waiting for their orders were "large orders" and the 4 employees working were not able to keep up with the demand. I asked how large the orders were and the manager would not tell me. I find it absurd that a Mcdonalds with 4 employees working would 1. Not be able to handle orders from cars with only a couple people in them. These were passenger vehicles, not suburbans or vand. 2. Turn on the auto message that the store is closed 10 minutes before they are. I do not visit mcdonalds often but I can assure you I will not ever visit this location again. My wife is pregnant and wanted a bigmac and chicken nuggets and these people could not handle that and instead lied about their workload. read more

At the drive-through window, I saw two employees inside the restaurant without their face masks pulled up. One of them was the guy sitting at the window, who tugged his mask on as I drove up. The other was the barista. Now, with every little ache or cough, I think about what I saw and wish I had asked for my money back and let my order go. The crestline mcD needs to fire everyone and start all over. Stopped by on Thursday at 8:22 am, went inside waited with other people no one came to counter to help. Very rude was helping drive thru. , so we ordered from Khios then waited , girl called # and tossed food on counter and left. I wish i could give this place no rating, but I've living here for over four years now and they never get the order right or they are so rude. I just got a hamburger from them and it's destroyed. It doesn't even look like a proper McDonalds burger, it's misplaced and i paid for extra sauce and they left it plain!!! It even says on the receipt extra sauce. The staff here is terrible, they screwed up my order and ignored me when I asked for a correction. This is also the second time they upsized my order when I said otherwise. Never order online. They let you order then do not tell you that they are out of something. You arrive to pick it up then they tell you they are out of what you ordered and that it is too late for them to defrost them. And they ask you to go wait in your car. What in the world would I want to do that for?! If I wanted to do that I would not have ordered online and just came and went through the drive thru. Then they offer me something else and say they will give me a discount as if I had the coupon o ly to turn around and say they can't now because they refunded me the online order. What in the world are they thinking or maybe they don't think at all and only know how to press the buttons on the cash register! I think I need to order out elsewhere from now on. Going to McDonalds you don't have a high expectation. But don't worry this one will still be sure to disappoint you. I stopped by to get my wife a hot mocha. Seems simple and straight forward. I waited at the register with no line for nearly 10 minutes while workers ran around saying they would "be right with you!". Finally someone stops to take my order and continues to struggle for ANOTHER 10 minutes convincing the register that I wanted to buy a hot mocha. After 2 workers come over and manage to use advanced teamwork to hit a button on a screen, I get my total, hand them some cash, and go to sit down. And in the famous words of billy mays, "BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!". First attempt, they bring out a strawberry shake and I remind them, no we ordered a hot mocha. 5 minutes later, they roll out with a ice blended mocha. Any other time I would cut my losses and just take it, but when it's 50 degrees and your pregnant wife has a sore throat and just wants a hot drink, I sent it back. Finally, they come out with a hot mocha. And just like that, the adventure of the hot mocha comes to an end. Seriously though for the $4.19 and 30 minutes you'll spend here, if you want a mocha, head up to blue jay and grab it at starbucks. read more

This is the WORST McDonald's ever!! They always have you wait forever in one of there three drive through parking spots. I don't get why this is the only fast food place that can't get it together. Also they often mess up the order and never even offer so much as a free drink for your inconvenience of having to come back to get it fixed. I wish there were more fast food places near by. DUMB, DUMBER, DISHONEST? I rarely go to any fast food places but my coffee maker stopped working and my wife said; just get a couple of coffee "LATTE " at McDonald's. They are okay, she mentioned. I went there and ordered 2 medium coffee LATTE; paid $5.58 got my 2 cups and went home. Well I got 2 regular cups of black! No even close to what I ordered. As I was driving back to exchange the coffee, I remembered that something was odd when I got to the window: a) the girl didn't confirm my order. b) she didn't give me a copy of my receipt. Got back to the drive thru window to exchange the coffee and the girl said; Oh our LATTE machine is broken! I replied that she didn't mentioned when I placed the order; then she said, I thought you wanted regular coffee! Really? I get charged for 2 LATTE's and she gave less for my $$. They are rude there fries are never fresh even where you ask for fresh fries they tell you that they are and they are stale they keep them under heat lamps. Way over priced for the crapy food that they serve I have no problem paying the prices if the food was fresh. read more

Alright so first off. I hardly ever leave reviews. But this mcdeys is SO bad that I feel I have to. I just moved to crestline. I've always been a fan of mcdonalds so I was happy there was one here. My first experience was a total waste of time. There was no one in front of me in the drive through. I asked for one meal. I had to wait on the side for it while others came and went. Strike 2, I swear whomever takes orders at the drive through is the worst. Having to repeat things multiple times for them to get it right. Strike 3 AND last. Just yesterday my girlfriend went to get food for everyone. She came back 45 minutes later. Saying that the staff mentioned they were understaffed. She was asked to wait on the side (as usual per this mcdonalds) as more people came and went. She eventually had to get down and go inside in order to get the food. On top of all of this. The food tastes really really bad here. I know it's not too quality burgers but it doesn't taste like mcdonalds it taste like cardboard. Please find new management and staff. read more

This Mcdonalds has put a lot of effort in making their customers satisfied. It is obvious they go the extra mile to put a smile on your face. I am personally beyond appreciative of the great service and attitudes. On very rare occasion has my order ever been incomplete/ wrong/not fresh. (When and if there has been a problem my order has been replaced with a sincere apology and smile.) I'm sure that if this wasn't the one game in town, people would go elsewhere. They really have trouble getting an order right, much less hot and fresh. It's a clear case of the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. On this particular occasion, I ordered a Filet of Fish sandwich combo with no sauce and extra cheese. Had to wait because it was a special order. Since they have gotten orders wrong before, I checked with the cashier to make sure there was no sauce and she confirmed the order was correct. So, when I got home, I noticed the box and the receipt BOTH indicated no sauce, extra cheese. What I found was that it was smothered in sauce (but to their benefit) it had the extra cheese. The fries were barely warm. I called the number on the receipt and explained the situation and the girl who answered said "that sucks." I asked what she meant and she replied that it sucked that the order was incorrect and did I want to come back? Many of the locals I've talked to say this McDonalds is a joke. read more

The facility is convenient for sitting down to have your morning coffee before heading to work or to relax while using their Wi Fi. The thing I don't like about McDonalds is their parking lot is rather small and if you have to park the spots are rather narrow. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean with no rats smoking cigarettes and their ashes wind up on your hamburger. read more
