Quick service and the staff were friendly. I asked one of the staff members in regards a near by grocery and she was kind enough to direct me to the nearest in the area. We were able to find everything else we were needing right away. read more

Georgie was a pleasant surprise to talk to. I had only a couple items, and the store was dead, but she provided an experience that will be quite memorable. An absolute sharp person, I could not only tell her eyes were on the shady characters roaming the store, but provided wonderful conversational insight. This 7-Eleven is usually very clean, though it sometimes has a slight barf odor... I don't know what causes that. The staff is consistent and friendly, and are usually right on top of the nacho machine - you know how that hot cheese always runs out. Stick around for a while and you might hear some interesting or funny stories. They did get upset at me for taking a photograph of a hotdog, though :( read more

Love me my 7-Eleven's!! Fond memories of paying video games after school in my local 7-Eleven. This one is a huge life-saver when we vacation in Crestline. I think the managers know that we out-of-towners will always forget the normal stuff - and they stock it! There is only one Grocery store in town... and these guys know it. Had to go in for cereal and milk for morning breakfast - as we arrived late and the grocery store was already closed. Surprisingly good selection! read more

We were in today at 7:30. Haven't been in here for a while, and I might say, we were impressed! They had all the essential items for this pandemic including wrapped doughnuts, hand sanitizer to pump for the people with no gloves on and also provided gloves! The lines were going fast and efficient and the staff was very helpful. I had 18 pages to fax, so I was looking around the store and was very impressed. read more

I have been going here for years. It used to be decent. For a while it has gone downhill. The wait for this 'convenience' store is just getting longer and longer. I have to pay cash when I get gas because their pumps get scammed and the line is so slow. I stopped to get a drink and the line was so long and slow I didn't get it. It is very possible that you can get what you need faster at Goodwin's. Maybe not but it would be close. read more

The older woman who works at the front (might be the manager) made an extremely smug and rude remark to me and my boyfriend while purchasing our drinks, I had to ask her if she was joking to which she replied "no". Convenience store is standard. It has a gas station associated with it. It has everything you need. Customer service definitely needs a major improvement. Cleanliness could also improve. When you live on the mountain, you are used to small selections and places closing early, but 7-11 is the opposite. It's open 24/7, has an amazing selection, and is nearby the grocery store, so it's easy to get to. I love going there! read more

The people that work at this 7-11 are great always friendly and nice and they have the best late night munchies....and they are always open even on Christmas sad to make people work on Christmas hopefully they paid them well for it!! read more

I like the 7Eleven. It keeps their beverages at a very cold temperature which is why I usually buy them from here. Their service, however, is sometimes very slow. One time there was no one at the register for a while as I waited at the register and no one came to help me for several minutes so just left and bought my things elsewhere. There are often long slow lines. Often it is the other customers who slow things up, but as I said there are frequently long slow lines here. Also, the parking lot is horrible. This is a great go-to place on the mountain! There isn't much fast food on the mountain and they have a big selection of snacks and small meals. In a hurry you can get a cheese pizza for only $5. I was surprised to find out the milk prices are cheaper than the grocery stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need it. Feel free to ask questions about the mountain if you need help. It is closely located to the lake. Their gas prices aren't too bad for a small mountain community. Much better than some places on the drive to Big Bear for sure! It is also very convenient having a Red Box by their front entrance. All these small conveniences are very accommodating when in such a small community! read more

Overall a nice, well-stocked 7-11. I come here to get propane and the occasional movie from Redbox. Some of the people working here are a bit rude however overall haven't had a bad experience when coming here. A plus is that they do carry the flavor of Arizona I enjoy to drink (strawberry lemonade) and located pretty much right around the corner from my house. read more
