I called AAA for a tow back to the tire shop, and the owner told me that I ran over something and cause the flat. I told him where or how far I drove and there was no way I could have ran over something that quickly. So needless to say I had to pay for another tire. Triple A contacted Jan's Towing to provide me with towing service. I waited less than 35 minutes for the tow to arrive on a very busy afternoon. The wait time was no issue whatsoever. Jan's Towing sent a flatbed truck to my location and a very friendly, hardworking, and supportive driver. The driver had my truck on the flatbed in less than ten minutes. He also inspected the entire bottom of my truck while it was on the flatbed and advised me that it did not appear to be leaking any fluid, which was a huge relief. The driver delivered my truck to my driveway and offered words of encouragement by saying that "yes, it was unfortunate that I was involved in an accident, but on the bright side, no one was injured or worse, and that everything will be ok" Those words were very comforting and put this ordeal in perspective for my family and me Thank you for the great customer service.
