Went in on a Saturday morning and I ordered from the self checkout area. There was one more person in the dining area. I ordered two sausage burritos, a coffee, and hash brown. It took exactly 15 minutes for them to get me my order. Totally unacceptable for fast food! There were two more people that came in, one of them got there order before me and that customer wasn't happy with attitude of one of the workers as they exchanged words as he got his food. As for the food, the burritos were as expected, the coffee was good and piping hot, the hash browns tasted like old fryer oil. I will not be back read more

Drive through order inaccurate ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no onion I get a quarter pound no cheese or onion. Waiting at the window for order the girl asked if I had my drink I said no so she proceeded to hand me my food. We ordered a Medium Diet Coke no ice and a Medium Ice Coffee with French Vanilla and Caramel. They gave us a small Root Beer with ice and the ice coffee which tasted weird. Then when we asked if this is a medium the girl goes yes like no it's a small. Then she turned her back and wouldn't open the window to fix the order. I went in on Saturday the 7th on Plainfield Like Cranston and received the worst service there. I waited about 15 minutes or more just to order a Ice Coffee. No one was Manning the front to take orders. The Manager didn't even check the front. She was just filling the orders. I had to call some girl worker over to take our order. She said well I guess I can take your order. The drive through was their focus because it was backed up. The girl that took my order was more concerned about leaving than taking orders. Stopped here on the way back from a weekend in Newport with my bridal party. Walked into an already angry crowd who was waiting for food for a half an hour but I try not to be judgmental of the situation. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic. There were maybe 10 workers on staff. Some were complaining about not getting their break, which having worked in the food industry is just ridiculous to complain about. You need to take care of the customers first. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and only waited this long because we had already paid at the kiosk. Customers were coming inside from the drive-thru because it had taken so long. At this point customers were turning other ones away at the door. It seems as though this is a constant issue at this particular location..This place should be completely retrained and restaffed. I live close by so it's very convenient, unfortunately like all McDonald's I've been too the drive thru takes precedence. Food is fine,never had any issues with it. Staff have always been fine too. Now one thing I noticed lately tho ( No Fault to this Facility) and don't want to sound insensitive but it has been a hang out for people that have some obvious mental conditions or ( the new state wide craze ) panhandlers just waiting to take over their next corner shift. read more
