I ordered two Sausage McMuffins and two hash browns at 09:53 on 7/7/2024. The sandwiches were fine. The hashbrowns were both cooked to oblivion. No moisture left in them AT ALL!! (not exaggerating) And loaded with grease. I tossed them out for the crows, who did not seem very impressed with the offering. I will not be returning to this McDonalds again. Ever. And the likelihood of my visiting ANY McDonalds in the future just went way down. read more

Well last time I came to this mcdonalds which was a few years ago, I came to this mcdonalds, Last time I was here you couldn't place an order through the front counter, you had to do it through the machines, so customer service is non existent, and It's because the workers here didn't speak english. That's a major issue, and when they handed customers their food they didn't say anything to them, not even a thank you, and when they're communicating as a team it's in hindi or something, so that tells me, they don't have customer service, I also witnessed a sandwich being dropped on the floor and they picked it up, put it in the customers bag and handed it to the person coming through the drive thru. Poor guy didn't know his sandwich was on the nasty floor. Stay away from here! read more

I went in this morning, Wednesday, May 8 around 7:50 AM. The lady working the register was very sweet and tried to help me because she had not heard about the free breakfast for teacher appreciation week. When she asked her manager to come over and said she had a question, the manager yelled at her that she's not taking questions right now. While the woman at the register tried to explain that I'm showing her on my phone that there is a ad from McDonald's, the manager ignores her and ignores me. It was very rude. People that are rude to their employees and customers should not be in charge. Do better. read more

Ordered a chocolate shake at the kiosk. A few minutes after paying a manager appeared to inform me they had no ice cream. Guess they were too lazy to clean out the machines. There are no other desserts available there. Only giving them the one star because that's the least I could give them to post this review. read more

Like I've said about other well-known businesses- you'd have to be living under a rock not to know about this place or what it serves. This review is strictly about my customer service encounters here. I like McDonalds, because almost every time, it is predictable in food quality, menu selection, and at least for this location, quality customer service. 5 stars is not a claim that McDonalds services the best hamburger or fry selection in our community- it is a claim that what they DO, they do consistently well. This particular location has almost always provided an accurate order, acceptable customer service, and intentional cleanliness on the premises. I have been shorted a sauce before? Sure. Have I gotten a Diet Coke instead of a regular coke before? Sure. Are the employees almost always just friendly enough? You bet. The important thing, is that I recognize I am going to a fast food establishment that almost certainly pays its employees on the lower end of the pay scale. And considering all of this- I think the service here is above par for McDonalds. read more

OMG, I don't hold a super high bar for McDonald's, but our latest visit was just ridiculous. First we were told that they "weren't serving big macs" tonight because they were out of the buns... so we ordered other items. When we got to the window to pay, the cashier read back the order and it was completely wrong so we recited it again to get it corrected. When we got to the window to get the food the fries were still the wrong size but the person corrected it on the spot.... we checked the bag and everything finally looked good so we headed home to eat. The drinks were good and the fries were fresh. Then we got to the burgers.... they actually gave us a burger that was missing the bottom bun! Clearly no sense of QC or even BASIC attention to the job at hand. I called the manager to inform her what was happening with her staff. She listened and offered a replacement meal on our next visit (which i declined) but didn't seem surprised or startled at the report of what happened other than to say they were short handed. read more

McDonald's - Really!? How do you miss the bottom bun when putting it in the box? Just meat, sauce and cheese straight on to the cardboard. - Burgers Near Me - Covington, Washington

The staff is friendly, the tables are clean I haven't had any real issues here, food is pretty good I enjoy coming here.

The food gives me a stomachache every time I eat it butt The sweet tea is absolutely scrumdiddlyumptious last night I went to get french fries and they burnt my mouth that night I cried for three hours. Because of my fries. read more

Good food terrible service. I was the only car in the drive thru no one was answering at the order stand after 2 min A car pulled up and ordered right away at that stand. After 2 more minutes I backed out and pulled up at the other lane and was told to wait a min. I was thinking that the other lane must not be working. Then while I was waiting another car pulled into the other lane and was served right away. I don't know why I was there 6 min being ignored. If you have to come to this McDonald's just go inside. They don't know how to run a drive through. read more

McDonald's - a hamburger in a box - Burgers Near Me - Covington, Washington

Drive thru employee does not understand what cold french fries are and an automated attendant would be better at taking a food order. My quarterly big mac attack resulted in a grease coated torn hamburger bun, cold fries, and they even shorted the children out of their TWO Disney 100 characters. I thought owners had to be vetted to own a McDonald's, or at least held to a standard. Remember your Six Steps people, remember your QSC. read more

No ice cream again? No milkshake! It's a never ending problem that needs to be addressed.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too . It's about 2am last Saturday night, we're trying to order food and the drive through is taking forever. We over hear the person taking the order with the customer in front of us . This lady that was taking the order must have been high . She kept forgetting what the sustainer asked for and kept laughing over nothing . I swear we sat in that line for over 15 min for that one car that was having to deal with her . To top it all off all of our food wasn't even warm , it was as if it had been sitting out all night read more

This MacDonals charge a take out fee. What's the deal? MacDonalds IS a take out restaurant.

I come to this location cause it's close and not because it's a good location. This time I came in to order and it was a shit show. Let me start of with someone ordered before I did and then someone ordered after I did. When they were rolling out orders they gave the guy who ordered after me his order first before they gave me my order or the guy's order before me. we all ordered about 2 to 3 items. This really pissed me off. While I was waiting for my order, a lady game in and was complaining about how the ice tea tasted like the machine has never been cleaned in years! She said she called and they just hung up in her so she came in person to get a refund and she asked for corporate's number and the manager's name and number and she was basically told that they don't have the time to give her that information which is really shitty customer service!! On top of that when I got back to the car, my husband told me a mini van came after I ordered and left with their order before I even got back to the car. The store really needs to learn time management and How to talk and treat their customers!!! This makes me not want to come back to this location and this is not the first time I had an issue with service! read more

If I could give less k would. They wouldn't give me my fries they don't do liver to my area

20 plus minute wait in drive through, only to be told by the manager (who has no idea how uber eats works) that they gave the order to someone else, and it was my fault for "being late" when I literally got the order across the street, drove over and got in line. Abusive treatment on top of their mistake? Find a better night manager. read more

We stopped in today for a late lunch. I order the four strip chicken tenders meal and my partner ordered a cheese burger, fish o fillet and two strawberry and cream pies. Everything was good except for the pies, they were so old that the filling was rubbery and dry. Also the sweet tea dispenser was completely empty. It wasn't that busy when we were there. This is your typical McDonalds. Nothing special read more

Where is the owner, district manager, GM, HQ, and all of the other supervisor checks and balances for this place?!?! My biggest grip, fill up your smoothies, you're stealing by shorting every cup! This trip was by far the worst I've ever had there. I went inside which was a HUGE mistake! The unfortunate teenager working the register had absolutely no idea what he was doing. The person in front of me was taking forever so I ordered all of my smoothie and drink orders through the kiosk. I had to go back to the register because the buy one get on free coupon has to be paid for at the register. The kiosk won't accept it (McDonald's validation code). I walked back and let the employee at the register know that I had a McD's coupon for a buy one get one free sandwich. He stared at it for a min and let me know that he didn't know how to do it. He tried to flag down several employees but they weren't able to assist. The manager (lady) came over and told him that he needed to ring in the burgers first then come find her. She walked away. Seriously!?!? Are you kidding me? This kid had no idea how to do it and I have to wait because you didn't properly train him. He entered the burgers then said he would have to go find her. WOW! Great customer service and support of your totally untrained employee. She walked back mad, accepted the coupon while yelling at him to come back and work the register. She quickly walked away and the employee had no idea what to do next. My current total was for over $15.00 for a single quarter pounder with cheese. Obviously, he messed up the entire order. My drink order was waiting up on the counter by this time. The smoothies take the longest to make but I received them before I was able to place a burger order! He had added items that I never asked for. Why? It's because he's frustrated and not able to concentrate due to be untrained. I told him to forget it and left. As I was leaving, the manager yelled to the back that someone needed to take the employee's place because he didn't know what he was doing. You have to train and leave someone with them until they can complete the job. If you trained him then that's even worse because he doesn't know what he's doing. I felt really bad for him. This was not his fault! Terrible management style! Terrible customer service (by the manager)! McDonalds Corporate should take their signs off of the building, it's a complete embarrassment. The owner should take some ownership in his/her business! read more

I just need to give this McD's a shoutout for their Christmas Day service! There were so many people inside and in drive thru but they kept everything running smoothly and efficiently! I mean its McDs... they are fast and usually non-chatty which is the point. My breakfast burritos were ok, but the hashbrowns were steaming hot! yum. The kids like saying anything that has bacon, egg and cheese. And peeling the new Monopoly pieces. Odd note: after ordering the burritos, she says, do you want hot sauce? I say, no. But what comes up on the reader board, 2 hot sauces. wierd. So I look in the bag, and lo and behold, 3 packets of hot sauce. I tell the gal at the window, I didnt order these, she asked, I said no, and they showed up on the board anyways. She said, Oh, she must not have understood you. She understood my entire order, but not the word 'no'? Ahh... well.. it was waaay too early in the morning and I was clearly easily irritated. read more

Horrible location. It sucks because it was just Newley renovated and it's beautiful inside. It starts with walking in the front door, I had to walk thru a cloud of cigarette smoke coming from two workers on break with uniforms on, about 3 ft from the entrance. This McDonald's can be both the best and the worst at times. Multiple times I pulled up to the drive-through speaker and had to wait 5 to 10 minutes and nobody talks over the loudspeaker. I have had to drive up to the window to let them even know I was in the drive-through. I've also had issues with them when I order a particular type of soda and get over to pick up my food only to find they have given me a different one. It wasn't a mistake, they just didn't carry the soda that I ordered anymore and nobody bothered telling me. I don't mind if they are out of a certain type of soda; just let me know, so I can pick what you're going to substitute it with. Other than that, It's a fantastic McDonald's. I've had times when I've gone through and they asked if I wanted to wait a couple of extra seconds to get fresher fries. One time they even made a mistake and gave me an extra three boxes of fries that I had ordered and they told me to "just go ahead" and I went home with three extra large fries read more

I have never experienced a worse McDonalds! This place is pathetic. Even the poor employees know how bad it is. They're cowering in their skis as they tell you in tears that the manager doesn't GAF and don't know what to do or how to make it better. That is some sorry ass shit! read more
