My quarter pounder had slime in the middle of the burger and the fries smelled like male sperm

this is the 3rd time in a row that i've been lied to about sauces being in my damn bags!!! two workers tonight told me to my face with clear eye contact that sauces have been included. i ordered 40 pieces and a happy meal chicken nuggets with noooo sauces!!! i don't want to hold up their lines by checking every bag - i should be able to confidently leave knowing that they took care of my $40 order. moving forward i am going to have them go through my bags for me and show me the sauce!!!! i know...i should take personal responsibility and look myself - but this is literally their job and not mine. ugh!!! read more

Horrible customer service lady was rude we couldn't even get the right order so we just got whatever she put on the screen , lady was sitting on a ladder at window and had mask under chin read more

Came here a little after midnight on a Wednesday. The wait time was horrendous, they forgot to give me my drink, forgot to give me my card and also didn't give me a receipt. At least they asked if I wanted ketchup. read more

A sign in the window says the dining room is open, but once you get out of your car and walk up to the door, a sign on the door says the dining room is CLOSED. 9 minutes to receive my curbside order. Trashcans outside are filled past capacity. When the employees bring your order to curbside, theY practically dump and run, hoping you don't ask for anything that would require them to walk back in to retrieve. 11:40am and an employee parked his mustang in curbside space 6. It's only a mustang. read more

Cashier (girl) who took my order needs to learn mannerism/ customer service communication skills @4:22pm. Rude AF. This location is the absolute worst! I come here a few times a month because my kids like their INSANELY OVER PRICED breakfast. I have continued coming to this location because it is simply the closest one to me but it's anything but convenient. They have never once gotten my order correct. It is always missing something or the wrong items. Then when I tell them what's wrong they just say well that's what you ordered even though I show them the receipt! The absolute worst. Come on guys figure it out it's not rocket science! read more

Zero starts man they messed up my order and I had to wait in this long ass drive thru line again to get my stuff corrected because they couldn't hand it to me!!! When they messed up in the first place I'm fkn mad!!!! read more

I ordered the Travis Scott meal and they forgot the bbq sauce. I'm already home and extremely upset. I don't need to remind you of a big portion of the meal. It's like forgetting to give me fries. What will you do about this? read more

Do not come here. There computer went down and it took over 20 minutes, after we placed our order, for them to start helping other customers who came after us. My kids are crying and we are still waiting. No apologies and they gave us an attitude when I asked for my kids food first so they could start eating. Worst customer service ever. read more

If I can give ZERO stars I would. This place has horrible service. Burnt fries no tarter sauce on my filet o fish lol they have gotten worse and worse as time goes by. The manager has a damn attitude all the time. she does not do a good job at managing that restaurant. I tried calling and the phone no answer. I try and give a chance but I always get burned! read more

It's 8 pm in the drive thru of McDonald's. It is dead. No customers. I ordered 4 burgers and a large fry. There's no one in the drive thru. Not before me. Not after. I pay, and get to the second window. They are very quick to park me. That's not how u treat a guest. Don't take my money right away but ask me to park so you guys can check off the order and the drive thru times stay low. The whole entire time I sat here waiting for my food.... THERE WAS STILL NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU. NOT EVEN WHEN THE GIRL CAME OUT WAS THERE ANYONE ORDERING OR WAITING. as a customer, I would appreciate the same quickness you guys are at receiving payment as you would be handing out the food I already payed for. And when I asked the girl at the window why am I being parked, she just said I just do as I'm told. So I'm not surprised why this place has a 1.5 star. Next time, I'm refusing to park. You made the experience bad for me so you managers can look good with your numbers. Why cheat to look good? read more

When I Google it said they are open until 1:30am every day. Here on Yelp it says 24/7 but last night I went at 11:30pm and it was closed all around, even the lights outside around the restaurant where shut down, I can understand the walk in section been closed but drive-thru???? I noticed they were employees inside, so I don't know if the times displayed on the internet and Yelp are wrong. I figured maybe they are doing some kind of clean up, I went to grocery store to buy some things and kill a little time, came back 30 minutes later and they were still closed..it's the closest McDonald's to me and I wish they get the times right for customers not to be confused..it's not right read more

Absolutely disappointed, customer service here is beyond bad to start of i had asked for SPICY! Mc Chickens and they gave me a Mc Chicken then I've asked for easy mayo on them and its like if I asked for them to actually pour double spoons of Mayo ‍ I've asked for ranch and ketchup and they said if I had ordered chicken nuggets then I was allowed to have 1 ranch and 2 ketchups . Really ??????? I guess ohh and like always they forgot my the apple slices in the Happy Meal . read more

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. It's close to my house so I go here more than other locations. The food is what you expect but the service is consistently bad. The employees always have a bad attitude and act like they hate being there. They treat you like your not really there, hanging the bag out of the window with no acknowledgement. They never offer condiments, or cream and sugar for your coffee. The experience is not what you expect and not the experience I get at other locations. I know the employees may not be excited to be working there but it's their job. If you don't want to do it than don't. But not doing your job well and not treating costumers with respect is wrong and I will probably go else where. I worked at McDonald's when I was in high school. I know what it's like. I was not disrespectful like these workers. I'm tired of this location. read more

Absolutely horrible service given by the lady manager! She's on her phone walking around. Didn't greet me at the window. And I needed my drink to be remade because of no syrup. I come directly to McDonalds for the sprite. she wanted to be rude. And stated that she was short staffed and would not change the bag. We received a refund. She said out loud to her employees to gladly make us wait as we needed our card back for the refund. I'll never go back this location. I've had some bad service from McDonald's but this takes it to the next level. I'd give no starts read more

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional staff , I highly do not recommend this place to eat Ordered food With my girlfriend waited almost 10 mins at this so called " Fast Food" and woke up the next day with Food poisoning The Local Food health department needs to recheck this place Before they hurt or give anyone else Sick Food poisoning seems rampant with this McDonald's Go find something else to eat Save your selfs the suffering and pain of Food poisoning!!!!! Unless you're into that I hope higher management sees this problem with this location and does something about it ! read more

It was jam packed on the freeway heading out to the Palm Springs area. We were getting very hungry so we pulled over to grab something quick at this McDonald's. McDonald's food is definitely not good for you, but at least they share how bad it is for you with the nutritional facts they put on each wrapper or box. We needed something quick and filling and this provided the fix. I've always found it is best to stay simple with McDonald's. We went with hamburgers and cheeseburgers and then their chicken McNuggets. Their hamburgers and cheeseburger are simple but okay (not In-N-Out but you could do worse). In terms of their chicken McNuggets, they use mostly white meat now. I remember when they used that more processed chicken mystery meat. Though these new McNuggets are probably better for you, the old processed ones were definitely more flavorful. The dipping sauces are okay--sweet and sour, honey, hot mustard, ranch, and barbecue sauce. I like their barbecue sauce better than other fast food places. McDonald's uses that sweet tasting barbecue sauce while many other fast food places use that less sweet, bolder barbecue sauce. Like the chicken McNuggets, the apple pies are not what they used to be. They are baked now. They used to be deep fried--nice and crispy outside with a hot (very hot) apple center. McDonald's used to carry deep fried cherry pies too. But like the Chicken Littles at KFC (as reviewed by Jolie D.), the deep fried pies are no more. The service here was friendly and very quick. The decor was your standard McDonald's interior. This McDonald's was slightly smaller than other McDonald's locations. The one unique decor element was a golf cart-looking table in the center of the restaurant. read more

After having been to this McDonald's several times, I came on Yelp to see if the reviews matched my experience. They do. This place is always out of whatever I want to order. Kinda bizzare and I can't believe this place makes any money. There needs to be somebody who can replace the current manager. I'll go to the location on 6th instead. read more

Stopped by on my way into work and ordered some breakfast. Got the window and handed her my ATM card. Went through the drive through and the male mgr didn't how to handle a gift card correctly and when I told him that that's so idiotic he told me f you !!! Horrible service. Drove up to order, waited and another vehicle drove up to the other side and was able to order right away. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese meal with a small mocha frappe. Got to my office and was missing the hash brown. ‍thanks for ruining the start of my day! read more

The worst! The employees are rude and treated customers more like a cattle call than customers. I walked in, with a broken foot (wearing a walking boot) and almost went to the ground. They had a caution wet floor sign up however these floors were not wet, they were oily and slippery. I almost went to the ground and had to hold on to the counter and walls the walk. As I came in and almost fell, I said "whoa this is slippery and dangerous." No one said anything so as I made it to the register to order, I said again, "wow, these floors are really slippery." In a stern and rather rude voice she said, "I know mam, I heard you! We are working on it." I said, wow, "wow no need to be rude about it, I just didn't know you heard me." She then said, I wasn't. Then I went past that and ordered several gift cards...she proceeded to tell me they were out of gift cards and to try back. How does a place run out gift cards? They just lost a sale and a customer. Not impressed! read more

This place sucks. They messed up my order at the window missing a few times and when I tried to pay them at the other window where you picked up the food they told me to go around the drive they lane which was like a 20 min wait. Food is consistent; service is not. Sometimes it's great...the last few times not so much. I was there with my 3 and 5 year olds fir lunch and our order was totally missed. Waited 15 minutes and asked; the manager and cashier whispered about who screwed up and blamed each other. No explanation to me; no apology. In fact, the manger pretended I wasn't standing there. Took another 10 minutes; I finally ditched the chicken sandwich and asked for a Big Mac as those were pumping out just fine. The manger tossed a Big Mac on my tray and walked away. I asked what happened; she reluctantly came back and blamed the fact that one if her workers called in sick...even though they were staffed just fine. Still no apology or credit for the difference in the sandwich. If my kids didn't love it there so much, I would never go back. read more

Well remodeled McDonalds very nice staff and service, and it looks a lot better than the old golf theme they had . Even with all the construction going on at the freeway around this McDonalds, they are still open 24/7 and provide quality food and service. Way to go! read more
