There were about 8 people ahead of me and the wait was still pretty quick. They took my order without any hassle and got my food out fast. Ambiance: 4 stars. It's a simple order, grab your food, and go spot, so there are no tables or seating. It was clean inside, though. Food: 5 stars. This is probably the best cheesesteak in this area of Maryland. The meat was actually seasoned and still juicy, and you can see that in my photos. It was piled onto a toasted roll with grilled onions, and the Cooper Sharp cheese brought up the rear and took the flavor to the next level. Every bite was flavorful. If I'm ever in the area again, I'm coming back.

Fiesty Feta dip didn't disappoint and they are so generous with the tasty Gyro meat portion. This location is consistent with the quality that we're used to from the original location. Pickup service was fast and seamless and Trinity took great care of us. Make this stop when in Columbia for some of the best Greek in the DMV!

The first time I visited the Columbia location was in March 2024, where I redeemed a green leprechaun lemonade, but I had already eaten or had other dinner plans. My first visit to get food was in July 2024. This was my girlfriend's first time at Raising Cane's. She loved it as did I per the other times I had in the past including the first time trying them in AZ in mid 2010's. I visited Cane's Columbia a couple of other times in the past two years. Always great chicken strips, fries, & Texas toast. I'm not a big coleslaw person, but I like theirs ok. I normally get half sweet/half unsweet tea, which is delicious freshly brewed. It's often busy, but staff is cordial, and pretty organized and efficient.

I don't even know why I'm reviewing a McDonalds, since if you're eating here you should know what you're getting. But alas I'm a sucker for fast food and this is the only McDonalds in the area. A few months ago I went to drivethru later at night and it took 20 minutes to get my food, and they got it wrong. It was like 2am and I was pissed so I drove back and had them correct it, and they got it wrong again. How hard is it to put 2 boxes of corn nuggets and a big mac in a bag you retards? Other time I made the mistake of going in because they have a bluray redbox there and I wanted to get a movie with my delicious corn byproduct. It was 11pm and there were about 10 really loud, rowdy kids that were cussing very loudly, using the chairs like a dip machine for some kind of late night workout, and they were eyeing up my girlfriends purse the whole time. While this was happening another group of young kids freely wandered from the from the front to behind the counter with bags and a cell phone, no I'm not kidding. It felt really unsafe and I wanted to leave but again these incompetent dbags took 20 minutes to assemble 2 boxes of corn nuggets and an egg mcmuffin. Although to their credit they got the order right this time. You swing enough times you're gonna hit the ball, good job kiddos. read more

This place has the slowest service of any McDonald's I've been to. I come here several times a week because I work right next to it and there's not too many options for a quick meal. Even when I am the only one waiting for food, it still takes at least 10-15 minutes just for a snack wrap and a cup! The drive through always takes about 30 minutes at least. They recently renovated the whole building and it is much nicer, and there are always plenty of employees working, but in my opinion these people are too slow to work in a fast food restaurant. Update: I waited for 35 minutes for a coffee as other people who ordered after me got their full meals. Don't know why I still go there. read more

This has to be the most careless McD's drive-thru anywhere. Always, and I mean always, check you order for the correct items and amounts. Asked for chocolate shake, got vanilla. Asked for honey mustard sauce, got sweet&sour. Shake but no straw. Asked for fries, didn't get them. On and on and on it goes. If you like to go to McDonald's, this is a great location. I live down the street from this place and I love it. Their food is always hot and ready on time. I will warn you though, the drive-thru is usually very busy. It's usually just quicker to go inside the actual store. read more

After parking my car, I found the premises to be clean, well maintained, and pleasant. As I approached the building, I could see that the drive-thru was busy, but it seemed to be operating efficiently. Shortly after entering, I could also see that there were several customers here inside enjoying their meal. It was clean and well maintained inside as well. I was immediately greeted by one of the Chick-fil-A employees while I entered. As I approached the counter, I was once again greeted by a different Chick-fil-A employee who was working the register. His name was Douglas. While I was placing my order, I noticed something neat that he was wearing and I complimented him on it. We then engaged in a little small talk, and we had a pleasant conversation. So, I don't know how other folks feel, but from my experience I've noticed that most of the employees at every Chick-fil-A have a higher level of professionalism and friendliness than is typical at most other fast food restaurants. I have also found that they provide good old-fashioned face-to-face customer service, instead of just adding a bunch of stupid (impersonal) kiosks like several other fast-food establishments have recently done. These are just two of the reasons that Chick-fil-A will continue to be a successful business. Several other fast food establishments have just not mastered customer service the way that Chick-fil-A has, in my opinion. Employees like Douglas are one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He was awesome. Finally, I've always enjoyed the food at Chick-fil-A, and this location was no different. Not only is the chicken really delicious, but I'm also happy that Chick-fil-A is willing to let me have a bunch of sauces to go along with my meal without being annoying by charging me extra for them (like McDonald's typically does). I highly recommend this business because they provide excellent food in a pleasant environment while having professional and friendly employees. That's a well-earned five-star rating from my perspective.

I was…read moreactually surprised during my visit, because I was really thinking that this was going to be one of those awesome 5-star experiences, but it just wasn't. As I approached this business, I found the outside to be clean and the landscaping was pleasant. After entering, I was immediately faced with a bunch of kiosks for customers to place their orders. I just don't like kiosks. To me, this just shows me a business that is trying to reduce their customer service by not hiring cashiers and making the customer perform the cashier's job with no cost benefit to the customer. After placing my order, I was then questioned with how much I would like to tip. I found this to be even more annoying. What am I tipping for? The quality of the food?...I haven't eaten it yet. The quality of the service?...I haven't received any yet. Tipping BEFORE any experience is ridiculous and presumptuous. To me, tipping is a way for the customer to show that they are satisfied (or highly satisfied) with the experience they have had AFTER they have had it. I ended up ordering the double SmokeShack Burger, which comes with two beef patties, cheese, bacon, cherry peppers, and ShackSauce. The burger was really delicious, but I was surprised by how small it was for being a double. I also ordered the Bacon Cheese Fries, which are crinkle cut French fries topped with cheese sauce and bacon. This was pretty good too, but not as good as I thought it would be. For my drink I was going to get a soda-pop, but then I decided to try their Shack-Made Lemonade. It tasted weird, and I regretted getting it. I was served at my table by a server who delivered my food without saying a word. While eating my meal, I noticed that the inside of the restaurant looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. In fact, I did not see anyone cleaning anything inside during my entire visit. Even more disturbing was the lack of friendliness of the employees. I kid you not, there were about a dozen people working here during my visit and I did not see a single employee crack a smile...not for anyone. While leaving, I decided to order their Chocolate Blackout Pudding Shake. After getting back to my hotel with this for dessert, I only had a few spoonfuls. Again, this tasted weird. I ended up throwing out 90% of it because it just wasn't very tasty. In total, I spent over $33, which is a ridiculously high cost for one fast food meal. In comparison with my favorite fast food restaurant, In-N-Out (primarily in the western U.S.), I can get a similar meal at In-N-Out for about HALF the cost. I don't know about you, but if I pay substantially more I expect a substantially better experience. I hope that the other Shake Shack businesses don't operate like this one; This was NOT a worthwhile experience, especially considering the cost.

I had a simple order: Three regular tacos and a large Starry. The order was ready fairly quick, with no complications. But now, here's my frustration: When I was a little boy, I was taught good manners, especially saying "please" and "thank you." Later, when I was a teenager, this knowledge was reinforced by my employers while I worked in the fast food industry. All my bosses would always say to "show your appreciation to the customers by thanking them for their business. This helps our business stay alive, and it means you'll have a job." It seems to me that a high percentage of kids in Generation Z missed out on this fundamental knowledge, and I experienced this here at this Taco Bell. It's a reflex for me though; when the cashier handed me my items I said "thank you" to her. In response, all I got was a blank stare. No "have a good night," no "come again," and certainly no "thank you for your business." In short, this Taco Bell location is well kept, and my meal was good. But this Taco Bell, just like a lot of other fast food businesses, need to train their employees to be polite and pleasant. It should be a natural thing for everyone, especially for anyone working in customer service.

Just after 11pm (Apr 2026), i ordered one, added bacon, got an acknowledgement text, and picked it up from a nice guy in the drive-thru window. I got home. The burger was hot, fresh, juicy ... but there was no bacon. Sheesh. They had sent a second text to me confirming the order, and the link they sent included a customer-service option. I'll find out in "1 to 2 days" if they'll do anything. There's still a couple more fast-food joints along the road. I'm not sure i am brave enough to try them the next night I am hungry at 11pm.

I don't like raw tomatoes, onions, cucumbers or celery. As you can see, my sandwich is looking pretty slim. Nonetheless, I ordered a Fetty Wrap Meal and a Turkey Tom Meal Deal. When I realized I wouldn't be able to pick up by noon, I called and changed the pickup time to 2pm. I still wasn't back in the area by then. A kind young lady called me to confirm if I was still picking up my order around 4pm, while I was en route. When I arrived, the restaurant was sparkling clean. I dined inside and discovered they have free refills on the fountain drinks. The house-made strawberry lemonade is 100/10. Just get it! I tried the regular house-made lemonade and it didn't taste as good. The sandwiches were actually tasty. Mine only had protein of choice, lettuce and mayo. However, the bread was fresh and soft. The inside fillings were stacked amply. Both meals cost only $1.26!!! Can't beat this deal. It was worth driving to experience this little gem for the very first time.

My g/f had never been to a Jimmy John's, and we went to this location for her 1st time on Saturday, April 12 for an early lunch. As I had a deal to try their new toasted subs. I got a roast beef & cheddar. It was delicious in spite of the toast looking a bit well done. My g/f got one of their favorites, and the cashier asked if she wanted it toasted, which she said yes. So, now it's an option for all subs, not just the new specialty subs. My g/f is a fan of Jimmy John's too now. Also, it's clean (including restrooms) & a comfortable environment.

I was all excited about Hardee's as I remembered having it in the past, but the maybe 3 times I went it was underwhelming. Burger was mediocre. I remember the bun was kind of hard; I guess it is Hardee's. But Hardee's needs to go soft with their buns. I also got breakfast before, it was decent but nothing to write home about. Frankly, I prefer Dunkin' for a breakfast sandwich. I remembered I tried to redeem a free coffee one time, and they couldn't make an iced coffee, but the hot coffee was ok. Customer service wasn't terribly friendly. I think the last I went to this (or any) location was maybe in 2022.

Our fav is in Ba Beach! Tea was perfect. Someone needs to clean the dining room. Several dirty tables. Employees need to SMILE and be happy to serve your customers, we pay your salary!
