McDonald's makes billion$ a year. Yet this location can't afford bag hooks ands toilet seat covers in the stalls of the Women's bathroom. Buuuuut they can afford Toto automated toilets and Dyson Hand dryers. The toilet seat covers weren't available at all, no wall mounted storage option for them. And no more buy 1 get for $1 McChicken Sandwhiches. So I'm paying more for you to do what? Make a huge sign that says delicious burgers on your inside walls for not that delicious if burgers? Thumbs down McDonald's. read more

Add fish sandwich today taste kind of funny and tough also french fries funny tasting also leading up to diarrhea today

Rude people working there. Stingy with ketchup and napkins. All other McDonald's will upgrade the small soda in the McDouble value meal but this location won't. Stale buns in my burger and stale fries. Stay away from here. read more

I would usually never leave a review on a fast food place, but I always come here after 10:30 PM at the earliest after my shift and the workers are always very nice and mild mannered to me, no matter how late it is. It sucks to work late at night but I never get any bad attitude from the late night workers. read more

This location is solid. Want a Big Mac that looks like it came out of the commercials? Order it here. The breakfast is great when we need it too. We've used the app deals and they never refused to accept them. read more

It's crazy to me that this McDonald's can charge the prices they are charging and your food is NEVER fresh. I just paid almost $11 for a McGriddle and an orange juice, they handed me an old sandwich. They always hand me an old sandwich. The women who work drive through are rude as well. Pulled up to the pick up window and there was a worker on break outside in the eating area, next to the drive through window, smoking, close enough that all her nasty cigarette smoke went into my car at 8 AM smh. This place is a complete dump, it's in desperate need of new management. Giving people old breakfast sandwiches in the morning is just ridiculous. I mean come on it's breakfast, people want new, fresh, hot food! Especially for that god awful price! Get it together. read more

Ordered at the kiosk but neither order was correct. When we received the food and asked if the burger was plain she said yes. It wasn't. Everything on it. Asked to fix it and she handed my husband a ketchup packet. Food was hot but not fresh. Never planning to stop there again. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Ambience? Hostile. Service? Terrible. Food? Slapped together haphazardly with the hostility in the place making you wonder if they did anything to it before they gave it to you. I went in the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger. After I paid, the staff holding the bag was looking at me and laughing. The other staff that were with her in the kitchen we're also laughing and calling to her to give them back the bag. They went back and forth with it, in and out of the kitchen while staring at me. It was really weird. They gave me my bag and were kind of rude to me and then I noticed my burger was all messed up and was missing part of the bun and it looked like somebody just threw it in there. So I went back inside and asked him to remake it and they were still standing around looking at me and laughing and talking inaudibly. Whatever it is they wanted me to eat, they didn't get to make me do it that day, but who knows if it happened some other day and they were more intelligent about concealing the behavior? I always have a negative experience at this location. read more

The people here are SO NOT SKIBIDI. I ordered a 20 piece and these gooners gave me 16 nuggets. They don't know how to do their job well and costumer service is HORRIBLE. One of the managers with glasses was extremely disrespectful, she does not know she is messing with the final mewing boss literally. The main manager ig, she is NOT SIGMA. She is mean and rude at times. Next time I go they better get my order right because they are messing with the SIGMA GOONER OF OHIO. read more

This McDonald have the best taste in California. It always come out hot and fresh just the way I like it

McGriddle is the best if you like sweet & salty. You can taste the sweetness of "pancakes" and the saltiness from the cheddar cheese, egg, & ham. Because our food tasted great, I rated it 5 stars. But since we stopped by here to use the restroom too and it was closed, I had to take away 1 star. I understand that the tables were closed off to avoid people dining, but during the pandemic, bathrooms should be OPEN to encourage people to always wash their hands. read more

I mean...It's McDonald's. As a franchise it's never going to be a 5 star restaurant, so 3 is pretty dang good considering it's fast food. When I entered the drive thru the attendant simply said "hi" ... I haven't been to a mickeyd's in years, but I believe the line is more like: "welcome to McDonald's can I take your order?" Interaction remained weird but awkward ordering apart, we paid, drove to the next window and it was already ready. Fast fast food aka it was made way before we ordered, but, thats expected at Ronald's place, but it hit the spot for sure. read more

The customer service is outstanding in here, super nice people, but you have the air conditioning turned on wayyyyy too cold. I felt like I was going into a hamburger locker. While staying overnight in Cloverdale at the Best Western and missing our movie due to a stink bomb, I was craving some salty and sweet however nothing was open except this place. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's but if you're hungry you have to make do with what you have. It was cold and rainy so we were grateful for the drive thru and the quick service. I opted for the apple pies and fries. I love that you can get 2 for a $1. Unfortunately, the pies weren't all that hot but rather lukewarm. Bummer. But they did the trick as well as the crispy addicting fries. Yummy late night snack and so close to the hotel. read more

We came late at night and Trenton was very hospitable and his service was top notch.oo

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. It was 95 degrees today and their AC wasn't working. So you had a bunch of employees working in literal sweatshop conditions. An employee was ladling soft serve mix into the machine with a little plastic bin, using bare, ungloved hands. It took 15 minutes to get served with only one person ahead of me. 5-8 customers were standing waiting along the side to get their orders, which were taking a long time. The timer for the first car in line at the drive through had racked up 9 minutes of wait time. The chocolate from the McFlurry M&Ms was completely melted due to the heat inside the store. They did not use the McFlurry machine to mix the ice cream after scooping the melted chocolate in. Lastly, the service counter and foundation donation box were absolutely disgusting, covered in soda and food stains. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Not the brightest bulbs on the strand working here.

The worst service and food quality i have EVER had at any mcdonalds ive either worked in or ate at!! They need 3 things 1. A HOSPITALITY CLASS FOR EVERYONE 2. FOOD SAFETY CLASSES FOR EVERYONE ALL our food was cold and the fries looked like they were cookex in month old oil...just GROSS!!! I wont go back there Doesnt even deserve a one star but had to put it there read more

Dirty bathrooms. Makes me wonder about the kitchen. Lately, I've found this to be true of other McDonald's locations as well. Sad that they haven't maintained their old standard of cleanliness. read more

This is the worst McDonalds ever. The last two times i have been there it took an hour to get a sandwich. The staff is totally clueless, and the counter help cannot speak English. There never seems to be a manager to direct the operation. Several weeks past i tried to use the drive through. I ordered and then i was told to park and wait for someone to bring the order to the car. There was nowhere to park within site of the door. After over a half hour i went inside to check and my order had not even been sfarted. McDonalds needs to shut down this franchise because it is damaging the repuyation of the whole company. read more

This is the absolute worst McDonald's that I have ever visited. Often they refuse to take my deals on the McDonald app, say the deals don't exist, or just straight up use my deals for themselves in front of me and tell me the mobile code doesn't work. The owner and manager Ana, chooses to charge my family for free items such as ketchup packets and spoons. Whenever I order ahead on the app to minimize the time I have to spend around the employees I consistently find items missing from my food. These items include things such as sauce packets, napkins, receipts, and even entire food items such as 20 piece nuggets or Big Macs. I have been in the back of the store many times and I can say one thing for certain, the kitchen is the most filthy and unsanitary food space that I have come across, with people handling money at the register going straight to preparing food without washing their hands or putting on gloves. The manager Ana is constantly dripping sweat all over the kitchen and yelling at the entire staff all day long. I find the only time that this location is acceptable to go to is during late nights when Ana is not there. I hate that the only food place that is open 24/7 on weekends in Cloverdale is ran by such a horrible person who puts her own needs above that of the customer and the employees read more

OVERCHARGED at drive-thru!!! No response from management after calling and emailing. Taco Bell across the street is much better.

What we ordered: deluxe cheeseburger (tomato, pickles, onion slice, lettuce, etc.), chocolate milkshake, no whipped cream. The order was repeated back to us so I know it was entered correctly. What we got: double quarter pounder with cheese, missing the cheese and none of the veggies that we ordered. A chocolate chip frappe with whipped cream. We tossed half of the frappe as my husband isn't into Oreos and fed a lot of the overabundant meat to our dog. I would have returned the food but there was one register open and the line was about 10 deep. Lesson learned. Check order before leaving and if Yelp reviews are generally bad, there's a reason- even at McDonalds. read more

OVERCHARGED at the drive-thru. Called and emailed manager and no reply. Taco Bell across the street is much better!

Second revised/updated review: I am so tired of never getting anything correctly in my order! I give you so many opportunities! Y'all are incompetent! We order multiple orders of hot cakes- get one syrup, own butter and one partially opened fork and knife. Not a single sauce for any nuggets that were ordered, cold fries, and my soda has been coke lately instead of Dr Pepper (which I usually ask for). They don't give you a god damn second to finish a phrase before it's "anything else?" You have literally one person working currently that speaks CLEAR ENGLISH! Everything else I'm guessing wtf they are trying to say. A foreign man (actually very polite guy) had to use google translate at the fucking window because "he's sorry his English is no very good" which is the case with everyone!! I didn't even get a straw the other night, so my husband goes to ask for one and we get "check your bag" and she closes the window! There was no straw in the bag at all but her respect was also missing on this order too. You guys want $15/hour for being rude ass fast food workers, never getting anything correct, never willing to fix with out "who did what to fuck it up". Just do your job!!!! Please for the love of god give it up or get shit done right! 1 star for the nice Hispanic woman with glasses that works evenings usually, and the foreign guy that is usually quite polite -signed a former Cloverdale McDonald's employee My husband has gone here a few times in the past two weeks and every. Single. Trip. Has been a messed up order. Ask for nuggets and get tenders, ask for sauce and get mine, missing food EVERY time, flat watery soda, no dressing or fork with the salads, burgers never made correctly and the only thing he has said is the younger woman working the second window lately has been very polite but she still puts out missing food every time! How hard is it? Mistakes happen but every time. Y'all need to get you s**t together for real. Disgraceful. read more
