Bacon & Blue Burger Fries Shoestring Fries & Our Special House Seasoning Dill Ranch Sauce

Went by...yet again...for the third and last time...for certain: Food 2/10 Service 8/10 Price -10/10 The squeeze...just isn't worth the juice. Overpriced. Mid quality. Not concerned about local community -or local dollars...whilst seeking the 'Sunset Magazine' Medal of Honor.

We stopped because this place is so cute. We had the bacon & blue burger and an order of 1/2 fries 1/2 rings and wow. Best burger I've had in a really long time. It was really hot out and they had misters and fans set up and it was so nice.

Cute spot to sit and enjoy a burger. The employee was not super friendly, and let us sit at the counter thinking she'd take our order. I finally saw that all orders were at the register, right next to me, as the line formed! Oh well now we know. The burger was very good. The fries were super SALTY! They looked fresh and like real potatoes. Cute outdoor seating, nice patio. Great for tourists!

Pick's Roadside is a cute little burger joint in Cloverdale that we have been wanting to try for awhile so my wife and I decide to take the short drive down from Ukiah to check it out on a beautiful spring day. It's very inviting and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, as many others have said, the food isn't worth the price. The burgers are OK, but not great. My wife got the veggie burger, which she said had too much Chipotle sauce on it for her liking. Otherwise, she thought it was good. I ordered the Pick's burger but added a second patty, and I'm glad I did. They are reported to be 1/3 lb., but I found them rather small and fairly dry. If I had ordered one patty, it would have been too much bun for the tiny patty. With two patties, it was about right. The fries were reported to be very salty, so I had the seasoning on the side. It was very salty. I'm glad I had it on the side. The chocolate malt was OK, but too dark for my tastes. It was presented well. It had a good consistency, too. Overall, the meal was OK, but we paid over $70 for two burgers (one with two patties), a small order of fries, and a chocolate malt + tip. And we didn't even order drinks other than the chocolate malt. If we had ordered sodas, it would have been more like $90 for two people at a burger joint! It certainly wasn't worth the $70+ we paid. Don't get me wrong. I like to eat at gourmet restaurants, and I'm willing to pay for good food, but Pick's had the gourmet pricing but not the gourmet flavor. I could take my wife out for a prime rib dinner in Ukiah for about $5 more. Paying this much for a so-so burger at a burger stand is ridiculous. This was our first and probably our last time eating here. They need to lower their prices or seriously raise their quality.

Not sure why this place has low reviews...but it was an awesome find while passing through town! The burger, onion rings and fries were fresh and tasty! We opted for the blue cheese bacon burger and it was delicious. The onion rings were the best I've had. The service was great. Seating outdoors was cozy with the heat lamps!

Being new to Cloverdale, it's exciting to have new food options in town. In short: good service, good food, great milkshake My order: Pick burger, French fries, chocolate shake. *Fries: well salted with a good crisp. *Burger: good seasoning. Milk bread bun reminded me of Hawaiian bread in a good way. Picks red relish was a nice pop of flavor. *Shake was the standout. Good consistency. Not too thick. Not too runny. Just the right amount of chocolate. served w a boba sized straw that made sipping smooth & easy. The chocolate dipped soft serve cone looked amazing and apparently the Pick's Pilsner is brewed by Old Caz, so will have to give those both a try next time. And there will definitely be a next time

Proud to be some of the first in line on opening day!! We will be back!!

So lucky to have this gem back and better than ever! The space is so clean and cool for hanging out with friends and family for a burger and shake!! Cloverdale is better than ever now!! Everyone is so friendly and I am excited to see how summer is with this new addition!

I had high expectation for Pick's Roadhouse after it was featured in the Sonoma magazine. Hubby ordered a milkshake and it was delicious. The hamburger was underwhelming at Best. The article spoke about their homemade buns, but the whole hamburger was on the small side. Our dinner cost $77. We got two burgers, one milkshake one root beer, one onion rings, and one fry. I would tag this as a tourist trap. Sidenote: parking is very difficult.

Great food and service. Burger tasted delicious and beers were great! Would definitely come back again!

Great new place added to downtown Cloverdale. They have all kinds of burgers. My favorite though are the milkshakes. You must try one!

$13 for a plain bun with mayo, not great either. Cool vintage spot bought out by transplant venture capitalist. Just what we needed :/

Woah! How does this only have a 3.8 rating!?…read more Hubs and I had the most wonderful experience here in July 2026. Beautiful location, friendly staff, great beer and delicious food! This place is HUGE! So much seating everywhere!! My only complaint is that we asked for a great view that the hostess liked and she should have warned us she was seating us in the dog friendly patio area. After we had already ordered, some woman had her dog literally laying on top of the table. So that was disgusting. Their whole table was extremely loud and annoying. Other than that, it was a beautiful area. Now on to the food and beer. We ordered a couple beers, what a great price for most! They were ice cold and delicious! For the first appetizer we ordered the riblets (I wish there had been more), they were very tasty. Next we ordered the grilled artichoke- make sure you order this!! What a flavor explosion! So so good. I only wish our two appetizers were warmer, but we didn't let that stop us from devouring them. Then we shared the Russian River cheesesteak and upgraded to the Pliny fries - you must do this! A delicious white cheese fondue on top of fries with jalapeños and Parmesan on top, then dip your sammich in the cheese fondue. Yum yum yummmm! The cheesesteak was very tasty!! Carlos was our server and was very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our time here. You can't eat outside but you can take drinks in metal cups to enjoy the scenery out back. Kid friendly.

While perusing the local businesses, we discovered Lincoln Avenue Brewery tucked in a small alley. A bartender by the name of Liza warmly greeted us as we took a seat at the bar. Since we were not terribly hungry at the moment, we ordered the Pork Belly from the appetizer menu. While enjoying the delicious Pork Belly bites, we placed an order for their non-beer options (neither one of us are beer lovers). We ordered the Dust Bowl Brewery Strawberry Margarita seltzer, which is ironically a brewery that is located in close proximity to our home. As we were winding down, we ordered a round of ciders and the three meats-three sides platter for dinner. Our dinner reheated well in our room (we decided to order it as takeout to avoid eating such a messy meal in public) and was quite tasty - even though the macaroni and cheese could have used some seasoning. If you're looking for exceptional customer service, a healthy variety of brews, and delicious food - I recommend visiting Lincoln Avenue Brewery!

Nice space friendly staff, good fresh beer and inside and outside (covered) seating. Your order at the bar and they bring the food to you. My friend lamented that they no longer used Haddock but at those prices I can see why they had to change; the local fried cod was very good.
