Sorry to give a one star review based on one order but I'm not stoked. We stopped in on the way out of town visiting my in laws specifically because I have been craving a black bean Crunchwrap since I had a baby a few days ago. Also because I just had a baby I'm crazy hungry all the time. Guy at the window was super nice and I made sure they repeated "black bean" so the order was right. Got our food and headed out of town, one bite in and I discovered it was a regular Crunchwrap. I don't eat meat so I'm out of luck. I also ordered a bean burrito and it feels like it was sitting around for hours so I don't even feel like eating it. Stopped by here a few months ago before making our full journey to Glass Beach. I was definitely craving Taco Bell for a while now and was excited when my boyfriend let us make a pit stop there for lunch. My boyfriend checked out the liquor store next door while I waited for our food to be ready. I got a crunch wrap supreme that came with two tacos and a drink while my boyfriend got a quesadilla. The staff was pretty friendly and the place was small, but clean. Our food didn't take too long to get ready and my boyfriend actually came back right when they were calling our order number for pick-up. Everything tasted the same way it did from my last time eating this stuff a year or so ago. Was sad they got rid of the soft tacos, but was satisfied with the hard shell tacos. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've been to many Taco Bell's in my life, but this one has got to be the worst. I have ordered here a few times expecting different results, shame on me. Every time I have ordered here, my order has been incorrect. The people that work there turn off the lights at night and it seems like they are pretending to be closed. Sometimes they are closed well before schedule. The quality of food (yes I know this is a Taco Bell) is always terrible. It looks like it was put together during a hurricane. Also, every time I have tried to order food from there, the drink machine is broken. But the workers don't tell you. Taco bell is what it is. This particular one happens to be connected to a 7-11 with a gas station and has a drive thru , So it's very convenient. Very small dinning area and it also shares the restroom with the 7-11 so it's not like most Taco bell's. But none the less, the food is as good as you would get at any Taco bell. read more

Really can't figure out where all the attitude comes from. If you're in your 20s and you're working in fast food you probably didn't make it far in life so don't give me your attitude when you're having a bad day. For the two minute interaction that you have with these people they sure know how to mess up your order and act like they are totally entitled and hostile about it. My husband and I were the only customers in the place. We had a very difficult time just finding a place to sit. The place was filthy! The first time we went to this Taco Bell it wasn't as bad. However on 09/17/2021 at 9:30 pm went to the drive up window and ordered about $27 worth the food. I had asked the girl at the window for Jalapeños for our nachos and she said that they come mixed on the nachos already and didn't even check while already closing her window on me. Got home, no jalapeños, smh... In addition, me, my wife and my kids (yes my kids) were all very surprised of the extremely pour quality of the food. The meat was super weird tasting (seriously like it may be what canned cat food might taste like, no joke..) and very very salty. I am very surprised that the owners of this place doesn't know that their quality assurance program is 100% nonexistent.... This place should be shut down if they can't provide the quality that the franchise has held for decades... Customer service is horrible and the food is seriously gross. This place needs to be shut down immediately for cleaning, I am surprised management allows this place to stay the way it is. They are clearly understaffed or the staff had zero hustle. The cashier clearly has chewing tobacco in her mouth and spits the second she left the store on break.
