This is the worst and I mean the absolute WORST fast food restaurant on the planet. We moved here (within a block) almost 4 years ago and it was horrible on our first visit (but the kids love fries and egg McMuffins ). First visit was a joke they forgot half the order and then it was cold. No apology or anything. Waited a year and finally decided to go back. Food was not hot and service was rude. Today on my last ever visit to this place (I will drive to another location for my kids). Horrible drive through service of epic proportions!! Pouring rain was told to wait in a spot away from the drive through. Waited 10 min and nothing!!! Went back to the window and the RUDE and I mean Rude person basically tossed my food at me. NEVER EVER AGAIN!! And I will also send this along to the Franchise Director because it's always been like this. They should take away this franchise from whoever this is. read more

3rd shift Horrible service. When I paid for the order the guy at the 1st window didn't gave me a receipt and when I ask for it he told me the printer wasn't working. When I got to the 2nd window I ask for it again and the guy started yelling for a receipt to then turn around and tell me that they were not listening to him so he gave me the food and no receipt. I ask for a manager (who never came to the window) and then I finally got a receipt. It took about 10 min to get my order and receipt just because they were waiting on "fresh fries" which were NOT fresh at all. read more

Ordered a quarter pounder at this drive thru and parked in shade to eat it right away. I could tell from the first bite that it wasn't warm enough. Even the cheese slice looked like it hadn't touched any heat at all. For $6.41 sandwich only I feel ripped off. No more Mc for me. read more

All of the self service registers were down so we went to the counter for service. We were never acknowledged by any of the passing staff and after 8 minutes decided that our time was more valuable. It's the second tome that I've stopped here and they tell me they have what I want, then I wait for 15-20 minutes in the drive thru, pay, then when I get to get to the second window, they say they don't have what I ordered and paid for!! This Mcdonald's sucks ! I use to love coming here but now every time i come here, my order is messed up or the customer service is horrible. Today i've got two double cheeseburgers plain, and asked for ketchup on the side and ended up getting everything on my cheeseburger and no ketchup. Like that is ridiculous. I reminded her dumb a** so she won't forget my ketchup this time and she looked at me like she knew what she was doing but still ended up messing up my order! I'm upset on how many orders I made and I check my bags and it's messed up!! When i was making my order and the person who gave me my food and looked at me rudely ab reminding her ketchup, they both were not nice and it makes me not want to come here again. Lost a customer. Bulldoze this POS establishment! You know it's going to be a horrible experience when you pull into the drive thru and some idiot screams "whutchuwant!?" Fast forward 20 minutes later and I'm still waiting on two Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuits. Finally, a girl walks out of the front door and out to my car and actually has the balls to throw the bag in my open window, smirk and say sorry about the wait. I opened the crumpled bag and there sat my biscuits with no wrapping around them. They just threw them in the bag with no wrapper!! Are you kidding me!? Drive thru is the slowest!!! I think that one person is manning both drive thrus, and for some reason, the outside lane moves faster. You would think they were preparing a 5 star meal; AND if you try to customize, be prepared to get it plain. read more

Danielle at window #2 on 3/9/20 had a very standoff attitude. She appeared to be quite unhappy to work. We tried being nice, at the end of the transaction we noticed our 2yr old got the same toy he got last week so we asked if we could switch it. She rolled her eyes and said very bluntly "No. we don't have any others". We were put off by how rude she was, but because she appeared to be high school age we decided to call and alert management so they could make a few suggestions to her. What was even worse was when we called, the lady who answered seemed very unprofessional then handed the phone off to a man (apparently the manager). The woman then began laughing in the background yelling "Danielle got a bad review" in a singsong voice as she continued cracking up. We tried to talk to the manager who alerted us that "Danielle seemed upset coming into work today but said it was nothing so yeah". Then he hung up the phone....not even a "sorry" or "bye" just hung up confirming how annoyed he was. This has been one of multiple times this location has disappointed us. We live about 10 minutes away but won't be coming here anymore. A much better suggestion is heading across the street to Chik-fil-a....they are always kind to their customers. read more

Sooooo that one lady Shaneeee got a dirty ass attitude. She snapped on a customer with a rude ass comeback, accused her of lying, and was later proved wrong. Didn't even apologize and had us wait an extra 5 minutes to get a refund. Poor customer service. I work in the food industry so I know what it's like to be flustered around food. I do not usually go to McDonald's, but when I do it's because I want to treat myself. This particular visit I went through the drive-thru. Not only was the girl that took my order very sweet and listen to my order in very clear, but the girl at the first window was also very sweet. It's a very rare thing when you go to a McDonald's and get to deal with nice employees. My food is also hot and fresh, and my soda was yummy and delicious. If I could give a negative star review I would! I really don't know why I put myself through going back to this pit of a restaurant. I swear if I ever go back to this lousy place someone shove a stick down my pie hole because I would be happier vomiting on my own. they claim the lobby is opened and they have the door unlocked. i come in at 12:30 and start placing an order when a rude employee says "lobbys closed" like lock the door if its closed. lol dont bother coming to this location, they all need to be fired even the manager. read more

Went inside and ordered using the new quick order machine - it didn't work. Went back in line and gave them the order - it took 30 minutes to get the food which came in three delivers - never received the coffee and drinks and had to go back in line. Some of the orders are wrong - but after 30 minutes we just ate it. Poorly managed and very inefficient will not go back. read more

I just went through drive through to order my grand daughter a happy meal. She wanted tea with her happy meal which I ordered for her. When I was given my receipt I noticed I was charged . 29 for a drink upcharge. I'm just told that the manager said that's just what it charges. Tea is the cheapest thing to fix and they charge an up change. Wow read more

Employees were attentive and kind, facilities were clean, and the food came incredibly fast. I have absolutely no complaints. Great service!

The fries was hard. It was stale. It seemed like it's been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. It tasted old.

This morning I stopped in to grab a quick cup of coffee and to my surprise the young lady at the counter was so friendly that she totally made my day. Although I failed to get her name, she was wearing a different color shirt. So I would imagine that she is a manager. Thank you again. read more

Just left here. I went through drive through and from the time I paid to the time I received my food was exactly 15 minuets. Which is absolutely ridiculous. It wasn't even busy inside. I can't imagine how they are at dinner time. Two thumbs down!! read more

The biggest problem with this restaurant is the manager. The manager is rude to his employees in front of customers and then is also equally as rude to customers. He never cracked a smile once while I was here for an hour. A business is founded and successful with the correct leaders in place but this guy seems like more of a ruler than a leader. I have just moved into this area were this McDonald's is at. I am there just about every morning around 5 AM to get some breakfast. All I can say is the two girls that work there In the morning when I get there always greet you with a smile and a good morning.The food is always fresh and good and that is one of the reasons I keep going back. Wow. Walked in at 7pm on a Monday. Male cashier was in front of the counter flirting with a girl, 3-4 minutes of this until he went back behind the counter to take my order. Served me no cup until after I had my order in my hands 5 minutes later. Staff all chatting away, while the drive thru line queues up considerably. All young dumb and clueless. Okay so I did receive an email from a representative of McDonalds, Apologizing for my experience and offering me a free sandwich of my liking. I decided to give this McDonalds another try, just to be objective. I must admit that they are improving. The young man at the drive thru was quick and respectful and my order came out exactly as it was ordered. Someone please step in and take over this mcdonalds. There are limited drive thru food options in this area and to have one of the few run this poorly is frustrating. On the few occasions I am desperate enough to actually choose this mcdonalds, it's not uncommon I am there for a minimum of 10 minutes. I also do not leave without checking my bag because that has been wrong more than once. They did make up for it with free sandwich coupons, but the restaurant never shows signs of improvement. And to add one more thing- I very rarely write reviews online. Only for an outstanding experience, or a really terrible one. I am writing this in hopes that a "higher up" somewhere sees these bad reviews and steps in. read more
