It's nice that they have a gas station hooked up with the McDonald's so that you can get a snack. Employees are nice. Most of the time. Ice cream machine works. Almost all of the time. Amazing fries, could use more salt. Nice parking spots to eat. Tables are sticky sometimes. read more

I often stop for an extra coffee and a sausage biscuit on the way to work around 5:05 am. Often times the sign isn't lit and blinds pulled so lights in lobby look dim. I didn't know if they were open or not until I noticed a car in the drivethru one morning. The next I started. Service was quick food was you know McDonald's food. $3.88 for a cup of coffee and a sausage biscuit. In 2021 just after lockdown that was $2 almost a 100% price increase when average inflation was 12-15% overall. McDonald's lost business from lots of people because of that. I used to stop daily but now it's 2x a week instead of 5. read more

Surprisingly good for a McDonalds. I'm not sure why this location is more accurate, more friendly, and more consistent... but it is. Not to say they don't occasionally mess up orders and have other issues, but MUCH better than nearly every other location I've been to. The wait time was low, even with a decent amount of people, and the staff was pleasant with everyone. The food quality is... McDonalds, so nothing great, but most of the time the burgers aren't just thrown into a box like other locations. I can't say I recommend McDonalds, but for some reason this one wasn't listed on Yelp. read more

Saylor Park, OH location: I'll update my review after I speak w/ the owner: To give you a background. Over the last 5yrs. I've been coming here almost daily. So everyone is familiar w/ who am. In that timeframe, I've had 0 issues w/ any of there employees. Until recently, when they hired a new manager "Alex." One of my usuals is the vanilla iced coffee w/ several sides of extra syrup. Alex had a issue w/ the amount they were giving me. She has since made a point to stop what she is doing. So she can watch them. I understand part of her job is to maintain x amount of food cost. The issue is, she has also been giving me dirty looks ever since as well. On 5/18 I decided to go in. Because the drive through was almost around the building.This time I ordered 4 extra sides of syrup. Alex yet again, stopped what she was doing. So she could my order being made. As she continued to go back & forth from watching my order. To giving me more dirty looks. My blood started to boil. But as usual, I didn't say anything. After i looked in the bag, I ordered more extra syrup. Because it wasn't enough..At this point Alex was sitting down in the lobby. Getting ready to eat. When she heard that I ordered more. She literally stopped, got up. Just so she could watch them. I had enough. So I said to her "don't worry, he's doing 2 pumps." She then replied "you can get out." To sum up the rest I waited for my order. Then I left. On 5/19 I came back. This time I went through the drive through. When I got up to the window to get my food. Alex stopped, then pulled the employee away & yet again told me to leave. We exchanged words. Then she told me to leave again. I said ok, but I'm not leaving until I get a refund or what I paid for. She asked for my card & issued a refund (which I'm still haven't received) then I left. So she's apparently banned me from coming back. After speaking to some of the other locals. I'm not the only one that's had a issue w/ her. After 5yrs I've had 0 issues. I've been a loyal customer. The way I've been treated isn't ok & I plan on speaking w/ the owner. Once I catch him there. Then I'll update my reviews (google, BBB, FB, trip advisor, etc.) accordingly. read more

Very disappointed in this store's management. The general manager has had multiple altercations with myself and fiancé. He's rude, unprofessional, he tried to fight my fiancé. He does not have communication skills at all. We go there a lot and always have problems with him. read more

Went to get a Non fat vanilla latte and use a digital coupon I had from their app. The coupon was a free medium mc cafe drink with breakfast sandwich. They couldn't get the coupon to work so they were unable to give the discount. Other locations will honor the discount. Then when I received my drink it was 3/4 full and was not vanilla. It tasted like watered down coffee with a splash of milk. I did update my review to 3 stars since I emailed McDonald's. The owner of the location said he would be getting his coffee machine serviced and checked and offered a complimentary beverage. read more

Never ever go to McDonalds in Sayler Park. I was given the wrong order then called stupid by the owner Craig Peters because I called to let them know I was coming back instead of just driving almost 20 minutes back . He is very rude , unprofessional, and to be honest completely ignorant on how to run a business. Then to top all of it off he hung up on me not once not twice but 3 times. I'm rating it 1 star but only because I have to. If I could they would get negative stars. People make mistakes. That wasn't the biggest issue. It's the way I was treated and talked to. read more

This McDonald's is connected to a Shell gas station, but I was surprised by how clean and pleasant the restaurant was. The staff appears to be well-trained and efficient. There's an area for children to color which is a cute touch. I'm not really a fan of McDonald's food on the whole, but the items I had were pretty good by their standards. It's not bad for hot food in a pinch. read more

I ordered a double quarter pounder for my sister, she took a couple bites out of it and though it tasted a little funny. She looked at her sandwich and noticed that the meat was still pink. We called to tell them and they told us to bring it back along with the receipt so they could see it because "they properly cook their food". We drove back and when we got there I showed the manager the sandwich and he looked at me and said "...so what's wrong with it...". I told him that my sister said it didn't taste right and that the meat was raw. He said that he could make her a new one which was fine. But when he hollered back saying, "I need a quarter pounder off screen", and someone yelled back why, he replied, "well apparently it's raw". This is the worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to. If I could give this less then one star I would. I ordered six fish with extra Tartar sauce, What I got was six Fish with no tartar sauce. Lucky I order extra on the side but that's not the point. I went to the mcdonald's today and the Owner called me a pig and I was just there to get free food. That's not what I wanted I order six fish with tartar sauce on the fish not just on the side. He didn't even offer to give me back the money for the extra tartar sauce that I payed for. He tried to give me a coupon for a happy meal A FUCKING HAPPY MEAL. I just wanted my order the right way. He also refused to give me the number to the corporation, Saying that it would just come back to him and he'd say I already dealt with that customer. This is ridiculous.
