Could this be the worst Mcdonalds in America? Probably. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting this hole in the wall McDonalds. Only 1 self order Kisok was working. The only beverage availabe was Sweet Tea. The worst sweet tea I have ever had. Then I got my fish sandwhich. I have never had a bad fish sandwhich from Mc, until today. It was truly awful. The bun was hard and the tartar sauce was overwhelming and tasted a little spoiled. I was in a hurry and didn't go back---in fact I will never go back that Mcdonalds--You should be shut down by the health department or closed by the County. read more

I'll admit, when I typically order here I can expect consistent orders. All of which are pretty good. What stings me the most right now that drew me to write a review today, is the fact that the app reminded me of my free birthday item. I ordered through the app for a McDelivery, to buy food for my family and I. Expensive for sure, but worth it considering I was pretty busy at home. Driver got here on time, food relatively hot for the distance. Do you know what's not in there? My free birthday item. You hear that McDelivery? Ya got me. My whole lunch decision based on a free item, and it didn't even make it to my home. Will order again, first mistake in probably 5 or 6 orders. read more

Nuggets are good Only 5 minute the get the food Wow Service is ok But nice place overall read more

Every time I order on the app or on the kiosk it always asks if you want any sauces and whenever I get my receipt the sauces are labeled on it. Yet I never received my sauces and when I ask for them it seems like they have a problem given them to me. This happens every time I order I always have to ask even though they are shown on the receipt and should be with my order already. read more

this place us a joke. workers always have a sour attitude. my food is always cold and soggy. my burger was cold, my fries were limp, not to mention i showed up not even 5 mins after placing the order. the environment is bad bc the ppp are always ignorant. i wasted my time and money coming here. will never return and will be coming back tmrw for my refund! not to mention i always see everyone touching the food with their bare hands. get it together. read more

McDonald's - this literally looks disgusting and tasted just the same! - Fast Food Near Me - Chesapeake Beach, Maryland

The costumer services is really good. My food is average, but nonetheless good. The restaurant is pretty clean although the products used to clean should be changed since they leave a weird after smell but honestly ur average McDonald's experience. read more

If I could I'd give zero stars. I got a happy meal for my godson with a milkshake. Should've read the reviews. He was sick all night long with food poisoning. Stay away!!! Place should be shut down. read more

This place is just the gold standard of McDonalds. A 1-star, recycled meat, cold fry, smelly establishment. I'm not sure why we continue to think it will get better someday. read more

I have never had such poorly prepared food from this location. The burger was so greasy it was gross. The bun was completely soaked in grease. Literally like they dropped it in the fryer. The bun just disengaged into a wet soggy mess. They service was great. People were nice enough but I had to throw the food in the trash. read more

The location is clean apon eye view, but the team work is lacking :( employees look unhappy and can sometimes be heard verbally fighting in the back, the food is usually good, there have been a few times where they shorted me on my purchases or didn't change item availability for pick up, when they were out of certain items. read more

McDonald's - My large fries look like they have been half eaten.... this is not cool. So much for large fries - Fast Food Near Me - Chesapeake Beach, Maryland

Slow slow slow. And the two young men made crude remarks about a young customer when she left. Very very inappropriate. Oh and did I saw slow??? read more

Multiple door dash orders from here have been delivered wrong. I've forgiven many without reporting concern. Recently, I approached the manager by phone about an order with multiple errors. I asked what I needed to do to rectify the situation after following her own instructions to come in to do so. Was publicly treated as an entitled person with baseless concerns.‍ She raised her voice saying they were busy! Ok. Understandable, but so am I, which is why I pay near double to have it delivered. She shoved my corrected order in my direction and rudely walked away without another word. I literally live behind this restaurant and order often. Will no longer finance MacDonalds or DoorDash for such awful conduct... read more

OK, McDonalds is McDonalds, they're all the same. However, for me to take time out to review a McDonalds means it's either really really great or really really bad. I've been here two times as I live just up the road. The food is standard issue food but slightly off putting. I can't describe it and i think it's more psychological than anything else because the restaurant is filthy. The staff is filthy. The counters are filthy. The place is a mess. They are also extremely rude which is odd for Chesapeake Beach; I can only assume the workers are commuting from Prince George's county. The first time I was in there, the cashier's boy friend and his buddies were loitering at the tables--not eating just sitting around. He was staring at her immensely and was upset she wasn't telling him what she did between 11pm and 1am and he was also upset because she wanted to hang out with her friends that evening but did not know what she was going to do with them.. why do I need to know this? I decided to leave during that visit as I didn't feel like having to testify at a murder trial. We won't count that trip. The second time I went in there, I ordered a cheese burger. The bun was stale. I thought about reporting said stale bun but I figured, if I turn this in, the next one might be moldy so I just ate it. The third time my wife was standing at the counter with our four year old daughter. The janitor was upset about the way her life was progressing--I can't say I blame her for that as I would be upset if after 50 years, I was mopping a floor. But her use of the "F" word was not only gramatically incorrect but slightly inappropriate in an establishment suited for children. We complained that time and the corp sent us a coupon... not sure what we're supposed to with this coupon, but hey, it's the thought that counts, after all! In closing, I would highly suggest you avoid this place and either go to the McDonald's in Dunkirk or go to Rolands grocery store, buy the raw hamburger meat and just sit in the parking lot and eat it--you're less likely to get sick. read more

Not impressed, there was not a staff member with an IQ over 85. There were lots of flies in the establishment. They remodeled and it looks good but that is about it. read more

McDonald's - a man sitting at a table in a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Chesapeake Beach, Maryland

Every time over the past few months we've wanted a quick bite it's turned out to be the exact opposite. If the employees aren't standing by the front door smoking they are inside playing on their phones, barely recognizing the fact that they are there to offer a service. Long wait times. Not even being greeted. If you are running a cash register; shouldn't you at least say hello to the person who is making sure you get a pay check? Thankfully we don't have children, nor do we eat fast food often. It would be nice though, in our little beach town, if when we wanted a treat the location was as accommodating. I used to say if you don't like your job that McDonald's is always hiring.. I think I found the location where those have ended up.. read more

The place is run by teenagers. They get annoyed when you walk up to the counter because it means that they have to stop texting/socializing with their group of friends that constantly loiter inside. Food takes forever, service is slow to acknowledge your presence and very unfriendly. Not sure if there is ever a manager on-duty, as I haven't seen any employee in there that appears to be over the age of 18. Maybe it's just a night-shift thing. read more

The food is good but the service is horrible I ordered a order on line 15 minutes before I got to McDonald's and the food was still not ready when I came to pick it up the McDonald's itself looks nice but they need to get new workers and all the workers were very very young read more

I went yesterday and ordered a meal for me and my friend. I got home and looked at the Mchicken I ordered and the sandwich had ketchup and chicken. No lettuce. No mayo. Nothing. Disgusting read more

Absolutely horrendous customer service (the employees i've interacted with are very rude) but the food is still great. However, the staff's attitude was so poor it made me actually pull out my phone and write this review, it's the least I can do to mend my frustration. read more

Very dirty. Nothing appears to be wiped down during the day. Especially in the beverage area (sticky soda all over the counters, used napkins/cups laying around everywhere) Bathrooms are simply disgusting and have a terrible smell. Cleanliness appears to be the last priority of this McDonald's. read more

It's a McDonald's, people. Never had a bad experience like some of the reviews. Go in, order, pay, leave.

Have to agree with the first reviewer -- the place is filthy! Just plain gross. We've lived in the area 4+ years and have been here twice. The first time was when we moved in an and had yet to unpack our belongings - that visit kept us away for over 3 years. Was there last week to get sundaes for the kids as a special treat. Ugh, some treat it was. Nothing has changed. I'm surprised the health department hasn't closed the place down. Disgusting. read more

This is most likely the WORST McDonalds (costumer service & food) I've ever been too. After waiting 15 minutes for our food, we checked inside the bag too see if everything was correct. The manager asked "What's wrong", we replied with we were checking our food to make sure everything was correct. The manager and an employee walked around the corner and make rude remarks about us. Our food was made incorrectly too. Next, when going to get ketchup , we found nats in our ketchup. 1/5 stars the only good thing about our meal was the free apple pie. read more

Ordered quarter ponder meal and it took 30 min with one more person in front of me waiting. Then he said he needs to drop more fries because they are cold. Well when I got home the burger was a medium rare. Employees are lazy, no supervision and nobody that cares for the customers. read more

This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been too, and it is all due to the night manager. He is such an ASS !!!! I've had my burgers made wrong, and the past two times I've mentioned it, the same manager is RUDE. He never apologizes, offers any kind of refund or ANYTHING and is always bothered if I ask them to remake it. In fact my last burger was the new quarter pounder, first it was made wrong, and the second time, the meat was RAW !!!! LITERALLY THE WORST LOCATION ! read more

Does Corporate McDonalds even know this place exists? Doesn't seem like it, cause they are one on the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Bad enough the tables are always dirty, the food you wait forever for is never hot, and the shady people always loitering around are no better. Lucky for whoever owns this hole in the wall that there are limited choices in the area. read more

This place really sucks. I have lived near it for several years and have been there two times. When I first got here and just the other day. They are so slow, there is always a line of people waiting for their food. We waited for about 35 minutes for our food. The employees were on break sitting in the dining area just bitching about working there and how they want to quit. Once we finally got our order, it was wrong, cold, and missing items. We didnt even want to wait so we just left. I wish the franchise owner would make some serious management changes because this location could be so lucrative. read more

Purchase a cheeseburger and come home to no burger. Call and complain and they want to me bring the bread back but not so they can reimburse. Seriously it's not the money it's the principle how can McDonalds forget to add the burger! I drive 5 miles back home to eat and I can't eat but because of your mess up you want me to come back out in the cold and drive -another 5 miles one way to show you forgot the burger. Don't you value your customers enough to just say hey sorry, what is your name so next time you come in i can give you your money back or even a Meal. Management knows and the employees know that this is definitely a mistake you could make, not the first time and I am sure it won't be the last. just own it! read more

We just moved here and I have been in the morning and at lunch! Super great service and my cashier was friendly and patient and.... Having visited his location on many occasions. I would have to say that I have had a good experience. However I am very concerned that there have been many store manages over the past 6 weeks or so. When I Went to this location today, the yet another new manager was being very disrespectful to the young people who worked for her. To the point where one of her young employees was crying.. I do not feel this is the way to talk to, and teach these young people, and get them ready for a long working career. The food was ok, run of the mill Mc Donald's. It is what it is!!! read more

I have to agree with the other reviewers. I went to this McDonald's because it was convenient to other errands I was running that day. I had a promotion code for a BOGI and as soon as I said that, the friendly greeting I received at first turned decidedly sour. The food was standard issue, bit the restaurant was disgusting. It was one of the first hot days of the season and there was no air conditioning. The staff was uniformly rude. My advice? Skip it. Go to Roland's or Little Panda. Or if you really want a McDonald's burger, drive into prince Frederick - they're not any friendlier but you'll feel better. read more
