If I could give no stars on here I would. The drive through line is frequently long and the orders are inaccurate. When you go to take order back for a correction, the employees are frequently rude but eventually do correct your order. The drive through employees can be nice when they choose to be, but as of this morning they were taking at minimum twenty minutes for an order of two hot cakes an a large sweet tea. Drinks at this McDonalds are $2.00 apiece instead of the advertised $1.00 that advertised. Outside of the restaurant, it appears to be somewhat neat and tidy, however it ends there. Upon entering this establishment, you will find that it isn't kept up. The floors are frequently dirty, the table and chairs are frequently dirty or sticky. The drink station is usually a sticky mess both on the counter and on the floor. The bathrooms are unkept and should be cleaned and sanitized more often. The food served on the inside is served quickly but isn't served with a smile. Over all I will never eat here again nor will I refer this McDonalds to anyone. read more

30 minute wait in Drive Through. Soggy buns (not just what you get from eating this junk.) Rotten lettuce. Tasteless meat. Twice cooked fries (I guess they didn't want to waste them) that were extremely over salted. Charge you for a "drink upgrade" when their soda fountain is down. No sorry for the shitty rude service. We spent $52 on dinner for our family tonight & this was by far the worst dining experience we've ever had. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. We were missing 2 McCafe drinks as well. We were never given napkins (& with 4 kids you NEED napkins!) even after asking 3 different times at the front counter. We were forced to use toilet seat covers for napkins. We figured out that the ordering kiosk has items you can order on it that aren't even offered at this location like the strawberry chocolate frappe. They won't fill up drinks past the line for ice on the McCafe drinks either. The women's restroom was out of soap, had a leaking toilet, a sink that didn't work & a hand dryer that was out of commission. The men's restroom was out of soap & a woman employee was in there mopping while men were peeing. They didn't even shut the restroom down temporarily while cleaning or put out a caution wet floor sign. To top it all off, it was extremely hot in the restaurant when we expected AC & very dirty. He was definitely under influence of some substance, couldn't d keep his head up. Management doesn't seem to care. As a business owner myself, I try to never post negative reviews of any business; but this McDonald's is an exception. First of all, most of the staff barely speak English, and could care less whether they get your order right or not, so if you order a small coffee-you're going to get a large coke. Order a large coke, and you'll probably get an orange juice. If you ask the employees to correct the order they'll roll their eyes and sigh then toss the order on the counter like it's the customer's fault. The employees are rude, uncaring, and should not be working in any kind of customer service positions. With the minimum wage going up in LA county, this McDonald's should replace their staff with kiosks. The service would be better. read more

If you are deciding if you want to eat here, plz read. I live down the street and go to this mcdonalds and go a couple times a week and it is quite awful. To start, this McDonalds is a lot more expensive than any McDonalds I have ever been to. The inside is disgusting and the drive thruw can take over 15 minutes. Management is completely unfriendly and power hungry and hey abuse their workers. Every time I go in, they mess up my orders and refuse to fix it. The food is unfresh even by fast food standards. On one occasion, I asked for a ranch sauce for my fries and the manager immediately came up to me and demanded I pay a dollar for the sauce. I asked for a refund on the fries and they refused. The staff is unfriendly, the patrons are obnoxious and the bathrooms are highly unsanitary. However, the play area inside is large and my children love coming here. I recently started coming at night and there is a completely different environment. The food is fresher, there are a lot fewer mistakes and when they mess up they fix it. There is a young guy named David who runs the store single handedly almost every night starting as early as 8, and alone offers faster service and a better customer service experience than the entire daytime staff. There is also a manager named Manny who works overnight and handles the place like a real manager should. On a particularly busy night of waiting in drive thruw (over 20 min wait) he not only gave us our food for free but made sure the food was fresh. Completely opposite is breakfast. They are always out of something and what they do end up giving you is either stale or raw. The inside staff barely speaks English. On one breakfast experience we went thru the drive thruw and the girl at the window charged us the wrong order. After speaking to the manager we received the correct order but they never fixed the charge which was almost 3 times what our food cost. In conclusion, this McDonalds needs serious corporate intervention. Starbucks and Jack-n-the-Box down the street offer much better service. 1 star. And the only reason they earn that is because of a couple not terrible experiences at night. read more

Worst McDonalds EVER!!!! As I'm writing this review I'm literally waiting in line for my food..got here at 3am on Monday morning..girl gets on speaker and ask "we're accepting cash only is that ok?" I said no problem. After that she went silent for 10 mins!! What a joke! We just stopped in to this McDonald's on the way to Fresno and were in a hurry. First of all, the bathroom smelled like it had a gas leak I'm not talking about an ass gas leak, I'm talking about the explosive type of gas leak and they didn't seem too concerned. My husband went into the men's bathroom and he was trying to take a leak and he happened to glance over to the trashcan in the stall and saw a big piece of shit on a piece of toilet paper the size of a king size melted Baby Ruth! Obviously, it was not candy it was disgusting piece of shit! Disgusting! What's next, a McGlory Hole?I told McDonald's worker in the bathroom about the gas leak smell and she said you and she was spraying with some flower spray thinking that that would fix the problem and I said no, you don't understand, it's the explosive type of gas, you better tell your manager. Since no one seemed to care about the gas leak I figured it probably was just an altogether nasty smell, so I went ahead and I ordered our food and I was waiting 25 minutes just for two Egg McMuffin's and two hashbrowns unbelievable! I realize I had ordered the hashbrowns well done, and when I asked what was taking so long, they explained to me that it was because I ordered the hashbrowns well done, but when I received the order the hashbrowns were raw in the middle so that was just an excuse for their lameness! Placed my order and when I got to the food pick up window was informed that they could only accept a cash payment. I was there late last night. After going to an ATM I returned. Took over 20 minutes for them to serve the car in front of me. More than five minutes to serve me. The dining room was closed and they were not busy at all. Upon receiving my food I asked for my receipt. I was denied and told their system was down. The entire experience seemed very suspicious. read more
