Found this little tiny-size McDonald's on the way home from NY. During the trip, we had to take many pit stops. Sometimes we need to find rest stops so we can let the fur babies out, but sometimes the adult needs to find "reliefs" also. Ordering food and drink was easy. I didn't make my order from the counter. In this particular location, all the orders can made from the kiosk. It's all touchs-creen, and the system ran quickly and smoothly through the touch-screen menu. The food came out pretty fast too! After I made my way back from the bathroom, which was very nice and clean, the order was all ready for me on the counter. Very nice. If you are on a road trip and need to make a stop, or if you are in the area looking for fast food, this could be the place to go. read more

The service has always been bad, but tonight was the worst. I waited 10 minutes with my window down in the rain while calling for someone to take my order. I then drove up to the window and asked if they would take my order there. They told me no and to drive back around. I talked to the manager who only agreed to take my order after I told them that I will have to park in the drive through lane to go in for someone to take my order. I absolutely love the man at this location. I cannot remember his name but it starts with an A. He is super friendly and I get so happy when I see his voice. I had a bad feeling about getting here after i saw 6 cars pulled to the side waiting for their food. I didn't wait long because my order wasn't big. I got the $5 bundle with a cheeseburger and sweet tea. I reached in the bag and everything was there. I get home to eat my nuggets and open this... I really hope this was an accident and not lazy workers. My bag was practically thrown at me and the window was slammed shut. The guy who gave me my drink didn't seem to be happy either. I said "thanks, have a good day" and he just starred at me. I am very friendly when I go through especially at night. But I will start going somewhere else or to another location if this is the sort of service and "food" I get. Shoutout to our local community heroes like Ms Sidel :) She was kind, friendly, professional, and efficient. Her sweet Spirit was part of the reason why our breakfast was a success! She helped me learn to navigate my McDonald's app and coupons. We worked well as a team :) I really appreciated her help. We ordered my favorite sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit! The sausage and biscuit at McDonald's is my favorite both savory, buttery, and fluffy! Ms Sidel helped me order my hubby's favorite: chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit. He wanted a croissant, but it wasn't a choice here. He must have been thinking about somewhere else. And he loved his breakfast sandwich today, because it was yummy! I ordered 2 crunchy hash browns. My coupon allowed me to try a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle (my Mom's favorite). And we got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit to share with our puppy. She loved it! Everything is broken, it's very dirty. The drive through screen is broken and the lady taking our order had a rock for a brain.

Absolutely filthy inside. The doors,floors, counters, drink station, bathrooms, windows are full of dirt and greasy looking. There was hair in the sinks and counters of bathroom. The danish and muffin case was full of crumble. Even the CREDIT CARD machine was dusty and smeared. We left without even ordering. Do not stop here. One person comes over to ask if we all were okay and ordered. She left. Another girl had attitude to the family guy that mentioned he was missing a fry. Asked im if that was all. And if he was sure. But said it very rudely. Then 30 minutes later the lady with the mobile order is saying excuse me to get some one to bring her order. The manger comes out and says lobby is closed at 8 and can't lock the doors and he isn't doing counter orders. But then says he will finish who's already inside but then anyone else needs to leave. He goes to get the mobile order. Comes back. Looks at me and my husband and the other guy behind us and rudely says again loud lobby is closed and me and Reid cut him off saying we already paid. This place is absolutely ridiculous! And why I keep giving them a second chance after a long time away I'm not sure cause nothing changes! They are SO SLOOOOOOOW! I don't think I have ever sat in the drive thru for less than 20 mins. To top it off, almost always there is something wrong w the order. The employees are not even pleasant at all when people come up to the windows. I have heard the employees cussing on more than one occasion.
