Great service, clean tables and floors, there was always someone cleaning the dine in area which was nice to see. Great location by the train station. There's outlets, free wifi, and plenty of seating. What more could you ask for. The service was great, I ordered to the table and they brought it quickly and even had a caddy with utensils and condiments ready if I needed anything. Eating or drinking from this branch is a health hazard. I found rocks and pebbles in my McDonald's sweet tea. There's straight up DIRT in the sweet tea. This isn't normal. This is disgusting and a haphazard to my health. I told the manager and she tried to gaslight me saying it's "sweet tea stuff". It's dirt. The manager was rude and took her time to reply to me while I was right in front of her. She did not make eye contact when I told her that there's rocks and dirt in my sweet tea, and the other coworker that's right beside her tried to hold back from laughing. Sorry no pics as I was rushing. But I have not been to McDonald's in quite some time. But this ultra modern place was very convenient, easy to maneuver, had payment window and pickup window. The customer service was friendly and professional from the person who took my order and payment to the person who handed me the order. Now let me tell you about the Big Mac I had! Opened the container and there sat the most perfectly created mac I have ever seen, so clean and actually the bun was shiny! There was enough mac sauce that it made it delicious! Visited here early on Saturday, breakfast time. The employees behind the counter were rude and weren't helpful with my questions. I ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes. Normally everything , except the hash brown , comes inside the tray. Well my eggs and sausage were on the tray . My biscuit , hash brown was in a bag. No salt , ketchup or napkins !!! My hot cakes were completely missing. I returned for my hot cakes and the same lady who took my order acted as if it was my fault!!! The bathroom is cleaned on a weekly basis, so thank god for that. That aside, this place is very crowded, the tables are rarely cleaned. If you were really hungry you could come inside, not pay, and just eat loose fries off of the seats. I only used to come to this McDonalds because it was one of the best ones in the sense the food seemed relatively fresh, I assume due to the high turn over rate, only once have I ever got burned dark brown fries here, and it was late at night, and they insisted that's how they come... Yeah Ok lady, you fail, at least they gave me my money back. So DONT order anything healthy from here, ever, I have come super early on multiple occasions and have sat and watched employees remove date labels from Parfaits and Salads and slap on new ones. Not even having the decency to do it out of site, just in front of everyone. The early morning staff also messes up every single order so you're waiting fifteen minutes for food. Between 7-8am when the main staff shows up and all day until about 4pm the staff is on point. The food is great, no rude service, no slow service. The lines get crazy long but they do keep at least 3 registers open, and knock on wood they have yet to botch an order. Go at 3am and take a damn nap or catch up on a long book while you wait the half hour for your meal. At least it will be fresh and make you remember why you love McDonalds. ;p Its always disgusting in the seating area, I pity the employees. I would have given this a four star before seeing the salad and yogurt thing, and also that they don't even rinse out the McCafe pitchers between mixing drinks. As I was coming home one day in my whip, (car for those of you have not heard this lingo) all of a sudden, there was a car going one way head on towards me. WTF? Some ghetto gangstas decided to disobey the law and go down a one way to make a B-line to the drive-thru. Now, I have seen some crazy stuff, but they were in a hurry. The drive-thru has a strange hill where your car is in a uncomfortable idle while you are waiting to pay at the first window. Logistics-wise, this is the worst McDonalds I've seen in a while. Please understand that by four stars, I mean in comparison to other McDonalds. This is in no way a ranking based on restaurants as a whole. Moving on... I live a few blocks away from this McDonalds, and despite the language barrier that most might experience here (they mostly speak Spanish and only a few speak English properly), I get some of the best service in town. First off, I am usually walking my dog, which means I cannot enter the establishment. My dog has become so popular here, that a few of the staff will actually come out and take my order (instead of me having to walk up to the drive-up window). They take my money, hand me back my change, and even my food! Brownie loves them for it, cuz that usually means a free chicken nugget for her. Next, they are open 24 hours. Need I say anything else? Drunk? No problem. Bored late a night? No problem. Just getting in from afterhours? No problem. Booty call wants a snack? Tell her to get a job. LOL! j/k also, no problem! What else? They were one of the first to have four-piece nuggets for $1! Who can beat that? Many McDonalds lack this deal to this day! Finally, their breakfast is phenomenal. This place is usually packed due to multiple schools around the area. This means it's noisy & a long wait to get food. They are not affordable as they claim they are. By far the worse service of any fast food chain in existence. The lines are super long with 1 or 2 registers open if lucky. It takes 30 minutes to get your order taken. Another 25 for your food. They hardly ever support promotions. They don't even know when their ice cream machine is working or not.
