CONSTANTLY messes up orders. Every single order I've had here since 2017 has been messed up in one way or another. First of all, we placed our order & we pulled forward because we had to wait which is fine. We understand that Covid has made it difficult to keep staff. BUT we didn't receive our entire order, and second of all, the Quarter Pounders with Cheese were not only "thrown" together, as pictured, but they were totally raw in the middle, disgusting. This place really... yes really needs to get another smoothie machine. At least 1/2 the times I've ordered one this summer, the lone machine in this restaurant is either being cleaned, or is 'down'. After sitting in line and driving to this location for a smoothie... that's not what I want to hear... over and over. Come on McD's... surely you can afford to get a 2nd smoothie machine so you can deliver a product to customers at all times, and not only once in a while. Good staff here overall, but yes... there are still quite a few times I start driving back home and realize they got my order wrong. We come here all the time and it is hit or miss. When we come inside to eat and choose table service every time they just yell the number from the counter instead of walking it to the table like they are supposed to, also they never put a drink with it so you have to ask for the cup that comes with the meal. I'm very frustrated with this. I have 3 kids and when I come here alone with them and I need them to bring it to the table they don't and I don't feel comfortable leaving my kids at the table alone to go get the food. When we go through the drive thru majority of the time everything is perfect. Then we ordered pies this visit and they said they only had 1 and it would be a few minutes for the other ones and after 20 minutes we asked and they said 5 more minutes they are putting them in boxes and then went talking to the manager he said that they were just putting them in the oven and will cook for 12 minutes so we got our money back from that. Often dodgy service, as in they are often out of items, the signs are out dated, oddly long waits even during slow hours. Went inside once, stood there for 15 min and not a single human being came to take our order. They want us to use the kiosk things in the middle of the room, but you can't pay with cash on those things. So I went to Hannaford's for sushi instead. Saving grace, they haven't told me the ice cream machine is broken in almost a year. read more

This McDonald's is very upscale and new (3 years old) offering the new McCafe look. The staff and owner are friendlier then larger city locations. Food is usually hot and fresh. Service is usually fast however during the summer season things can take a bit longer during rushes. Great McDonald's in a great small town! read more

I have given up on this particular McDonald's. The wait times are horrendous.. the staff is typically unconscious, seldom ever getting an order entirely correct. I'd pull into the drive thru and order, not being able to see the line of 6 cars around the other side of the building.. and start planning my own memorial service, thinking I might not make it to the other side. It's one thing to be at the head of the line and have to wait (Every Single Time) but to be #6 in line and your order is STILL not ready? eeek! It is.. and has been, almost since the day it opened, the most unorganized and clueless management team (from the ownership on down) I have ever seen in a McDonald's restaurant - and unfortunately, their complete lack of vision has turned what could potentially be a great service team into experts in apologies and damage control. They are EXTREMELY lucky to be the only game of its kind in town. read more

I don't like being inside this McDonald's. There had to be at least a dozen or more black flies in the dining area and behind the counter. My double quarter pounder was slapped together with the ketchup and pickles slid to one side and the patties didn't fare much better even though I ate at a table and didn't have it potentially moving around in my car. To top it all of the trash can needed to be changed long before I got to it. The overall experience was poor though the young lady behind the counter was friendly. read more

A truly exquisite Bridgton dining experience. I highly recommend the Hot Mustard Sauce, out of this world.

I ate here twice a week for a few months. Great facility and generally nice employees. However, there is at least a 45% chance they will get your order wrong. Order a double cheeseburger, get a single (though you've paid for the double). Order a sausage and egg biscuit with cheese, get a sausage and cheese biscuit with no egg. Ask for no onions and you'll get extra onions with no pickle. Order a black coffee and get a cup loaded with creamer. These examples have all happened to me more than a few times. Normally it's easy enough to deal with, but it always sucks to get less than what you've paid for. Especially when you've gone through the drive through and don't notice the mistake until you're home. I don't go here much anymore because I got tired of getting the wrong food. read more

I stopped by yesterday, Sunday June 18,2017 at about 1:00 pm. The cashier was a young teen that couldn't understand me giving him a $20 and a single in order to get $15 and some change back on my order instead of a bunch of singles. The trash bins were over flowing, there was a half eaten sandwich on the floor under the table. No napkins at the drink counter and if that wasn't enough, the floor manager shouted orders to the staff including "you do as I tell you!" This area survives on tourism. As a local resident I was embarrassed by the whole skeptical. How about some CCTV with sound to monitor your staff never mind the customers. I know the owner and he is the kind of guy that will ask you if your French fries were fresh. Training needs to improve here. read more

I like the idea of hiring high school kids, but it doesn't work for this place. The kids working here are slow and gets every order I have placed wrong over the last few months. The other week they had 4 or more kids working on a saturday and it took 20 minutes for my food because they got it wrong and because one of them had a hard time putting my order into the computer (and he's worked there for over a year). Has gone down hill since they have hired more lake region high students. I do not go there on weekends anymore because of this and I know many others that do not as well. Would gladly pay more for my food if you hired some competent adults. read more
