Placed a curbside order at 9:52, and checked on it at 10:15 inside. Received attitude for the lack of code after the app only gave us the receipt. Got our food at 10:25, and found that all of our food had hair on it. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

Took 30 minutes just to not get multiple things of fries or any sauces. Will not be coming back. The food was also all overcooked

My wife Pooja and I decided to stop at Mcdonald's today, and I must say that I was not disappointed. The process of ordering food was simple and convenient; alongside this, they have a deals menu that gives you a bang for your buck. My wife and I got 4 McChickens, a Medium Fries, and a Chocolate Shake for less than 12 dollars. Despite it not being the best food in terms of flavor, I can't argue for the price I am paying. I also need to find out how often they clean the restaurant because most seats are dirty. Along with this, though it is not in their control, the place was filled with loud, obnoxious college kids, which was refreshing and annoying at the same time. But overall a good experience. It was three stars worthy. read more

Closes rather early, at just 11PM. Sometimes they close even earlier than that. I've come by within operating hours before and the whole place is just locked up. Other than that it's your standard McDonald's. Nothing special, but they do keep it pretty clean. read more

Nastiest McDonald's I've ever been to. There was a roach fried into my chicken nuggets. Will never eat here again.

My family and I went thru the drive thru. We had $ on our card and they had an attitude and treated us like complete crap. Steve a worker and a manager named Alex. Not good customer service at all they treat their customers like crap. And lie about transitions. We went to Wendy's and was treated with the utmost respect and the card went through there successfully. No issues. Also Alex nobody ever claims Steve was lying we're just making sure he has good customer service working at a window and you as a manager need to also have good customer service you don't like your job quit we walked into the lobby to see if maybe we could get it wrong up at the counter to see if it would work that way and overheard the manager Alex talking bad about us. 0/10. I don't eat here very often just ordered a burger and fries. They were both stone cold. Very disappointed . If I could give less than a 1 I would read more

The lie, food is almost always cold, food is not fresh, they use old oil because you can taste it, they cannot count out the chicken nuggets(always seem to 18 to 19). I do not understand, they want a living wage but they cannot do the simplest of tasks. read more

In general, I love the customer service here. I often stop by after work to take home a sweet tea. However, today there was some uninvited and unwanted protein. An insect that apparently was smashed in the cup stack. Disgusting read more

Thank you for the food! Service was great and employees are nice. Every food place in blacksburg is always super busy. To the employees, y'all are amazing!! read more

This McDonald's is so unorganized. They 100% cannot handle having both a drive thru and a regular in-store restaurant. It also seems like there is always a wait regardless of what time you go. Today I went through the drive thru (which I normally avoid because of ridiculous lines). It was only 3 cars deep so I figured I had time. After waiting 10+ minutes to even get to the order station I was told "I'll be with you when I can" I understand being busy but it's just annoying. Management needs to do something here for improvement. read more

this is my worst experience the store hours online open Sunday at 6am but the they open at 7 am not even care to update the hours online and the people work on the front not friendly and they will speak with you very bad the Spanish lady she work on Sunday morning she will speak with you with anger she will speak in Spanish bad about you so you don't understand . read more

Well.....Just as I thought. Trash! Let me start with the good things about this McDonald's...umm, the sprite wasn't acid this time. Now, take notes. Never go inside to order unless you want to wait forever. I could've ran to Africa and back and my order still wouldn't have been ready. The fries were cold plus my order got messed up. I didn't even order ice cream but I'm sure the ice cream machine was broke. Wendy's would never treat me like this. I will not be returning read more

This McDonald's always seems to be polite when I go there. The food is usually typical of what you would expect from fast food so it's good that they don't cut corners. What they are lacking the most in is speed. I've noticed this at many McDonald's locations in recent years that the wait time has started to become so long. You can't just swing by here and expect to pick up food quickly like you used to back in the day. They really should hire more people so they can continue to call themselves a fast food restaurant. Sometimes you have to wait upwards of 30 minutes for your order number to be called during lunch time. I didn't realize this my first time here so I had to leave before getting my food. Overall it's still an ok location. They seem to keep the store clean. However I wouldn't recommend trying to come here for lunch or dinner unless you're ok with waiting. The only times they have fast service is between meal times. read more

This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Tell me how I sat in the drive thru just now for 5 minutes eventually saying " hello " hoping to get my order taken, just to be told to wait a minute. I had been waiting. No one said anything. I regularly am missing items from my order/or have none of my customizations done. Don't come here unless you plan to waste time or not get what you paid for. read more

They messed up my McGriddles this morning like they always do. It's frustrating constantly getting the wrong food but it's the only breakfast place I can really eat on my way to work. The next McDonald's is like 15 minutes away so that would be more of an inconvenience to go all the way out there before work. The drive-thru guy is great and always pleasant when I come through (blonde haired younger man, not the old dude.) read more

Nice and quick service. My cheeseburgers were nice and warm. The place looks like it could use renovations but other than that the staff was friendly. read more

I haven't been here in a long time and after this morning that will probably continue again. I wanted the hotcakes breakfast and ordered by drive-thru. I made the mistake of thinking they would get the order right and when I got to my office I had the biscuit, eggs, and sausage patty but no hotcakes... But also had the butter and syrup. I tried calling them and no one picked up. If they had completely put in the wrong order I wouldn't be so annoyed but they charged me for the right order and packed it wrong. Typical McDonald's food quality but don't trust the drive-thru accuracy. read more

McDonald's - Don't trust the drive-thru to get your order right... Check first :( - Fast Food Near Me - Blacksburg, Virginia

I had by far my most favorite fast food experience here. Even though the McDonald's technically closed. They were still filling orders 30 minutes past closing and dealing with very rude people despite that. Two guys specifically just made the atmosphere funny and happy, I wish we got your guys names. Got a free ice cream too read more

I hate to admit that I love McDonald's. You can't replicate the fries anywhere. Any of the other fast food joints just can't compare to the salty goodness that is a hot order of fries. I came to try out their new pineapple mango smoothie and I must admit.. it did not disappoint. The service was good although I was a bit grossed out at all the flies in the lobby. It's a food establishment.. they need to figure out WHY they have flies & then kill them. read more

They've turned something around at this McDonald's, compared to the older reviews. I mean, it's a McDonald's. You know what you're getting into overall. If this were anything but a McDonald's, I'd give it 4 stars because the service was awesome. The people there are friendly, smiling, and obviously working hard to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Heck, I'll actually bump this to 4 stars (I started at three when I started writing this) because they've never once messed up a drive-thru window order of mine, which is a miracle in the Fast Food world. But the 4 is for service and what-not. The food is exactly what you'd expect. Not great but if you grew up on it it's hard to stop eating it. read more

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. First, I went inside and there was a line at least 10 people long, all who have been waiting for quite some time. Then, I went to the drive through which took me at least 45 minutes to get through. read more

Wait time was not bad, cashier very friendly. I explained to her that I wanted two cheese burgers wrapped in lettuce as I cannot have the buns (Celiac's disease). I heard her explain my order to the line person, who then repeated it to the people in the back. The girl up front bagging orders apparently just grabbed two regular cheeseburgers. I didn't realize this until I had walked back to my office. I walked back to the restaurant and they apologized and gave me the two "Special" cheeseburgers. I walked back to my office and then realized that what they gave me was not lettuce wrapped, but wrapped in flour tortillas. And had no cheese. Total failure to listen to the customer. read more

The man who spoke to us in the drive through had a very bad attitude. We politely asked for two orders and he was very rude.

I love McDonald's, but this location leaves a LOT to be desired. Can't seem to get an order correct - had to tell them 3 times what we wanted and when we got the food it was wrong and needed to return to the counter amd show them the receipt. Fries were cold. Burgers dry and overcooked, as well as sloppy. The crew needs some serious training - front and back line. A lot of goofing off, especially when the lobby and seating areas needed clean. read more

Went in to Mcdonalds in Blacksburg VA. And guess what, they had disgusting CNN on. AGAIN! I did a review three months ago on McDonalds. Not the worst McDonalds that I've been to, but certainly not the best. I constantly have to wait for long periods when I go through the drive thru, even when no one is ahead of me. This has to be the poorest excuse for a place to eat in Blacksburg! Waited forever in the drivethru with cars in front of me pulling away prior to ordering which should have been my clue to pull on as well. Finally get up to place my order and I asked three times to make my fish filet sandwiches fresh which never popped up on the screen. Get around to pay and this lovely pleasant breathe of sunshine basically throws my food at me without a grunt when I know they weren't made fresh. She does catch that I didn't need a receipt so she does hear. Stop at the next window where you're suppose to pick up your food but remember I've already got mine, to ask for a couple packs of salt from the person who spends an equal amount of time at the nail salon as she does at work apparently who hands me six packs of salt and three of them have been drenched with coffee. I pull in a spot to eat my unhappy meal and the fries are decent, but the fish sandwiches had been lying around for a while in fact the second one is going in the trash! I don't feel like getting my blood pressure up this after noon trying to talk to these idiots. The debates tonight are going to get me charged up enough! read more

Went there tonight with one of my friends, before 12am, so at around 11:45 and they had already closed everything down. There was one car in front of us at the drive through and we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to us, but at 11:55pm the lights on the drive through board got turned off. We all drove off about a minute after that. The hours on the door say they are open until 12am. Poor management and employees. read more
