The service here is horrible. No one wanted to take our order. Overheard the worker stating he was not going to up to the register. I understand they have a kiosk but since when does McDonald employees refuse to take orders. The place is absolutely disgusting trash everywhere and no clean tables available. Now let me tell you guys nobody was inside and they weren't busy. The soda machines and tea area is nasty. They should really consider training other people for this establishment. We were in the area and stopped by for $1 drink. The parking lot is quite small, and if you're leaving, you can only turn right, so watch out for that! We got in the drive they lane and they were our of Dr Pepper (my husband's favorite). Speaking of drive-thru lane they only had one lane open, so the line was backed up. We ordered via the app and when we pulled up to the drive through (one lane was blocked off) we sat for 3 minutes and nobody answered, so we went inside to get our food. No cars in the drive through, no customers inside. They told us rudely "your order is fro drive through" yeah, we know but nobody answered. After this it still took a full 20 minutes to get our food. Its your typical McDonalds, nothing special. We were in the area and wanted to getting something to drink. As I've said before, it's hard to beat McDonald's $1 any size drinks. Sadly, this one was out of Dr. Pepper when we ordered, and that is what I was craving. Since they didn't have my Dr. Pepper, I just ordered a water. We got our order pretty quickly, and didn't have any issues with the staff. They were courteous and professional. We may stop by here again the next time we're in the area, but I hope they have Dr. Pepper next time! read more

All these horrible reviews made me look for a different breakfast option. Not finding one nearby (I HATE Waffle House!), I went to McDonald's. Before I ordered, I looked for filth or mess and found it to appear clean. I heard a young woman at the counter greeting people in a friendly manner. So I ordered at the kiosk and the same young woman delivered to my table. She was very appropriate! The ONLY issue I had -- and the reason I am not giving 5 stars -- is that my order was delivered to my table without any napkins. Not a huge deal, but it should be automatic! The only dispenser I found was on the opposite side of the restaurant -- near the counter. read more

Some reviews beg to be written. Sometimes, I do not write a review of a place as I do not think I could add anything useful. Seldom do I write a review of a fast food restaurant. Everyone knows why they go and no one expects gourmet food. I am reminded of the old song "Anything Goes" with this McDonald's store. I have posted photos which are self-explanatory. I worked in a McDonald's store at Capital Plaza in Austin for one of the best franchise owners. He visited daily his many franchises to be sure they were clean, running smoothly and putting out a good product. That is all missing here. Are there managers here on the weekends? I know that during the week there are at least three managers that keep things going well when they are present. This store was beyond filthy today. Nothing was clean. There was an employee blocking me when I was ordering. He made a bad appearance and was grousing about some perceived injustice in his pay. When I went to get my drink, there he was again muttering to himself like a crazed person. I go to pick up my order. Yep, there again, loitering, blocking customers. I posted the photos and write this review with the hope that the franchise owner reads it. You deserve better employees. Maybe in today's market, you cannot get them. If you did have a manager on duty this Sunday, he or she needs a long talk. Maybe (s)he is not suited for this job. Wow, you could really increase your business with good employees. I cannot imagine how many customers who have come in, never return. No meal tastes good when it is eaten in a filthy surrounding and delivered by scruffy employees. The morning staff at this location is PHENOMAL!!!!! I'm always greeted with a smile, and my order is always correct. The reason this location gets 2 stars is because of the night staff. Their hours say that they are open until 12 am, but there have been many nights where they close before then (sometimes an hour early). Not only do they close, but sometimes there are employees in the building that ignore us. We don't even really mind that they're closed but they just leave us sitting in the drive through for 10+ minutes. If they would just acknowledge us they would get a better review. I'm not a McDonald's fan. My daughter and son love it. We visited my wife at her school today and read to her class. Afterwards my daughter insisted on a happy meal. Son was "starving," so to McDonald's drive thru we go. We got in quickly and were served in an appropriate manner. Got the pick 2 a fish sandwich and a Big Mac minus sauce and fries. Daughters usual kids meal w nuggets and apples. Son got 2 Big Macs and fries. The order was correct. The fries were hot. I know know why I couldn't remember the last time I had a Big Mac. It was gross. It's 2 tiny 50 cent cheese burger patties with a ton of lettuce and an extra bottom bun. The bread to meat ratio was tragically skewed toward bread at about 12 to 1. The fish sandwich tasted like a lunchroom fish sandwich from when I was in grade school with less flavor. I know that McDonald's is cheap fill you up food but the quality is increasingly poor every time I get something as opposed to making a second stop. I usually make the second stop and and this visit solidified my position as never again. I'll make that second stop or wait til I get home!5 Daughter and son loved their food. My son will eat anything and I think McDonald's allure stems from my distain for it. It's a forbidden treat. My daughter is a total chicken nugget kid. She has a very minimally processed diet despite her limited scope of palatable food. McDonald's is a super rare treat and chance at eating like a normal kid. I'll continue to allow it rarely. 3 rating for prompt freshly prepared friendly enough service. I got what I was expecting quality wise. Blah. I will say include some napkins in the bag next time. Seriously how do you serve food and provide no napkins? Kids are messy enough without food, if you're going to feed them lots of napkins are required. Ordered 4 combos for the family at 7:03 pm. We were asked to pull forward to wait. After over 20 minutes later my wife had to go inside only to find out that the one order of chicken tenders just finished cooking and there were absolutely no fries cooked. We finally got our food at the 33 minute mark. The best part is that the girl in the back wanted to snarky because my wife didn't wait in the car. To begin with I see why there is a recorded greeting, it's because the staff is rude and incapable of a friendly getting. The lady on the microphone couldn't answer a basic question about the grand Mac (the question being "what's the big difference between it and a regular big mac) and she acted like it was an inconvenience that I had a question. Second, speed of service was a joke, 10-15min is not fast food. Third, she again was rude at the window like I wasn't even welcome there. Fourth, she had to take my card away from the window (why? Is she sliding it multiple times? Now I must check with my bank) and then she returns to give me my card back. Fifth, she finally gives me my food with no receipt (now I'm more suspicious) so I ask for it and she huffs and storms off to go dig through a mound of receipts to bring me mine. And 6th and finally, I get my food and there is nothing grand about this Mac, (especially for the money) I personally thought the order was made wrong and that it was just a regular big Mac (with less sauce, apparently there's a shortage) so I turn around, go inside to ask and they try to repossess my receipt (probably to avoid a bad survey that I'm sure they get a lot of) before looking or listening to what I'm saying and finally just respond with attitude "oh that's just what it is, it's a little bit bigger meat and bread". Again, very rude in speech and body language to me. So they have just lost me as a customer at this store. Which is a shame since I work almost next door. read more

We visited here last Thursday at about 8:40 PM. They had started to lock the exit doors already so customers who were ready to leave had to get counter people to unlock the doors. There was one employee serving, she spent more time waiting on the drive through orders despite the fact that the inside line was building up. Food was terrible, not very hot. Waited 25 minutes in the drive through reserve parking spot, watched 2 separate cars park next to me and get there food and drive off. I finally went inside and they hadn't even gotten the order ready. I have them 1 star because I couldn't give them zero. Piss poor service.
