Unfortunately, every chicken taco salad I've ordered since then has been a disappointment. I love that you can customize exactly what you want to add--or leave off--your salad. At around $8, it's a great value. You get a ton of food, and it doesn't hurt that you can add extra romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings at no additional cost. However, I've come to realize that it all depends on who's preparing it. Bring back the person who made my first salad, because the last three have been so bad that I started to question whether I actually had a great taco salad at Boomer's in the first place. One salad was mostly romaine lettuce with very little of the other ingredients, even though I had requested extra of everything. They also forgot the tortilla strips and the salsa. Come on--it's not a taco salad without salsa! The other two salads I ordered barely had any chicken in them. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I had ordered a salad without chicken. Boomer's, do better and pay attention to the details. Consistency matters. This could have easily been a 4-star review if you had been consistent with the four taco salads I've ordered. The other photos in this review are from years ago when I thought burgers were the only thing worth ordering at Boomer's. Who knew they offered salads too?! Based on that first salad, I'm going to give you another chance, Boomer's. Here's hoping you can make my next salad as memorable as the first so I can give that 4 stars!!

My order status in the app said ready for about 5 minutes, but I didn't find it on the shelf. I did eventually spot my order sitting in the service window, but I didn't want to be rude or enter a restricted area to grab it so I sat there awkwardly until the cashier was free. I had ordered a drink as well and had to request my cup because apparently they don't include that in your pick up order. My sandwich came with two tiny slices of ham and the thinnest layer of egg white I've ever seen. No scrambled egg. There was an adequate amount of cheese but the sandwich was mostly bread which I probably should've expected so nice it's Panera bread. Id rather have saved some money on a premade packaged microwaved breakfast sandwich from Starbucks that comes with twice the ingredients. I waited in the line again to request the folded egg and the cashier was very professional and accommodating but breakfast had ended while I was waiting in line, and they had already gotten rid of all the eggs. They did offer me a pastry or some extra meat which I appreciated. There was only one person working the counter so maybe there was a staffing issue today. The experience would've been improved with better staffing especially while they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. lesson learned: breakfast at Panera is a miss. Also, if you place an order for pickup that includes a self service drink, be aware that you will still need to wait in line to request a cup. So placing a pick up order online isn't a more efficient way of ordering and your food is probably getting cold while you're waiting in line for your cup. The locations ambience was very clean, cool, and bright inside. The back room that used to be a safe was probably 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the restaurant and felt great!

Uh they stole my money after the young only fans girl at the window said here's your Dr Pepper and I said oh it's a diet Dr Pepper because that is what I always order as a diabetic. She scoffed openly like only a twenty year old with full face paint and a nose ring at McDonald's can and walks away after closing the window. She doesn't remake the drink she closes the window after making a really beautiful scene about being annoyed because she's used to camming for money ? But I am an attractive woman so it doesn't work on me and she was being dumb ? Before closing the window she says in a snotty voice that it was regular Dr Pepper and not diet "that's not what it said on the ticket" and this sad little girl walks away from the window to ask the manager what to do instead of remake the drink. She comes back and has the new drink and wants to talk more saying the ticket was wrong and I say some stuff about not appreciating her snotty attitude and she works at a McDonald's. She then grabs the drink back so I can't have it !!! And gets the manager. Now Obviously the manager has problems with women in their physical prime for reasons I am unable to mention without getting banned, and says a bunch of stuff and they are feeding off each others drama like mentally ill cretins and I am saying you need to refund me if you won't serve me. The manager steamrolls taking way too much saying if her girls attitude is bad she will coach her that *I'm* not allowed to say so blah blah blah and is eagerly trying to tell me how to act hanging out a drive thru window with pink hair wearing a McDonald's uniform at her age! So me and my wife cade you can find her on the review page. It's actually spelt. Kade we were at this McDonald's until a group of furry guys and girls in bunny costumes with tales with horrible linger on walked into their on all fours and me and my kids tried to walk over to them and tell them to stop. We tried our best, but they never stopped. They walked into the bathroom and they started dancing for my little two-year-old they almost took him away!!!! anyways before I was gonna use the bathroom. I saw a big poopy mess everywhere there was piss and shit all over the wall every single place every McDonald's has never had this big of an issue. I saw a janitor quit on the spot because he did not wanna clean what was in there so one of the gay employees had to go do it. I will definitely say that I will never be coming back here and if I do ever come back here, I will never ever order something.
