The dining room is opened now. Unfortunately there were only 2 staff on duty when we were there. One was taking orders for both the drive thru and dine in counter. The other was cooking/prepping the food. Do not come here if you are in a hurry. Specifically do not dine in if you do not have time. It seems like the priority for taking orders is for the drive thru. The food was decent, at least they were hot. Unfortunately they ran out of several beverages. No iced coffee or orange juice and one machine was broken, so no coffee either. The staff were great though. Until they could get more staff in, it would be a wait for your food when dining in. Ghetto location inside Sunset Square. Parking is plentiful inside the strip mall lot. The place is pretty bare bones. Looks like the other locations. Place is definitely understaffed. There wasn't even a guy at the counter. My friends and I had to wait probably 10 minutes. The orders guy was mostly preoccupied with the drive thru. I tried 2 of their ghetto tacos. Decently filling but the vegetables weren't fresh. The lettuce strips were brown. Oh well, can't expect too much from their value menu. Next time I'd probably try another place in the strip mall instead. read more

This place is the absolute worst. You pull into the parking lot to eat in? Sorry it's locked. You go through the drive-thru? Their headsets are broken and need you to pull to window. Order food? Wait in the parking lot to get the food. This place is massively understaffed and mismanaged by either the manager Or LLC which when you call ( (425) 285-9106 ) they don't even pick up! I came with a coupon; 2 sandwiches for $11, They tried charging me for $18. I then got them to fix the price and asked for curly fries which is a huge jack in the box thing. They didn't have them. So unfortunately I got stuck with normal fries. I get my food, and surprise surprise, my fries are literally mixed with frozen fries. Never ever go here. I wish I could take these people to small claims court for how disgusting they are. I went to Jack in the Box drive thru and I was rushed to order then when I got my order I noticed they didn't even do their job I paid $30 for 2 small milkshakes and 1 large milkshake 2 orders of churro's for $30 dollars which is ridiculously overpriced but the way I received my order was completely disgusting and very unacceptable all the pineapple flavoring was at the top of the cup and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. I've enjoyed this Jack in the Box for awhile now. And an occasional incorrect order is not out of the norm. But this is by far the worst experience I've ever had in any restraunt. This all started last night at 2am 7/17/24 The first photos show their complete lack of taco sauce which I had asked for extra on my tacos. There was no sauce on the tacos or the bag. But the real nasty was the couple inches of hair I nearly swallowed in my jack wrap. This hair was so firmly embedded that I got to feel the whole length pulled from my mouth after my bite. Upon seeing what it was I immediately threw up my entire meal since I was unable to convince myself that there weren't other hairs in the other things I had eaten I immediately began throwing up. I'm currently here at the store to speak with a manager but their are no shiftleads or managers on site. They gave me the managers number but they are refusing to pick up. I made the mistake of coming to this location recently. It's the last visit for me to this place. Not only are they one of the most expensive fast food restaurants, the people working there all look like they're on prison work release. I went to the drive thru and was greeted by some very rough characters. They didn't look like they were on the job. Additionally, the last two times I've gone to the drive thru, despite waiting quite a while before I even made it to the window, I've been instructed to pull around to the front parking lot to wait for my food. The last time was not a big order- milkshake, curly fries and a child's cheese burger. After pulling around and waiting, I was brought out my food. As she walked away I realized I'd never gotten my child's milkshake. Excuse me, I said, and I saw her in my mirror physically startle, rolled her eyes and shoulders as she came back to my window. She looked exhausted and worn out and I felt awful for her because clearly this is the last place she wanted to be. But I couldn't help but wonder if this results in people doing things to my food in retaliation. I just don't feel comfortable coming here. And at the cost and quality, I don't see a reason to. Where's the zero stars option? This place needs to shut down so something else that's 24/7 can open. The window cashier was really nice, but the rest of the experience was a customer service disaster. The only thing this location has got going for it is the soda machine with all the flavors. Even with that, they're out of soda and flavors more than half the time. The drive thru was closed for 20 minutes for a "state-mandated break", I waited an additional 20 minutes for a snack and a drink, and after all that the order was wrong anyway. I haven't seen a review written about this Jack in the Box location in awhile and thought that it deserved a proper update. I along with a friend were passing through Bellingham on route to do some grocery shopping when we stopped by here to pick up a late lunch. The store was not busy at all and apart from the somewhat dark atmosphere, seemed to be a perfectly fine store. The service was simple but nice and the kind worker suggested that I get the Sourdough Jack. It was average priced for what fast food is worth these days, but it was pretty good. Staff were nice enough to give us a few extra packets of sauce for the fries and were happy to help out with our requests. Also, I should note that unlike other reviews, my order seemed perfectly fine and refresh. The order was fairly quick and was hot when I got it! Overall, not sure what happened for this Jack in the Box location to get such a low review. I'm bumping my review up to 4 stars since I didn't find anything wrong coming here. My family went through the drive up window ordered four combo meals. We did not check the bag only to find out at home that two of the large frie orders were missing. They seemed like they wanted to resolve the situation over the phone. I ended up playing phone tag with a manager who called me back eventually. This whole ordeal took an hour of time to relay to them. From missed calls to telling multiple people that work there. They assured me I would get a gift coupon in the mail and I never got one. This was months ago, They scammed me basically I wouldn't normally care but now that the price of everything is high. You can end up spending $60.00 on fast food easily just feeding a family. It really depends on when you go, but I honestly have pretty much NOTHING but problems with this location, everything from not including a sauce on an item that comes with it to giving my bf and I the completely wrong burgers. The people who work here are also consistently rude and dismissive. I have worked plenty of food service, I know it's not the greatest job a person could have. The hours suck, people constantly get mad and act entitled over little things and it wears you down, but it's your JOB and you are affecting others when you allow your frustrations to bleed over into your work and your customer interactions. Thought we'd try it since they've avoided going out of business maybe its good now? I didn't check reviews ahead of time but ya so this location apparently sucks. We went on a Tuesday pm for some dinner. It was weird and empty. Service was actually good. I did not get a milkshake. There's a dude who is apparently a regular and gets dinner for breakfast here every night... so they do something right? dunno. The customer service is terrible. The lady was extremely rude. I could've caused a scene but I'm not as ghetto as the employee that was working tonight 12/24 @ 1:08am. We were just conversing l in the car and laughing and she said our laugh was "all up in her ear." I'm not sure how that affected her work when we were literally the only customers in the drive through and laughing about stuff that happened at home. Honestly I'm chill. I keep trying to give this location more chances but in the last few months they've greatly messed up my order every single time. I just went their and received cold fries, a watery milkshake, and dry bread on a burger.. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and when she went to hand us a strawberry one, we reminded her and she proceeded to throw our straws down and throw a god damn tantrum over it...: we also ordered 6 pieces of bacon.. Come to find out they gave us two and just broke them in half.... Looked at my receipt and yup! Only got charged for two. I also asked for a specific lid to my drink and when they didn't put it on... I reminded them and they rolled there eyes. It was one Caucasian woman working and a dark skinned woman (middle eastern) and I am always there some time after 7 (7-1am).
