No complaints. It's a typical Jack in the box lol. The person getting my food did well. Normal restaurant theme. Ambience is fast pace. Service is good. read more

Jack in the box in Bellingham, Wa has 2 printed signs visible on their establishment (front door and at their drive through window) that state they are open 24 hours 7 days a week in their drive through. Last night, Friday at 1:30 am in the drive through, they refused me service because they said that they close at 1:30 in the morning despite posted hours that say otherwise. They insisted they would not serve me and that the posted hours did not apply to their location, even though it was clearly posted otherwise. read more

Sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes after the worker told me to wait one second and i eventually just pulled through and left because no one ever came back on to get my order. Absolutely the worst service i have ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. read more

The dining room is opened now. Unfortunately there were only 2 staff on duty when we were there. One was taking orders for both the drive thru and dine in counter. The other was cooking/prepping the food. Do not come here if you are in a hurry. Specifically do not dine in if you do not have time. It seems like the priority for taking orders is for the drive thru. The food was decent, at least they were hot. Unfortunately they ran out of several beverages. No iced coffee or orange juice and one machine was broken, so no coffee either. The staff were great though. Until they could get more staff in, it would be a wait for your food when dining in. Plenty of parking spots in the plaza lot. read more

Ghetto location inside Sunset Square. Parking is plentiful inside the strip mall lot. The place is pretty bare bones. Looks like the other locations. Place is definitely understaffed. There wasn't even a guy at the counter. My friends and I had to wait probably 10 minutes. The orders guy was mostly preoccupied with the drive thru. I tried 2 of their ghetto tacos. Decently filling but the vegetables weren't fresh. The lettuce strips were brown. Oh well, can't expect too much from their value menu. Next time I'd probably try another place in the strip mall instead. read more

Staff is very friendly here. Specials such as $5 All Day Meal Deal are not always advertised in store, so be sure and ask. Glad I did.

This place is the absolute worst. You pull into the parking lot to eat in? Sorry it's locked. You go through the drive-thru? Their headsets are broken and need you to pull to window. Order food? Wait in the parking lot to get the food. This place is massively understaffed and mismanaged by either the manager Or LLC which when you call ( (425) 285-9106 ) they don't even pick up! I came with a coupon; 2 sandwiches for $11, They tried charging me for $18. I then got them to fix the price and asked for curly fries which is a huge jack in the box thing. They didn't have them. So unfortunately I got stuck with normal fries. I get my food, and surprise surprise, my fries are literally mixed with frozen fries. Never ever go here. I wish I could take these people to small claims court for how disgusting they are. Besides the workers incompetence, probably due to no actual training, they are quite nice and I think they know they work for a dump. read more

Jack in the Box - A normal fry and a frozen fry. - Burgers Near Me - Bellingham, Washington

Bought a meal deal. As I started to drive away I tried the fries. Barely warm and limp. Backed up and asked for some fresh ones. Pulled around and waited for a replacement. They salted them so heavily they were horrible, but hot. Tossed them. Never going back to that let down of an under managed location. Also, it is just trashy driving through the pickup lane read more

I was just at the drive thru jack in the box on sunset avenue in Bellingham Washington. I wish I would have gotten the gals name because she has the very best of customer service skills. Straight to the point, professional yet friendly. I was there at 2:51 pm on April 2nd. Please give her a raise and/or promote her. She would be great in a corporate position. Thank you to this beautiful young lady!!! read more

I went to Jack in the Box drive thru and I was rushed to order then when I got my order I noticed they didn't even do their job I paid $30 for 2 small milkshakes and 1 large milkshake 2 orders of churro's for $30 dollars which is ridiculously overpriced but the way I received my order was completely disgusting and very unacceptable all the pineapple flavoring was at the top of the cup and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. It was unprofessional and very clear example of them not doing their job not just doing their job right but they clearly didn't do their job at all in my case read more

I made the mistake of coming to this location recently. It's the last visit for me to this place. Not only are they one of the most expensive fast food restaurants, the people working there all look like they're on prison work release. I went to the drive thru and was greeted by some very rough characters. They didn't look like they were on the job. Additionally, the last two times I've gone to the drive thru, despite waiting quite a while before I even made it to the window, I've been instructed to pull around to the front parking lot to wait for my food. The last time was not a big order- milkshake, curly fries and a child's cheese burger. After pulling around and waiting, I was brought out my food. As she walked away I realized I'd never gotten my child's milkshake. Excuse me, I said, and I saw her in my mirror physically startle, rolled her eyes and shoulders as she came back to my window. She looked exhausted and worn out and I felt awful for her because clearly this is the last place she wanted to be. But I couldn't help but wonder if this results in people doing things to my food in retaliation. I just don't feel comfortable coming here. And at the cost and quality, I don't see a reason to. Someone tell me where else to get curly fries in Bellingham. read more

I just stopped in to get something to eat, I drive a semi so I had to park out on the street and I went in and the one girl tells me that the dining area is closed I said I understand that's fine I said can I just get something to eat I drive a semi I won't fit in the drive-thru. So the girl says well can you just go out and walk through the drive-thru? And I says you want me to stand outside in 110° weather? And she says well our dining room's closed. I says you can't put in an order, and then I can just take it to go I'm not sitting down to eat. Finally I just said you know what you don't deserve my money and told him I just give my review. read more

This is the 3rd time through the drive through and I get home and some of my order is missing. Try to call them and they won't answer the phone. No dinner for me. One time we found a bonus in our Diet Coke! A receipt belonging to someone else was floating at the top! Yuck. Cheeseburger $6.50 so cold the cheese won't even melt. Yuck read more

I've enjoyed this Jack in the Box for awhile now. And an occasional incorrect order is not out of the norm. But this is by far the worst experience I've ever had in any restraunt. This all started last night at 2am 7/17/24 The first photos show their complete lack of taco sauce which I had asked for extra on my tacos. There was no sauce on the tacos or the bag. But the real nasty was the couple inches of hair I nearly swallowed in my jack wrap. This hair was so firmly embedded that I got to feel the whole length pulled from my mouth after my bite. Upon seeing what it was I immediately threw up my entire meal since I was unable to convince myself that there weren't other hairs in the other things I had eaten I immediately began throwing up. I'm currently here at the store to speak with a manager but their are no shiftleads or managers on site. They gave me the managers number but they are refusing to pick up. Unless they reach out to me, my Over all score for them is 0/10. I understand mistakes are made but we must be accountable for our actions. If they reach out I will update my review. read more

Ordered tacos with no hot sauce on them. I am allergic to the sauce. Took a bite and it was full of hot sauce. Had a slight reaction. 1 taco had cheese and others didn't. Not happy! read more

Food was good! Staff was friendly! Until one of them assumed I was antivax because I was wearing my mask and told me she "didn't believe in vaccines" when she gave me my food after I responded to her saying I could take my mask off with "yeah but vaccines, yknow?" So uh don't go here unless you're vaccinated? And or a hippy dippy who thinks nature can heal itself. Not rlly appropriate to tell a customer you are unvaccinated and not wearing a mask. If I wanted uncooked dogfood with a slice of cold Kraft cheese in a paper plate for a taco shell, this would be the place. Service was rude and unapproachable. What happened to the days when you could walk into a fast food place with a $20 bill and get a hot meal? Now they just tell you either plastic or exact change. Forget about the days when you could just pay cash for your food. America is going downhill faster and further everyday. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. read more

Where's the zero stars option? This place needs to shut down so something else that's 24/7 can open. The window cashier was really nice, but the rest of the experience was a customer service disaster. The only thing this location has got going for it is the soda machine with all the flavors. Even with that, they're out of soda and flavors more than half the time. The drive thru was closed for 20 minutes for a "state-mandated break", I waited an additional 20 minutes for a snack and a drink, and after all that the order was wrong anyway. For real this time...never again. read more

I haven't seen a review written about this Jack in the Box location in awhile and thought that it deserved a proper update. I along with a friend were passing through Bellingham on route to do some grocery shopping when we stopped by here to pick up a late lunch. The store was not busy at all and apart from the somewhat dark atmosphere, seemed to be a perfectly fine store. The service was simple but nice and the kind worker suggested that I get the Sourdough Jack. It was average priced for what fast food is worth these days, but it was pretty good. Staff were nice enough to give us a few extra packets of sauce for the fries and were happy to help out with our requests. Also, I should note that unlike other reviews, my order seemed perfectly fine and refresh. The order was fairly quick and was hot when I got it! Overall, not sure what happened for this Jack in the Box location to get such a low review. I'm bumping my review up to 4 stars since I didn't find anything wrong coming here. On the contrary, it was quite pleasant. read more

The kids ate it with no complaints. We drove out and discovered we were missing 2 things. I had no receipt so we drove around and paid again or not. I never said I didn't want a receipt. The stars are for the food. read more

My family went through the drive up window ordered four combo meals. We did not check the bag only to find out at home that two of the large frie orders were missing. They seemed like they wanted to resolve the situation over the phone. I ended up playing phone tag with a manager who called me back eventually. This whole ordeal took an hour of time to relay to them. From missed calls to telling multiple people that work there. They assured me I would get a gift coupon in the mail and I never got one. This was months ago, They scammed me basically I wouldn't normally care but now that the price of everything is high. You can end up spending $60.00 on fast food easily just feeding a family. So that they leave it up to the customer to double check their work is kind of silly. I have kids in sports and sometimes a fast grab is needed I'm never coming back Jack.... read more

The representative taking my order was rude and snappy. He didn't tell me they didn't have French vanilla so I got half and half. Refused to take the coffee back. He didn't grab my hot sauce for my food so I waited for him to get back to the window. When he got back to the window after I waited for a WHILE he just looked at me like I was stupid. I asked for my hot sauces and he rolled his eyes. First time and last time I'll come here. I was nothing but nice. Wow. read more

Ok, I generally love The Box. I was in a rush to get a quick lunch. Big sign near the door "Dining room now open"'. 1:15PM. Door locked. I walked around to the other door and it was open. The manager apologized and said he was short staffed and had to do drive-through only. OK, drive through. Ordered popcorn chicken combo with a coke. Sorry, no popcorn chicken, spicy only. Ehhh, OK. What kind of drink? Coke. Sorry, no Coke. We do have Cherry Coke. I said forget it. There was someone behind me in the lane so I asked if anyone was at the window. Yes. I said ask them to move I'm coming through. Oh no, they are waiting for their order. ((Steam)). They got their order. As I was passing the window the manager was there. I stopped and said, dining room closed, no popcorn chicken, no Coke? He said don't complain to me today. Just leave. I don't care how short-staffed a place is, that does not explain missing basic inventory. No Coke? OK, maybe 11:30PM drunk food time they might be out of Coke. But mid-afternoon? This begins to feel like the Ferndale Sonic before they folded read more

It really depends on when you go, but I honestly have pretty much NOTHING but problems with this location, everything from not including a sauce on an item that comes with it to giving my bf and I the completely wrong burgers. The people who work here are also consistently rude and dismissive. I have worked plenty of food service, I know it's not the greatest job a person could have. The hours suck, people constantly get mad and act entitled over little things and it wears you down, but it's your JOB and you are affecting others when you allow your frustrations to bleed over into your work and your customer interactions. I really don't like leaving bad reviews for people but this is ridiculous and I'm tired of it. read more

I haven't eaten Jack in the Box since they had this public health scare with chain wide food poisoning in Colorado in the 90s. Thought we'd try it since they've avoided going out of business maybe its good now? I didn't check reviews ahead of time but ya so this location apparently sucks. We went on a Tuesday pm for some dinner. It was weird and empty. Service was actually good. I did not get a milkshake. There's a dude who is apparently a regular and gets dinner for breakfast here every night... so they do something right? dunno. I never realized Jack in the Box has some mexicano going on, they had churros and tacos? weird. We go a burger and a spicy chicken sandwich. and for fast food... yuck rather eat McDonald's and Burger King. The fries were good tho. Floors were greasy. Didn't scope out the bathrooms. Table was ok. and hey! they have hot sauce as a regular standing condiment! read more

The customer service is terrible. The lady was extremely rude. I could've caused a scene but I'm not as ghetto as the employee that was working tonight 12/24 @ 1:08am. We were just conversing l in the car and laughing and she said our laugh was "all up in her ear." I'm not sure how that affected her work when we were literally the only customers in the drive through and laughing about stuff that happened at home. Honestly I'm chill. But I would never treat anyone with disrespect, especially an essential worker because I am an essential worker myself. I hope she finds peace cause she's obviously unhappy working there. I only Yelp when the customer service is good or bad and this one was ass. I'm so disappointed and this is NOT my first bad encounter here at this location. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt cause I thought maybe the last time I came to this location the person was having a bad day. But now that I see consistency... I'm slamming it with my review. Please train your employees and teach them some manners. I work in the medical field where I get yelled at all the time. I still offer the best service I can because I understand. To add on, we can totally hear her through the drive through window talking so negatively about us. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn't even get a receipt and I felt she did it on purpose so I don't get her name and put it out here cause she knew what she was doing. I would never want to come here. No one here cares about customer service. I don't care how good the food here is. If the service is terrible the whole place is. If I could give 0 stars this place would get negative 10. This is probably my worst review. SMH. By the way I asked for curly fries... I got regular fries. read more

I keep trying to give this location more chances but in the last few months they've greatly messed up my order every single time. I keep trying because the quality isn't bad and I figured they're understaffed or new staff but to get the completely wrong sandwich when the receipt and screen said the correct one, over 6 times is ridiculous. Of course we don't notice until we get home or out of the drive through and don't want to wait another 30-45 minutes for a new one. The other night we waited 30 minutes in the drive through line AFTER ordering before being told we actually weren't going to get our food read more

Food okay. No inside dining only drive up window which is the norm now. Problem I had was the drive up window, the sill, and frame were horrible dirty on the outside which I would think should be cleaned daily. A little windex would go a long way and wouldn't be difficult to do. Gross! read more

I come here literally every night because I love Jack in the Box's Oreo Shakes... But this is the only Jack in the Box that I've been forced to write a bad review about... I just went their and received cold fries, a watery milkshake, and dry bread on a burger.. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and when she went to hand us a strawberry one, we reminded her and she proceeded to throw our straws down and throw a god damn tantrum over it...: we also ordered 6 pieces of bacon.. Come to find out they gave us two and just broke them in half.... Looked at my receipt and yup! Only got charged for two. I also asked for a specific lid to my drink and when they didn't put it on... I reminded them and they rolled there eyes. It was one Caucasian woman working and a dark skinned woman (middle eastern) and I am always there some time after 7 (7-1am). Side Note / THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF WHIPPED CREAM FOR THREE DAYS. Come on guys.....not cool when I spend approx. $200 a WEEK alone at this restaurant. If that's not terrible customer service them I don't know what is.. Yesterday I also received burnt fries...and more bacon split in half... There are many more problems I have had but it would take me way too long to type them all... But I have always been rushed when ordering, and been treated very badly at the window. Please train your employees so I can't enjoy my dang food!!!!!!!!!! read more
