Every once in a while, you come across a taco truck to put a smile on your face... This is the one! I just got the standard street tacos. He got a crisp on the shell, and they were loaded up! Sauce was fantastic... It was quick, and the guy was super nice!

    Lots of meat options.

Holy guacamole! And I do mean that literally. How it is that I've passed this place approximately six thousand times in my life and have never stopped? Sure, I've read the Yelp reviews, and had made a mental note (and a bookmark) to go here someday. Well, that someday was today and all I can say is: WOW. There are taco trucks, and there are down-home, authentic, locally-owned, owner-operated islands of incredible goodness. A Que Tacos, my friends, definitely fits into the latter category. On the outside it may look like a boring ol' food truck, but on the inside this dude is cranking out some serious yummaliciousness. At first I was going to order the fish tacos (only $2 each!) but the kind owner informed me it would be about an 8 minute wait. I was already late getting back to work, so I decided to get an order of three of his $1.50 tacos to go. There was a long list of meat, but being in the mood to defy my recent foray into plant-based eating I chose the pastor (seasoned pork). A mere moments later the tacos were handed to me and I was might impressed. These little tacos weren't little at all. The three of them were STUFFED with meat. This guy doesn't mess around with a bunch of useless toppings, either. These bad boys were 90% meat. They were served with a lime wedge and a little cup of impossibly spicy (but oh-so-addictive) green sauce. By the time I drove back to my office (a mere three blocks away) I'd already demolished one taco and was reaching for the second. By the time I finished my third taco and was rushing back into my office I was pretty full. In fact, I think two tacos would have done the trick. I plan to test this theory very soon! Word to the wise: they only take cash. But for well under $5 you can stuff yourself silly!

I was in the mood for a good burrito and it was lunchtime. Stopped by the food truck and ordered a Supreme Burrito. It took the truck under 5 min to put it together. Then took it back to the house to have a good lunch. It is a good sized burrito when you open it up. Had a bite and it tasted pretty decent. You could taste the meat, rice, sour cream, tomatoes. Something else though. It smelled odd, kind of like week old vegetable. It didn't taste back just had the odd odor. I didn't feel bad after, so the food must have been okay. I just couldn't understand what that odd odor was. Maybe it was just this visit. It is a good deal on pricing as you can see from the pictures.

House-made Chorizo. That's reason enough to find them. They have two trucks - one on Samish Way, the other at Goods on NW Avenue, which is a taproom. While you're there, try the other offerings as well.

Never been to this before but have always passed on Samish Way and decided to try for Cinco de Mayo- was delish!! Got the vegetarian tacos and they were incredible! Good price, friendly owners and fantastic, authentic food. Tacos don't normally fill me up but these for sure did! I really recommend

This place gets 5 stars for food but 2 stars for service. I came here on Wednesday night hungry for some Mexican food. As it turns out, the wait was well over 20 minutes in subzero temperatures. It was so bad that I had to go back to my car and turn on the heat while I waited for my dinner to be cooked. Admittedly, the burrito is generously portioned and flavorful.

A Bellingham staple! Try the el pastor, it's amazing. Seriously love coming here every time I'm in town. The burritos are massive, super fckn tasty, and authentic. None of that Americanized Mexican food here. The owner remembers me and even though I don't live here anymore he still hooks it up fat.

Authentic tacos here! Enjoyed the onions and cilantro in them; no heavy creamy sauce in these. They have red and green sauce if you ask. He didn't have any fish tacos when we ordered. Carne asada plate was drier than expected. Needed to add hot sauce to it for more flavor. The side of soft tortillas was good. There was only one pleasant, Spanish speaking man who ran the show. Prices were good; quite a few people ordering from this place so expect to wait a little.

Looks like a hole in the wall from outside which we know is usually where good food comes from but talk about sketch and questionable. Hard to navigate small lot. Park in back where someone appears to be looking for drugs in grass around cars. Someone is beating carpets outside with gloves on. We see a few people on patio and in the weird area through the entryway window sitting to eat. They close at 10. We showed a little after 8. Confused walking into a small market and where to order, we turn toward the meat counter. There's a register. You hear voices but no people to be seen. There's a limited menu above meat counter. We stood awkwardly waiting. The person beating the carpets walls in from back with gloves still on and pushes past us. Doesn't say a word. Stands in front of register and just stares loathing us. Awesome start. I ask if this is where we order food. She nods. I say I'd like to place an order for here. She says at this time they're only doing takeout. We are far from home, don't want to eat in car. We see patrons eating with seating available. She stands silently holding her broom with rbf permanent on face seemingly annoyed I interrupted her night. At this point exhausted with the exchange, I just want food. We keep the order simple to get out of this insufferable person's aura. But wait, problems with order. I don't even remember the full interaction after that at this point but I remember them saying they ran out of meats so there was chicken or vegetable. I'm sure that's someone's choice but not ours. It's not even worth trying to make it work. I remember trying to kill with kindness because maybe she's just having a day but once we changed our minds and decided to leave, couldn't believe it was possible to get icier. I feel bad for people like that. This woman seemed to hate her job and people. This is the only impression we will ever have of this place. Will never come back. I'm sure the food is edible but honestly wouldn't trust it. Looks dirty in there. She was still wearing the carpet beating gloves at the register. Idk about Bellingham code but hope they pass for yalls sake. There were seemingly a million and one places to get Mexican food in Bellingham. Choose a place where they treat you right and you're not afraid the register lady is going to sabotage your food and no one will break into your car looking for drugs. We ended up going to a fantastic Mexican restaurant with the best food and despite it being 20 mins to close over at that place, they were so kind and amazing. And the ambiance was so wonderful. If you have to choose, pick literally anywhere else.

Normally, I would expect the cashier to ask a caller to wait until our transaction was complete. I handed her my credit card and my burrito punch card to record my purchase. She handed back my credit card and the beeper. When my order was ready, she walked the bag over to me. When I got to my car, I noticed I didn't have my punch card, so I went back in and asked for it. The cashier began to argue with me that she had given the card back, but I said I didn't have it. I asked her for a new card, she still argued. Then she grabbed a new card and punched it once and tossed it down. I told her it had 5 punches on it and she begrudgingly punched it 4 more times. Served with beans and rice. My friend had the beef burrito and it was pretty big. She said it was tasty and very filling. It was literally the only meal she had for the day.
