So tired of companies using "Covid" or no employees as their excuse for bad service or no service at all. Do young people even know how to work hard anymore??? Stopped by this location to feed our hungry family of 4 after a day of snowboarding. As I pulled up to the window and began to order 4 meals, an employee told me that I was ordering too big of an order for them to complete. He said that they were short handed and he had been told to have people order less food. By this time, I had a car behind me and 2 in front of me. I questioned him about the situation and told him that I refused to only feed part of my family so I could go somewhere else to feed the rest. We were planning to just leave once I got through the line. As I pulled up to the window, I noticed 3 employees that I could see not including the kitchen staff. One of them was sweeping (In my memory, as a young employee working, if we were swamped, sweeping would be the last thing we would be doing). This was such a weird thing for a restaurant to ask from their customers....to just order less food. Eventually, he said that they would fill our order (I'm sure they didn't do anything sketchy at all). The employee was very kind to us and was probably just following orders. I pretty much only came here because I was craving a burger after a 10 hour shift, got off at 2:45 in the morning, and they were the only fast food restaurant open (sorry Jack in the Box). I never came here before because of the terrible reviews. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. At 3 AM, Maria was very patient, friendly, and didn't try to rush us (the polar opposite of most fast food employees). My order was accurate, and the food was not as bad as I expected (not great either though). I got the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger and onion ring were a little overdone (probably from sitting for a while) which is what I expected. But overall it wasn't too bad. It could've used a little more BBQ, but hey, at 3 AM I was just happy they were open. read more

My food was delicious, even though the fact that they had it to me in 20 seconds (I was the only one there) made it abundantly clear that it was already made, waiting under a heat lamp somewhere. There were several lights burnt out over the tables, giving the place a spooky dark look, and they had a leak right by the registers--a semi persistent drip from the ceiling. Come here a couple times a week looking for a milkshake but I have literally never been able to receive one. The staff always tells me that their machine is broken or that it's being cleaned. When I ask at what time it will be done being cleaned, they quote me a time 4 hours later. Last time I was turned down I decided to order some chicken strips so that I hadn't made the trip for nothing and they handed me a box with a strip of chicken floating in a lake of grease. This place is really hit-or-miss I have been through here a few times and had decent service and they prepare me some mediocre food but every other time I've ever been here my food was falling out of the wrapper and seems like parts of it were soggy or burned or something right now I'm living by this location so occasionally the morning I stop by for a quick cup of coffee and that you see is all right I guess is kind of hard to mess up a cup of coffee but the quality of this place is gone downhill since they moved and then please don't really seem to give a crap about the people going through the drive-thru I would recommend a different restaurant if you're looking for fast food in Bellingham Washington but this does not mean that all Jack in the boxes are crap because I have been to a few good restaurants just this one is lacking in several areas read more

If you want possible gastric problems served by people REALLY who don't care, head here. Ordered two Macho Nacho tacos, the big ones, supposedly with ground beef and nacho cheese on top. What my husband brought home were two BROWN items dripping in brown RANCID grease. Could not even try them. He wrote the J in the B headquarters THREE (3) times, complaining, and received zero reply, neither from corporate nor local managers. Each time he wrote, he amped up the seriousness of his complaint, (but was always polite and factual). So. Jack "listens" to its customers? It is a 40-minute drive to get to this joint, and they sell RANCID items? Save your money and your health. No one is home at this place. The only way you will get what you want, paid for, and deserve, is to go inside, inspect each item as it is handed to you, and refuse anything that should have hit the garbage days ago. read more

I order through drive-through two of their Macho Taco's to take hone for my wife. When I got home she was excited but quickly disappointed. Not only were they extremely greasy, but the grease was stale too. I went to Jack's web site to let them know and they responded that I would be hearing back. Of course their ad say's "Jack listens" but obviously that isn't true. My experience was on February 16th and twice afterwards, with the same response, and nothing happened further. Would I go there again ... not likely! Obviously they don't care about their customers! read more

Other then the fast service, I really didn't enjoy my food and neither did my friend. The customer service person we had was quite rude and didn't seem like she really liked her job all that much. I will probably never go to Jack in the Box again. read more

Been here a few times and am familiar with the chain, these guys are off. Each time the order is simple and as I'm typing this right now I had a cheeseburger missing the BURGER.... Such a disappointment. Oh and my curly fries were not curly either.. All for 8 bucks read more
