I wish we had a Del Taco here but we do not and so I decided to satisfy my craving with a Taco Bell Crunch Wrap Supreme. At first, I was shocked at the price however when I started eating and it was so incredibly tasty that I decided it was definitely worth it! The drive thru service was very friendly and fast. The up selling is annoying as all hell. I'm sure it's a corporate decision but if management can put a stop to it that'd be awesome. "Does that involve adding jalapenos for an extra charge?" "Yes" "Then no, nothing added" They've tricked me before with the spicy question, I thought it was just a spicier flavor not an upcharge. If you order more than one thing they'll continue to upsell with other variations such as "Would you like to double the meat or add sour cream?" The good: Taco Bell quality and reliability always expect. A nice clean space to sit down and enjoy your meal, everything was clean and tidy. The not so good: they FORCE you to use either the ordering kiosk or phone app, I really HATE this. Most of the employees here are pretty nice, but the older lady that works door dash orders in the front has a terrible attitude. Every time my partner and i go to taco bell to pick up a door dash order she typically makes rude comments such as sarcastically telling my partner that they can read when asking if everything was on order which it was not because she had failed to read the order and put all the items in the bag. i know we are just dashers but it's not hard to be kind to people or just not make rude comments. read more

I rarely Taco Bell, I do love chipotle burrito bowls. The lady was really nice recommended her favorites of the blue drink, she says that is all she drinks and the beef taco box. I understand why she likes the blue drink, it's like a mild jolly rancher in drink form. Amount of ice is needed with how sugary it is. The toppings of avocado tasted processed, sour cream was good, tomatos were diced nicely, the sides of hot sauce was needed and a good touch. My only qualm is the nacho chips. The staff member at the front was exceptionally patient with us after our 15 hour road trip from Northern Canada. Wow! Taco Bells in US have waaaaaay more options and are waaaaay cheaper! The layout of this location is great for most things, the line right by the door not so much. Very inconvenient to have to squeeze by people to get in or out. Drive through would be convenient as this location is by a light. Restraunt was clean, even the restrooms. Cherokee took our order and was very friendly and patient with us. I am a DoorDash driver. I am giving this restaurant specifically a poor review due to how poorly delivery drivers are being treated. DoorDash does not give its drivers more than two orders at a time. I entered the line at this Taco Bell with two orders. 15 minutes later I finally arrive at the speaker. Drivers must place the order themselves. When I stated that I had two orders, they specifically asked me if I was a food delivery person. I confirm that I was and they said that I could only place one order. I asked what I was supposed to do about the second order. At this point and extremely rude boisterous person came over the speaker and stated that I needed to go back through the line again. 1. Note, I had already spent 15 minutes or so in line. 2. I was already well past the time when I was supposed to pick up the orders. 3. There was nothing posted about this anywhere! I asked if I could place the order this one time. He emphatically stated that no I could not, and that I had to go through the line again. I explained that I had already been in line for 20 minutes at this point. And was not even at the window yet. He continued to say no. I advised him to let DoorDash know. He belligerently stated that they did not have to. This problem was between me and DoorDash and the customer. This representative of the restaurant was unbelievably rude. These orders are for customers. What's the difference if the customer picks it up, or a delivery driver picks it up. By the time I reach the window, it was 35 minutes in line. I will be happy to give this a greater rating, if there is some improvement in the customer service department, specifically for delivery drivers. read more

This location is pretty convenient to loiter at when you're done buying alcohol from rite aid. As for the food I ordered it was pretty good. I ordered some of the limited time Nacho Fries which were delicious, and then tried some cinnamon twists which are a true classic. At 1:59 Pm today we ordered food and a Happy hour drink. When we arrived at the window to pay it was 2:01 which would mean the drink is a dollar. Not a big deal, but when I asked the cashier if she would adjust the drink due to happy hour, she was not flexible. I declined the drink and I then watched her throw it out. Silly customer service. I paid for the food only. That kind of customer service lost my business. I don't like the way that felt. Money is not the issue but that inflexibility is evidence how the business is run. The order number was 304141 at the Bellingham Wa Sunset store (stone number #029616). It was a female cashier but the receipt said it was Zachary G. I did report this young lady to corporate. Apparently all my "usuals" are no longer menu items (guess it's been awhile since I've been to Taco Bell) and he not only suggested alternative items but had a great attitude about it.
