When I was outside, I heard the take out window in action, and whoever was behind the screen taking orders should be the posterchild of how customer service for drive thru should be, from speaking clear and conscise, to a nice greeting, to even repeating the order, and referring the customer by their first name, it was such a pleasant experience that this deserves to be recognized. Everything inside this place was designed correctly, from where the ordering kiosks are located, to the pick up window, to even the nice communal tables, to the small tables, and how clean the washrooms are. Really, I wish our McDonald's in Canada looked like this. I can also say the food was given to me, made to order, nice and hot, and there was nothing odd about this, but when you have an experience like this, I have to say it even makes regular McD's taste better.
