Given that the restaurant was entirely slow at the time, there was absolutely no rush to justify this level of carelessness and poor food quality. This experience completely spoiled the entire meal. I complained via their feedback asking for a refund and they ignored it. I at least want my money refunded for the incomplete order. This is as poor as service gets with poor quality service and food.
