Great food. I mainly go for their delicious egg McBiscuit with cheese for breakfast. The McDoubles are great too. Love the fries. Strawberry shake was terrific. Self checkout kiosk is convenient too. Would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Order a coffee wait 20 mins for it.. worst "fast food" service in this town. Shoot didn't even order food...

This is easiest the slowest McDonald's drive thru on planet earth. Also don't think about going inside either, they're too preoccupied with fulfilling Uber eats and doordash orders, they won't even notice you. Avoid this McDonald's. read more

this mcdonald's need new management, if your order is not to go they will ignore it for as long as they want and they're rude. It also stinks because of the restrooms read more

If I'm on a roll and heading out to the malls to do some serious shopping I may stop by here occasionally for something good to eat. No one out does their French fries. They are extra tasty and salted just right. Even their burgers are always hot and fresh and never cold or soggy. I really appreciate that. The staff members here are always alert and busy and are continually cleaning, filling up the straw containers, filling the napkin holders, and keeping the floors clean of debris. I really enjoy this place. read more

We have ordered from this McDonald's many time because the location closest to us is closed earlier than we would like. This is to say- DO NOT bother with this location. The last time we ordered we only got half the food we ordered. We did not receive either of our fries, the apple pies, any sauces, or any of the extra ingredients on our burgers. This time, we took a chance, and while we got everything we ordered, there is still issues! Fries are cold and half cooked. They are greasy and almost translucent. I always put extra onions and extra pickles on my burgers and NEVER get it. This time there's 0 pickles and 0 onions. WTF?!? You guys truly do not understand the meaning of customer service bad someone needs to shut this place down. read more

I know McDonalds is nothing special so I don't expect much, but while I was waiting for my food to be ready, and old gentleman came in and had told the lady behind the counter he didn't understand how to use the machines to place his order and she seemed to get irate very quickly that a customer ask her of any assistance. Told him "it'll be a while before someone can help you", meanwhile there's 3 of them standing in the kitchen just chatting it up doing nothing useful that could've helped him. I felt bad for the guy as he was just hungry so I helped him. read more

I ordered the genshin impact meal but they just gave me the generic menu items. It should have a special box with an in-game redemption code. I'd understand if the app is wrong and they don't have it available at this store, but they didn't say anything to me. Also my chicken sandwich was black and burnt all over read more

I understand that some locations are busy and will have you park in a designated area. Simply ordered a 6pc chicken nugget meal with a cheeseburger , no onions ( because I'm allergic ) extra pickles. The gentleman took my payment and politely asked me to park. I waited for 15min. Thinking I would get hot food. Once I received my food, it was cold and the cheeseburger had onions. Normally, went back to return the items and the cashier took my items very rudely. I waited, only to get what I ordered in the same kids meal box, burger a mess and not wrapped. Fries were cold. Needless to say , I won't be coming read more

It took 20 minutes to get a single soda at curbside. Drive thru was 15+ cars long. Some guy said he waited for almost an hour and just left. It has gotten a lot worse since workers got raises and they cut staff it seems. Just check the reviews. This place has under 2 stars! read more

Worst McDonald I have ever ate at 2 days in a row messed up both orders food was cold and I highly recommend going to the one on Calimesa Blvd if you have to have McDonalds...this place is the a failure. Second day we returned all our food. I'm not spending 30 bucks on cold food and shitty service. read more

Though this location is close to my home, unfortunately, it was a true disappointment. My husband and I had planned to dine inside the restaurant. However, every eating area was dirty. Either the table was dirty, the seats were dirty, some of the booths had food and napkins covering the seats, the floor around it was littered with trash and food, or all of the above. The food was hot, but the fries did not live up to the hot, fresh McDonald's fries that we all know and love. Hopefully, with proper management, this place will improve. read more

terrible customer service for the late night drive thru. morning crew is very rude and grumpy too

Ordered food on the app. Went through the process. When we pu the order the cashier disappeared quickly and we noticed we were shorted an apple pie honked our horn no one came back to the window. Waited another few minutes honked again, there was a camera right in front of us by the window, so they knew we were there. Finally the cashier had the next order in her hands My husband said there is a pie missing she said there is no more he asked for a refund or credit and said no you have to go thru the app to do that. He also asked why did u not tell us u couldn't fill the order she again said go thru the app. I get home and research how to do this, all the information on the web says to call the store. Wow what a run around. They said next time I'm in to let them know and I would be given a pie. No one cares any more a little communication goes a long way. If this restaurant is cutting back in personnel I feel sorry for u workers. U don't have to put ur health in jeopardy for the stress for greedy franchise owners. Find another job learn some customer service techniques on ur own or maybe ur attitude reflects the owners if they don't care about customers why should you? And yes by the way as another yelper mentioned the Fish Filet is really small and the ff are not filled to the top only halve way. It's either lazy workers or they are being told to cut back in filling the ff boxes. Best way for them to notice our concerns is to boycott this location. Hurt them in their pockets I know it's a convenient location for many of us that live around but there are plenty of other establishments that give better service read more

Workers were unwilling to help. There was an issue with the "app" she said and when we asked her for help she said there was nothing she could do. Every other Mcdonald's I have been to will honor the deal from the app but she immediately blew us off so she can go back to talking with her friends while there were no customers inside or in the drive thru. This location is the only McDonalds that doesn't deserve 20$/hr for their workers. I've gotten better manners from children. They park their customers, so they can take their time making orders. It doesn't time how long they take if they dont have any cars in the drive thru. Word of advice: Fire and rehire; unless management is the reason. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ read more

They always promote their new hours on being open later saying it closes at 12 on weekends but always end up closing hours early than what is said such as the inside they always close early you can never order on the app it's always closed then it is said to close so many people always come and just wait at the speaker and no one ever says anything just for it to be closed so you just have to drive off. read more

worst McDonald's I've ever been to super rude workers. I had a pickup with 2 McDoubles that were both Mayo and onion only she gave me a plain hamburger so my husband brought it in and they were very rude and rushing him he brought it back and they again gave us the wrong thing and our other burger was wrong too! I called and she flat out lied and said my husband asked for a hamburger not a mcdouble! Also while my husband was in there he saw an amputee veteran who asked if someone could take his order and the worker ignored him and pointed at the kiosk, he asked again and she just pointed again and left the lobby. Obviously it's going to be difficult for him to use the kiosk!!! The manager needs to get a better attitude read more

Got my Happy meal, it was cold and soggy. Diet Coke and Dr Pepper tasted like lemon chemical cleaner. Chicken tasted like vomit, had to pull over on the side of the road so I could throw up. Horrible! I had not been to a McDonald's in forever, but my grandsons wanted fries. I should have left immediately but we were there and managing two toddlers that wanted food was a bit much already. The dining room was dirty and I had to clean a table with my baby wipes. As we sat near a window seat, we were constantly swatting mosquitoes! Moving didn't make a difference. I stood at the counter for awhile and no one even appeared although I heard them talking in the back area. I then went ahead and used the self serve screen to place my order. At the end it asked our table number and said that an employee would bring the order out to us. We waited 20 minutes and no one ever came so I went back up to the front and found my order now cold just sitting on the counter. I would have asked for a re make but by now the kids were getting fussy waiting. The order was not only cold but the fries were over done and so crisp that my 1 1/2 year old had trouble chewing them. The dining area was practically vacant and therefore I couldn't even attribute the lack of service and quality to it being busy. I stepped into the restroom also to wash my hands and it was also very unsanitary. It seems like no one cares anymore about quality and service. read more

I will stick to the facts so viewers can judge for themselves how horrendous my experience was. I placed an order through the app at 9:15pm. According to the app AND Google Maps, the store would not close until 10pm. I arrived at the store at 9:40pm to pick up and parked in a "curb side" parking spot, as instructed by the app. At 9:50 I exited my car and attempted to enter the restaurant. All 3 exterior doors were locked. All 3 doors had signs that showed the restaurant was open until 10pm. I Google searched for a phone number and called. A woman rambled on and on about how they closed at 9pm and the app probably had my order "on hold." I advised her that, no, I had a receipt and instructions to pick up the order, and was instructed to wait curbside in a parking space. She then rambled on for several more minutes about how the restaurant stopped curbside service at 9pm and only the drive thru was open. So I told her I would enter the drive thru and show my receipt. The drive thru cashier told me my order probably had not "made it through" because it was almost 10pm by this time. I showed her my receipt and told her what I told the previous imbecile on the phone. She also told me the restaurant dining room closed at 9pm. I asked her if she knew the doors were all locked despite the signs on the doors saying they should be open. I finally got my food. This place is ridiculous. read more

Bad McDonalds experience today. I wait in line for my breakfast and as I drive up to the menu and wait for the person to acknowledge my presence and begin taking my breakfast order, the screen went blank and it switched over to lunch! All morning, all I could think of was a McGriddle, and right when I was about to fulfill my hearts desire, boom! My life changed forever. Now, as I sit in a dark corner of my livingroom I think to myself the butterfly effects that can happen from this. Will it end covid? Could it affect Trump's reelection? Who knows? But I do know this.... the kid that took my order laughed at my misfortune, spilled soda all over the cups and tried to hand them over to me with soda all over them, and then forgot my straws! I feel like I've been mugged. All because some person in front of me took their sweet time studying a menu that they have seen a zillion times, or because the service was slow. All I know is that I paid almost 40 bucks for 4 lunches that will likely give me and my family diabetes, expand our waist, and could likely kill us a day earlier than God intended. Terrible experience this morning. Just aweful. read more

Okay ya'll, yes ima Yelp about good ol Mickey D's. I came here today (cheat meat) craving a sausage McGriddle at like noonish. So it's a lil busy cause of lunch. I do the drive-thru and the girl at the window was like, you're gonna have to park because there's a wait on the McGriddles. I wait literally like 20 minutes, I'm staring at the clock because I'm hungry AF! I been craving the McGriddle allllll week. So, one of the employees comes out and was like, is this your order? And I'm like yessss. And she's like, I'm so sorry for the wait and she's like, I included pies because you had to wait so long. I'm thinking to myself, now that's nice AF and the employees are always super nice. read more
