Poor service. Fries placed upside down. Kids milk was sour. All bad. Don't expect much from this location.

I haven't had junk food in over two weeks I decided today was the day to treat myself to a McDonald's cheeseburger. After I was assured it was freshly made, I took one bite into that dried up hockey puck and spit it out. The only reason they get two stars is the staff was friendly -although truth be told I would rather crappy staff and edible food. I didn't have the time to go back in and complain so just lesson learned. I will more than likely come back to this location since it's closest to my moms place when i visit- but I will have very low expectations and probably a buzz read more

I just want to know why, why the long wait times it shouldn't be that hard too put two and two together. They are so unorganized they need to come up with a strategy to make sure everything comes out smoothly what they do is park the cars to help with their wait times but that doesn't help. I had a big order from drive thru, once I got home the sandwiches were horrible, and fries were cold. I called back and spoke to Savanna, the night Manager. She was very understanding. This place is rediculous. I ordered 2 small $1 hamburgers with extra pickles, a small fry and a small coke. I got 2 cold hamburgers with one pickle a half full small cold frys and it was $8.16. This food was horrible even if I had paid $3.00. Are you kidding me! When I say junk food I mean junk food but at restaurant prices. At first glimpse this McDonalds seems nice. Newly remodeled and clean. But that is where it ends. I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich meal #5. They first brought out a Quarter Pounder with cheese and when they brought out the correct sandwich the buns were burnt and the chicken patty was over cooked. In addition, the French fries were old and stale. The manager was very cordial when I asked for a new meal but seemed annoyed that I wanted new food. Service and quality are not a priority to McDonalds that's for sure. read more

Went through drive-thru for breakfast. Paid at Window 1 - employee had huge fake nails and dropped my change out the window. She then told me she couldn't open the drawer once it's closed - perhaps you shouldn't close the drawer until your customer has their change. It was the principle so I asked for the manager. Instead another employee was sent out to the drive-thru lane to find and pick up the money. There is LITTLE TO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

Visited this McDonald's on 06/18/19 at 10 30 PM. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through window the man said "are you paying with cash because we are only accepting cash right now" in a rude manner. Not even "sorry for the inconvenience". I got the vibe they were just making it up. But of course this is only an assumption. I don't expect the red carpet treatment but at least don't use a monotone rude voice. I just can't stand when people work in a job that requires basic customer service and they are rude. read more

This place is hit and miss. Last time I was here there was no problems. But this time...They focus on Drive-Thru orders here leaving the walk-ins to wait. I went to the counter and there was no one there. They were all in the back. Eventually I hear a voice shouted from the kitchen telling us they'd be right there. Kept waiting, waiting. Finally, an 85 year old lady employee came out and asked what I wanted - like I was bothering her. When I placed my breakfast order she rudely shouted out "NO BREAKFAST". I was 5 min late (because there was no one there to take my order). So I just ordered coffee and a roll. No "sorry" or "thank-you" from the rude lady. She pressed about 60 buttons to enter the order. I tried to find a clean table to sit down but they were nearly all dirty. The trash can smelled like rotten food. I finally cleaned off a table and sat down. I then waited 10 minutes for my coffee and roll. They shouted out my # and when I went to get it, there were 2 bags (different orders) at the counter. No employee there to say which is which - leaving me and another customer to figure it out between us. There must be an employee shortage here because everyone was treated slowly and not very polite in my opinion. Guess I'm not going back. read more

I ordered 2 filet o fish with extra tartare sauce. Their idea of extra tartar sauce was a total amount of 1 tablespoon. It didn't even cover the filet when spread out. AND they charged .40 extra per filet. The sandwich wasn't even good tasting. I don't know what they've done but it did not taste like the usual filet. I'll never go back. read more

Sadly the morning shift order taker inside is HORRIBLE! She's an elderly woman who is rude and does nothing but complain. It's too busy or this doesn't work on and on. She has no customer service skills and she sucks at her job. The last time we were there she yelled at our Grandson. Today we were unfortunate enough to see her still working there and being cranky. I live in banning and I usually go here or to the banning location and they both suck rude workers , lazy food isnt fresh sometimes i had stopped going to this location for that reason well today i was close by and my baby asked for a happy meal and tthey blew me out my mind when I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and they forgot The whole box of nuggets and there was a hair in my fries and they said oh well we dont have a worker with that hair color like really i saw the lady anyways point is that I definitely don't recommend all the food was disgusting we didnt even finish it or eat the fries anymore read more

I went to McDonald's today it wasn't being run properly, not enough registers open nobody cleaning the tables I ordered 40 nuggets,?2 20 piece nuggets and my daughter went up and asked for more sauce and they told her you we can only give you two and after that we have to start charging you. Maybe it's newer. Maybe it's cleaner. The service is definitely better than the other mcd's in the area. I'm usually not apt to give a 5 star review unless it's really deserving. Horrible customer service, I ordered the McRib and the attendant said they didn't have them. I ended up ordering something else, pulling out of the drive thru, there it was a HUGE poster advertising the McRib. I walked in and ordered them, spend about 20 minutes trying to get my order right. This is the best McD's. The service is fast and friendly, and they get the order correct every time. There's only 1 issue, that they bogart the napkins and straws for some reason. I don't want to ask for permission to use napkins. Just put them in the dining area. What gets me is that this is in a middle class and senior community, not exactly the napkin thieving types. Since I was in the neighborhood and was hungry I thought I would try this McDonald's. What a big mistake! What happened to McDonald's? My pitiful little cheeseburger was NOT cooked to order - as it was barely warm and cheese was COLD! The fries were also barely warm - NOT cooked recently. And my order of a cheeseburger, small french fry, and small drink was over $7 ($7.23 I believe)! What a COMPLETE RIP-OFF! I could have had a real HOT 1/4+ cheeseburger and a BIG order of fries, and a large 32 ounce drink for $2 LESS at Gus Jr. (local restaurant)! And on top of it all, the service was slow and the person at the counter acted like $7+ for crappy cold food was OK! I know it is tough to get staff, but why pay people who don't work? No wonder the prices are now higher at McDonald's than most sit down restaurants in this area. Awful food and bad service at a high price! This was the LAST time I will visit any McDonald's ever. beware, when you get to the 1st window and pay the cashier will ask you if you would like your receipt (that is already printed it out) some of you might say No, when you get to the 2nd window there is a sign that says "if you have a problem with your food, we can not help you without a receipt. While I do enjoy a great big mac, I have had some issues with this McDonald's drive through. I went to the drive through and ordered a number 1. Paid and drove to the next window, received a bag of fries and a drink NO BURGER. Seriously how do you forget the burger? Well yelpers I have to waste my time today & give a review that I normally wouldn't do for a fast food restaurant, but this McDonald's has truly the worst service* it's off of a major California freeway the 10 freeway heavily traveled it's in a strip mall with other businesses Like Home Depot & Walmart & other fast food restaurants & a Bank* I don't eat lunch there /I don't eat dinner there, I only stopped in for breakfast in the morning when I'm on my travels for work reasons* I come in maybe around 25/30 times out of a year* the only regulars there are senior citizens* I'm not surprised by the low ratings on Yelp they truly deserve not even one star* no exaggeration every time I stop by this McDonald's they get my order wrong how can you get something wrong that I clearly told you several times over what I want, they must be hiring people that have an IQ equal=to A donut* because nobody working there has special needs or any handicap whatsoever* it's dominated by Young Hispanic girls with attitudes* but yet they want to protest with picket signs that they want $15 an hour* then start working like they do at Chick-fil-A. In & Out Burger/and Starbucks* This McDonald's treats you as if your asking them to commit a felony crime when you ask for napkins/ketchup/salt & pepper/ syrup/ grape jelly*when you go to a Chick-fil-A all those things are available to the customers to take for themselves* before this McDonald's remodeled at this location they used to leave this stuff out* but New Management thinks he's saving the company money* first of all you're not properly training your employees* second of all /*All you have created was slowing down the service line, because customers have to constantly come back to the counter, & say where is this & where is that* because your employees constantly are not remembering what the customer said they want with their food* you don't see Denny's or IHOP filing for bankruptcy & the napkins & the jelly & salt & pepper are left out & none of these other fast food places have filed for bankruptcy as a result of leaving out freaking napkins* Even Taco Bell leaves out the napkins & the sauce* This McDonald's wants to hide behind the excuse that homeless people will come in there & take buckets of it home with them to the bushes* that's their escape goat* what an educated manager would do, you put it at the end of the counter in plain view of the employees* what you don't do is inconvenience the people that create your paycheck every 2# weeks so you don't live in the bushes* people that punch a clock are being inconvenience because they got to go to work* this is why I mentioned earlier about senior citizens being regulars, they are not in a hurry so they're putting up with it* because they're just happy to get out of the house & have a place to sit and get a senior coffee for $0.79* even though there's a McDonald's in Oceanside California one mile from the beach that charges only $0.47 for a senior coffee* every time I come into this McDonald's customers are complaining about one thing or another, that's a red flag right there, you don't have to go to Yelp to know this place has bad customer service* and here's a wake-up call for employees at the Beaumont California McDonald's need to realize, The owners & the managers don't want to pay you $15 an hour, that's why they're installing throughout the country automated place your own order machines inside McDonald's, so take a course in Communications learn how to deal with the public when you're in the service industry, if that's going to be your chosen profession, listen to what the customer tells you as they Place their simple push a number order* so in closing yelpers this McDonald's overall rating is not even one star as of today as I see it on12/12/2017* at 1492 E. 2nd marketplace Beaumont Ca,92223* sincerely from yelper Troy J. read more
