I have never ever seen such bad service in my life! We waited 5 minutes for our order to be taken, no one in the lobby not busy at all. My husband asked how much longer because the total time by then was. 30 minutes for a 20 piece of nuggets, I think we were patient enough and to be treated so disrespectful! The manger yelled and said we needed to wait, and if we wanted to fill out a application so we can help, we asked to speak to the manager and she said it's me and she wasn't giving us her name my daughter was afraid and started to video record the situation. We asked for our money back and the manager throws the money on the counter ! A second women in a gray sweater that said Beaumont wouldn't give us her name and said she doesn't have a name badge on and doesn't need to give us her name ether and said for us to leave. We have contacted headquarters . It took more energy for both of these women to be so angry for no reason! The lobby dining area was so dirty and disgusting I will be calling the health department as well! So if you choose to go to this location, beware of this woman because she cannot handle any pressure stress, it seems! read more

They gave us the wrong order, and waited at the car until we gave the incorrect order back to them to return it to their manager. This is not COVID nor health code regulated. read more

Horrible service. Not sure why this place is still open with all the inconveniences the crew has brought to their customers. They couldn't care less about wasting your time. If you can just avoid it! read more

Came through the drive-thru tonight (Tues 1/7/2020) at 9:48 pm. Website says they close at 11 and so does the McDonads app. Sat there for 3-5 min. No one took my order. Drove up to the windows...no one there. As I pulled away, I can see the employees cleaning the kitchen area. Employees also wouldn't answer the phone. Doubt I'll be back to that location and I will be calling corporate in AM read more

Took the kids there after school, how are the fries both cold and burnt?? Ridiculous $30 and one of the most popular items is just straight crap read more

The worst... it was late night and stoped to get drive thru.. I ordered two fish sandwiches with extra tarter, a q-pounder without cheese extra large.. and two packs of cookies.. Got home.. no tarter on the fish, the burger was well burnt and it came with cheese.. the cookies?? Not there!! That's aweful.. my orders there are almost always incomplete. Beware.. order you meals fresh.. oh and the fries.. were under that heat lamp to long and the container only had 1/2 of the fries I hope to hear from the manager.. the owner should know how bad the staff is... but they do have great coffee read more

I like McDonald's sure but when done right. This time though I had a breakfast deluxe meal the one with pancakes. They added butter yeah but... No syrup... I had to eat the thing dry and it wasn't the greatest feeling. I didn't want to drive all the way back just for a packet of syrup. I would be paying some gas money just for that. Also they need to tell the one delivering the food to the cars parked on the side to which order it belonged too 3 or 4 because sometimes I'm afraid just one of the guys might accidentally take it thinking it was theirs. Also stuff dripped off the egg and on my shirt read more

McDonald's - Stuff that dripped off the egg while eating it in a car. Is that normal with eggs? - Burgers Near Me - Beaumont, California

Went through the drive thru, asked the manager if that was everything in the bag. She said Yes. We asked her twice and she said yes. Checked the bag and only half the order there. I ordered a Large drink. They gave me a Medium. Unbelievable service. Had to go in the drive thru line again just for my food to be cold. Wouldn't recommend this location. I don't know how that manager got the position if she can't even tell the difference between a large and a medium read more

Service was terrible, first the gave the wrong order, then gave us no straws, didn't mark the drink and when we asked if it was a tea, they told us to open the lid and check...no sauce on the Big Mac, asked for no cheese and still gave us cheese. read more

Went through the drive thru at 5:41 PM on 01/22/21. Purchased a burger and left. Ate half on the way home. It wasn't hot and seemed off l, so I put it back in the bag. I couldn't see how bad it was until I got home. This is disgusting, beyond excusable. Someone should be fired. I swear if I get sick. . . read more

Came here countless of time, and every time I open the burger box...things are not even in the burger. Sauce is on the edge, lettuce and pickles aren't even in the burger. What are u people doing? Y'all doing while blindfolded or something read more

Poor service. Fries placed upside down. Kids milk was sour. All bad. Don't expect much from this location.

I haven't had junk food in over two weeks I decided today was the day to treat myself to a McDonald's cheeseburger. After I was assured it was freshly made, I took one bite into that dried up hockey puck and spit it out. The only reason they get two stars is the staff was friendly -although truth be told I would rather crappy staff and edible food. I didn't have the time to go back in and complain so just lesson learned. I will more than likely come back to this location since it's closest to my moms place when i visit- but I will have very low expectations and probably a buzz read more

I had a big order from drive thru, once I got home the sandwiches were horrible, and fries were cold. I called back and spoke to Savanna, the night Manager. She was very understanding. Due to they were closing, I came back a couple of days later and they took care of me. Big shout out to Savanna. read more

If I can rate this place 0 I would. The lady that always works at night has the worst attitude. Always slams the window with an attitude and never says ur welcome even after being nice and saying thank you. She gets mad if u ask for sauce or u don't even get the chance to ask for any cuz she's slamming the window so fast after giving your food. I feel bad for her coworkers cuz she's rude as hell. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she's having a bad day but nope she's a rude lady all the time. read more

This place is rediculous. I ordered 2 small $1 hamburgers with extra pickles, a small fry and a small coke. I got 2 cold hamburgers with one pickle a half full small cold frys and it was $8.16. This food was horrible even if I had paid $3.00. Are you kidding me! When I say junk food I mean junk food but at restaurant prices. I know they are trying to stay in business but I promise to never go there agsin! read more

I just want to know why, why the long wait times it shouldn't be that hard too put two and two together. They are so unorganized they need to come up with a strategy to make sure everything comes out smoothly what they do is park the cars to help with their wait times but that doesn't help. They are still slow trying to cheat their system waited over 30min outside parked waiting for my food. Come on management do better we are your paychecks. read more

At first glimpse this McDonalds seems nice. Newly remodeled and clean. But that is where it ends. I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich meal #5. They first brought out a Quarter Pounder with cheese and when they brought out the correct sandwich the buns were burnt and the chicken patty was over cooked. In addition, the French fries were old and stale. The manager was very cordial when I asked for a new meal but seemed annoyed that I wanted new food. Service and quality are not a priority to McDonalds that's for sure. read more

Went through drive-thru for breakfast. Paid at Window 1 - employee had huge fake nails and dropped my change out the window. She then told me she couldn't open the drawer once it's closed - perhaps you shouldn't close the drawer until your customer has their change. It was the principle so I asked for the manager. Instead another employee was sent out to the drive-thru lane to find and pick up the money. There is LITTLE TO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

Visited this McDonald's on 06/18/19 at 10 30 PM. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through window the man said "are you paying with cash because we are only accepting cash right now" in a rude manner. Not even "sorry for the inconvenience". I got the vibe they were just making it up. But of course this is only an assumption. I don't expect the red carpet treatment but at least don't use a monotone rude voice. I just can't stand when people work in a job that requires basic customer service and they are rude. read more

This place is hit and miss. Last time I was here there was no problems. But this time...They focus on Drive-Thru orders here leaving the walk-ins to wait. I went to the counter and there was no one there. They were all in the back. Eventually I hear a voice shouted from the kitchen telling us they'd be right there. Kept waiting, waiting. Finally, an 85 year old lady employee came out and asked what I wanted - like I was bothering her. When I placed my breakfast order she rudely shouted out "NO BREAKFAST". I was 5 min late (because there was no one there to take my order). So I just ordered coffee and a roll. No "sorry" or "thank-you" from the rude lady. She pressed about 60 buttons to enter the order. I tried to find a clean table to sit down but they were nearly all dirty. The trash can smelled like rotten food. I finally cleaned off a table and sat down. I then waited 10 minutes for my coffee and roll. They shouted out my # and when I went to get it, there were 2 bags (different orders) at the counter. No employee there to say which is which - leaving me and another customer to figure it out between us. There must be an employee shortage here because everyone was treated slowly and not very polite in my opinion. Guess I'm not going back. read more

Explain to me why on a hot day when all you want is a cold treat McDONALDS IS ALWAYS out of ice cream??? I dont understand! It happens all the time in so many locations! They do realize it is summer right? Absolutely one of my biggest frustrations! I ordered 2 filet o fish with extra tartare sauce. Their idea of extra tartar sauce was a total amount of 1 tablespoon. It didn't even cover the filet when spread out. AND they charged .40 extra per filet. The sandwich wasn't even good tasting. I don't know what they've done but it did not taste like the usual filet. I'll never go back. read more

Sadly the morning shift order taker inside is HORRIBLE! She's an elderly woman who is rude and does nothing but complain. It's too busy or this doesn't work on and on. She has no customer service skills and she sucks at her job. The last time we were there she yelled at our Grandson. Today we were unfortunate enough to see her still working there and being cranky. Our order was wrong, we didn't get items we requested and paid for. Can say that the place was clean and the kitchen staff was very hard working. read more

Maybe it's newer. Maybe it's cleaner. The service is definitely better than the other mcd's in the area. I'm usually not apt to give a 5 star review unless it's really deserving. WHAT IS IT WITH "MAC SAUCE" McDonalds? When we ask for "EXTRA MAC SAUCE" you seldom (as in never) get it? It seems to be some new policy or something.. and CHARGING EXTRA FOR MAC SAUCE? What Marketing Genius came up with that idea? Really guys! Talk about STUPID, DUMB AND IGNORANT IDEAS! "In-N-Out" and "Jack in the Box" (ever hear of them McDonald's?) are smart enough to know that's a lame idea, But NOT McDonald's Management.. Go Figure. Oh, by the way McDonald's; an In-N-Out "ANIMAL STYLE BURGER" is way better than a BIG MAC.. it comes with extra everything (including sauce at no extra charge) AND COSTS LESS THEN A BIG MAC! And its a far better made and tasting CheeseBurger! Factor that into your next. P&L Statement McDonald's while you try to figure out why McDonald's is losing Market Share? "HAPPY MEAL" Anyone? You have one job McDonald's, provide the items you list on your menu. I pay for it and you give me that item. When you say that your ice cream machine isn't working, that's pretty sad. For a billion dollar company not to have their ice cream machine working is not a good thing and therefore you get 1 star from me. From the looks of your previous reviews, sounds like you've been doing a lousy job all along. I will no longer visit this McDonald's, thanks for nothing. read more

This is the best McD's. The service is fast and friendly, and they get the order correct every time. There's only 1 issue, that they bogart the napkins and straws for some reason. I don't want to ask for permission to use napkins. Just put them in the dining area. What gets me is that this is in a middle class and senior community, not exactly the napkin thieving types. One cool thing is they actually bring the food to your table. read more

While I do enjoy a great big mac, I have had some issues with this McDonald's drive through. I went to the drive through and ordered a number 1. Paid and drove to the next window, received a bag of fries and a drink NO BURGER. Seriously how do you forget the burger? A number one = 1 Big Mac, Fries, A Drink.... seems simple enough, But I guess not for these guys. OMG I had to update my review of this McDonald's..... I went through the drive through on Friday the 7th and ordered a #1 no mac sauce, add mustard and extra pickles among other items for my family. Gee, it was wrong, no surprise there. So I walked in, told them of their mistake and they "fixed" it........WRONG. Once again my Big Mac didn't have what I ordered, and the "manager" and his crew laughed as if it was funny that they couldn't figure out how to make a burger. WORST McDonald's EVER. beware, when you get to the 1st window and pay the cashier will ask you if you would like your receipt (that is already printed it out) some of you might say No, when you get to the 2nd window there is a sign that says "if you have a problem with your food, we can not help you without a receipt. Since I was in the neighborhood and was hungry I thought I would try this McDonald's. What a big mistake! What happened to McDonald's? My pitiful little cheeseburger was NOT cooked to order - as it was barely warm and cheese was COLD! The fries were also barely warm - NOT cooked recently. And my order of a cheeseburger, small french fry, and small drink was over $7 ($7.23 I believe)! What a COMPLETE RIP-OFF! I could have had a real HOT 1/4+ cheeseburger and a BIG order of fries, and a large 32 ounce drink for $2 LESS at Gus Jr. (local restaurant)! And on top of it all, the service was slow and the person at the counter acted like $7+ for crappy cold food was OK! I know it is tough to get staff, but why pay people who don't work? No wonder the prices are now higher at McDonald's than most sit down restaurants in this area. Awful food and bad service at a high price! This was the LAST time I will visit any McDonald's ever. No loss. Jack-In-The-Box has better and bigger food - and it is almost always HOT! Not 2 hour old hamburgers with a slice of cheese thrown on top. Value of McDonald's cheeseburger $0.50. Cost??? TOO MUCH!!! read more
