I work in Sales and marketing and I frequent many Starbucks locations throughout the inland empire and the Palm Springs Desert area and I can ABSOLUTELY say that every time I walk in through the front doors I am greeted with tons of enthusiasm and great spirits.. All the barista's are fantastic and my drinks come out perfect every single time. 5 stars for Brittany who was so sweet and welcoming. Isabella looked at me like she wanted to throw up because she had to assist me. Management needs to have a training to teach staff about non verbal communication. Even if you're racist, don't let the customer know. Customers pay attention when you assist people before them with smiles and then when they get to you, you look them up and down and turn your nose up. It's hurtful and embarrassing because others see how your customer service changed with me. read more

This was my first visit to this location and it was not a great experience: 1. I ordered a decaf sugar free vanilla iced coffee and was told they do not have any decaf ice coffee. WTH. Why not?? 2. The drink I got was so bland, it lacks flavor. I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino and I complained about it having no taste. They said I can go back and will replace it with another one. I went to this location the other day and had a terrible experience. Both of my kids work for Starbucks and I told them about my experience. They said I should say something. The moment I walked in during what would be their mid shift. The woman at the register had really bad RBF and she didn't seem like she wanted to take my order. She was very cold and came off rude. It was a warm Sunday in the evening around 7:30ish. Walked in with my friends to get some refreshments and use the restrooms. While we waited for our order one of the employees asked what we were waiting for since some of our friends had already gotten their beverages. We were not greeted and did not feel welcomed at all. There were no other customers inside except their drive thru line. If there were customers inside before us they probably left because of the ambiance the employees reflected. Aside from having an unpleasant interaction with the entire staff looking like they disliked their job we would have had a good encounter. Not my favorite Starbucks but this one is like the only one in the whole area. The drive-thru here is always ridiculously long. Like, always at least 8-10 cars no matter what time of day. Inside is a hit or a miss, sometimes a line but when there's no one inside, it's super nice. I think because the drive-thru is always so busy, they're a littttle unorganized and not as attentive to people actually waiting in line :/ Went there for a cold-brew and it took like 15 minutes. Josh (I think that was his name) is a literal life saver. I live about an hour away from Beaumont and was not looking forward to the long drive back. He suggested an AMAZING drink that would for sure keep me awake (with four shots of blonde espresso) but to be honest I think just his energy alone would have been enough for me to make it home safely. I'm happy that I was able to encounter such a radiant beacon of light. He truly goes above and beyond. Definitely deserves a raise! I moved to Beaumont almost 3 yrs ago March. I literally go to this Starbucks every day. In the morning, I order my usual Honey Citrus Mint Tea aka Medicine Ball and a Grilled Cheese ( I do request that it go through the grill 3-4 times so that it's extra crunchy and the cheese is dry). Often I will order a Strawberry Refresher or Passion Fruit Tea mid-day and most evenings I'm back for another Honey Citrus Mint tea. I spend any easy $15-$20 bucks per day and I always tip. Tonight, I went through the drive-thru as usual. I begin to place my order. I first asked for a Venti Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher for my Mother and I decided to try something new, the Iced Green Tea Lemonade. I thought it odd that as I placed my order the person taking my order repeatedly responded by asking "What else". Not the usual, "can I get anything else for you?" or "will that be all for you". Once I reached the window the individual never once greeted me. Instead, she said "here's your straws!". She was rude and kurt. She wore a scowl not a smile. We paid for our order and drove off. Immediately, I noticed that my Iced Green Tea Lemonade had no Lemonade!. So I immediately drove back to the drive through. It was the same rude individual. I said, "Hi, I just ordered the Iced Green Tea Lemonade but the drink has no Lemonade". She asked was size I had ordered. I stated that is was a Venti size. I arrive at the window, she looks at me and asked "can I have that one back?". Well, for starters during her training she should've been told that once an order is passed she should not except it back. This is a Standard Rule. Needless to say, I obliged her and gave her the drink back. Meanwhile, she's still wearing a scowl. She handed me the new drink. I simply couldn't resist saying "you should try smiling and being nicer to customers". This resulted in her rolling her eyes slamming the window shut. I drove around and parked my car, walked inside, she was helping a customer and speaking to her in Spanish. She completed the transaction, rolled her eyes at me once again, walked over to her Manager (the gal who is covered in tattoos and has multiple piercings, who often isn't always pleasant but has never been blatantly rude). She says something to the Manager, who then looks over at me and says "Hello, how can I help you" and proceeds to walk toward me. I explained my experience and asked "is this something you as the manager condones? Surprisingly, she apologizes. I asked "is she allowed to treat customers this way? Will you reprimand her for this type of behavior or at best pull her off the window?". She replied, I won't reprimand by employees in front of customers. That is something that I would discuss after pulling them to the back. Ok, I completely respect that and would tend to agree. I told her that I come to this location 2-3 times a day and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I then looked at over at the individual who still had the same scowl on her face and her hand on her hip, accompanied by a slight smirk and said "your nasty and rude and should not be working with the public. She replied "have a nice evening". It is my intent to contact Starbucks Corporate Office, to file a formal complaint, I want to know who the Franchisee is and take it a step further by addressing he/she in writing. This location has an excessive turnover. Unfortunately this last bunch is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and lazy. Says a lot about the Franchisee as well. As a business owner, I represent over 120 clients daily. I would be out of business and broke if I treated my clients this way. read more

Been coming here for years to buy their good, overpriced beverages. Lately, staffing seems to be an issue as you never know when the dine-in will be closed. The drive-thru is always open - always with very long lines - but frequently (I assume) due to lack of staff, they close the inside portion. Annoying.
