I do the drive-thru and the girl at the window was like, you're gonna have to park because there's a wait on the McGriddles. Fries were dry and hard like they were sitting , we ordered 4 hot mustard's on the kiosk and they didn't give us none and told us to pay for it even though it was already on the receipt! Please don't come to this mcdonald's and go to the one on beaumont ave instead. This McDonald's is the worse! The food is always cold, there is no cashier in the lobby, all lobby orders taken at the kiosk. When you give them special instructions in the drive thru they do not listen to you. We asked them to warm the cookies and they said they did but when we b opened the bag in the car they were stiff. On another occasion we asked our fries to be placed in separate bags and were ignored. On the positive side, they keep their lobby clean and their bathroom clean. read more

This location needs some work on how to make proper french fries and hash browns. They are never crispy and saturated in oil. The fries are always cold and never crispy which is so upsetting because that's what they are known for. The best McDonald's fries and hash browns that I've had was in Ontario on Mountain and I would see an employee cleaning the oil everyday. The automated menu took my order for 1 egg sausage McMuffin, then told me to pay at the register for 4 McMuffins and two beverages. How many people pay way too much without realizing they are being charged incorrectly? McDonalds your attempt to not hire humans is failing miserably. I'm tired of ordering at this exact Mcdonalds location, not a few but multiple times I've order through doordash, and reported issue after issue, today I ordered again, and I'm done with this situation, I needed to write this review, I don't understand what is happening, one time or two times (even 3 times) is just a mistake, but multiple times tells you how organized they are, and they are not organized at all, how can you miss many details when it comes with accuracy at the time of closing the paper delivery bag, I do work at fast food industry, I know how things work and this has become unacceptable; Again I have ordered multiple times, so to not mention specifically all of them, in a few words, this place always misses the items needed on the order, from forgetting sauces (I paid for), napkins and straws, to completely giving you the wrong order with the right receipt (make it make sense), either my order is messed up, or not how I ordered it, and in all the cases when I have ordered the happy meal, I always order 2 sides of fries (meaning not apple slices), and end up getting just one fry, also getting burnt/dry meat and many times old fried chicken ..... My husband and I ordered through the drive through, the girl, jasmine who handed us our food was rude and disrespectful. She handed us the food and turned around to do something else, she didn't say "you're all set" or anything. when she noticed we were still at the drive through she looked at us and said "what are you still doing here" with such attitude. My husband told her we were waiting on my sons drink, she handed us the drink and again not a single "here you go, you're all set" or "have a nice day" NOTHING. I came in this evening to get the special Mc double with the chicken nuggets and fries for six dollars. I requested that my food be made fresh upon receiving it discovered that it was not fresh so I walked back into the restaurant and I spoke with Jenny who advised me I could come back in five minutes to pick up my food. Kind of rude considering she already messed up my order the least she could do is bring it to my car. So when I go back in to get my food, the food is still lukewarm. No hot temperature I again go back to Jenny and I asked her what is the problem? Why can't my food be made fresh I just want a hot meal. It's been a long day and I just want a hot meal she Argued me that the food was fresh when it was clearly almost cold to the touch she did, however remake my fries, but she did not make my burger or nuggets fresh. It took three times me returning the food to get it done, right. In my opinion, Jenny doesn't need to work and Customer service because she doesn't give a dang about the customers, nor the quality of the food that she's putting out into the world. First of all owner should this establishment back to corporate, he apparently doesn't care about his customers. For years the plumbing smells like defecation! His prices are like $2 higher than the one on Beaumont Ave. next to 10 freeway. The workers here at 2nd street are too lazy and not friendly. Through my phone app I place my table service with table number. I was on a business phone call and they were taking too long, so I approached the manager and asked for my food and she said she had called my mobile order, I told her I requested table service. So my food was now cold and coffee old and bitter. Look if you are not gonna follow corporate inventions like table service than shut down your business or let someone else take over your business and provide excellent customer service. McDonald's is paying the employees extravagant wages but we the customers pay for that! So if we pay more provide more to us!!!! Across McDonald's every price went up, but more so this location. At the other place I pay like $8 here at this location it's more than $10...it ridiculous already. She wouldn't refund my money and when I returned a second time with my wife and her phone. I know McDonalds is nothing special so I don't expect much, but while I was waiting for my food to be ready, and old gentleman came in and had told the lady behind the counter he didn't understand how to use the machines to place his order and she seemed to get irate very quickly that a customer ask her of any assistance. Told him "it'll be a while before someone can help you", meanwhile there's 3 of them standing in the kitchen just chatting it up doing nothing useful that could've helped him.
