Okay ya'll, yes ima Yelp about good ol Mickey D's. I came here today (cheat meat) craving a sausage McGriddle at like noonish. So it's a lil busy cause of lunch. I do the drive-thru and the girl at the window was like, you're gonna have to park because there's a wait on the McGriddles. I wait literally like 20 minutes, I'm staring at the clock because I'm hungry AF! I been craving the McGriddle allllll week. So, one of the employees comes out and was like, is this your order? And I'm like yessss. And she's like, I'm so sorry for the wait and she's like, I included pies because you had to wait so long. I'm thinking to myself, now that's nice AF and the employees are always super nice. read more

Bunch of lazy bones that work here, it's like they all have arthritis and dementia so slow , all they say is "can I have u park in one of the parking spots in front" why even have a 2nd window from now on your better off skipping the window and go straight to parking and wait 10 minutes for cold fries and a watered down soda. Don't believe me try it for yourself! read more

Manager was rude, i went to get 5 items. 3 mcmuffins with a mcgriddle and a hashbrown. Waited 20 minutes. Saw 5 cars get there food before me. 1 person having more than 6 items including a iced coffee. I went in there asked how long itll take im kind of in a time crunch. Weve been waiting for 20ish minutes. Just want to see how much longer itll take. The employee walked to the manager and asked what was left on my order nd said in a calm manner that i was in a little time crunch. Mind you there were 4 people 5 including myself in the dining room. The manager just scoffed nd shrugged her shoulders than rudely said to her I am to. The employee saw me looking at them nd quickly gave me my bag. I work at a restaurant part time so i completely get how sometimes your being rushed with items. But at the end of the day professionalism and customer care is always #1 especially in overwhelming situations. There was 2 cars in front of me nd id say around 2-3 more people behind me. I work at a restaurant thats smaller nd get sat 30-40 people at a time on some nights. Nd all i asked was how much longer. Not demanding to know anything. read more

Walked in with seven people. Not one person behind counter even looked in our direction for ten minutes. They looked and continued to ignore us. 35 minutes working on the self serve with no help. No one came to counter during entire time. Won't be going back. read more

Fries were dry and hard like they were sitting , we ordered 4 hot mustard's on the kiosk and they didn't give us none and told us to pay for it even though it was already on the receipt! Please don't come to this mcdonald's and go to the one on beaumont ave instead. Horrible customer service and rude employees everywhere, tables aren't clean and they like to talk crap about you after in spanish and they take forever compared to the one on beaumont ave. Like i said again PLEASE don't come to this one go to the one on beaumont ave for a good experience. The workers seem miserable and are mean to everyone aswell nothing about this mcdonald's is good, especially the workers. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. All the employees are so miserable. Walked in saw my food was ready kept telling the lady "excuse me excuse me." I know she heard me but she totally ignored me. If they don't want to hand me my food then let me get it myself but better not get mad at me if I do. read more

Raylene (hopefully I'm spelling that right) was sooo sweet and helpful while at the drive thru. I hope they hire more people like her.

This place is NOT a "fast-food" place. It is a go to the drive thru and be directed to park and wait for up to 30minutes... while you watch delivery drivers for DoorDash or Uber pick up bags of food! The poor staff are young and likely have the worst owner and management to be this horrendous!! read more

Avoid this place if you want ice cream unless you're okay with paying $4 for a cone when it's under $2 at all the other area Mcdonalds.

Slowest service at this location. They attempt to trick to their order turn around time at the drive thru by sending customers to wait in the reserved online order spots. Writing this as I wait for my large fries for the last 10 minutes... read more

Service is horrible they have the food just sitting there I had to ask for it never get the order right other people waiting 30 to 40 minutes for their meal. I will never go back again. read more

This McDonald's is the worse! The food is always cold, there is no cashier in the lobby, all lobby orders taken at the kiosk. When you give them special instructions in the drive thru they do not listen to you. We asked them to warm the cookies and they said they did but when we b opened the bag in the car they were stiff. On another occasion we asked our fries to be placed in separate bags and were ignored. On the positive side, they keep their lobby clean and their bathroom clean. read more

I stopped buying sodas here once you raise the price to some ridiculous amount. It does not cost you that much.

Showed up to a long line, still ordered a 140$ tab, plenty of food, no mistakes, and quick service

This location needs some work on how to make proper french fries and hash browns. They are never crispy and saturated in oil. The fries are always cold and never crispy which is so upsetting because that's what they are known for. The best McDonald's fries and hash browns that I've had was in Ontario on Mountain and I would see an employee cleaning the oil everyday. The employees are very low energy and look like they don't want to be there. Never going back. read more

They take way too long with any order no matter how small . Plus they have the habit of always forgetting something from the order as well.

The automated menu took my order for 1 egg sausage McMuffin, then told me to pay at the register for 4 McMuffins and two beverages. How many people pay way too much without realizing they are being charged incorrectly? McDonalds your attempt to not hire humans is failing miserably. I would far rather have a teenager make a mistake, learn customer service skills to help prepare them for the real world than use useless machines. read more

I'm tired of ordering at this exact Mcdonalds location, not a few but multiple times I've order through doordash, and reported issue after issue, today I ordered again, and I'm done with this situation, I needed to write this review, I don't understand what is happening, one time or two times (even 3 times) is just a mistake, but multiple times tells you how organized they are, and they are not organized at all, how can you miss many details when it comes with accuracy at the time of closing the paper delivery bag, I do work at fast food industry, I know how things work and this has become unacceptable; Again I have ordered multiple times, so to not mention specifically all of them, in a few words, this place always misses the items needed on the order, from forgetting sauces (I paid for), napkins and straws, to completely giving you the wrong order with the right receipt (make it make sense), either my order is messed up, or not how I ordered it, and in all the cases when I have ordered the happy meal, I always order 2 sides of fries (meaning not apple slices), and end up getting just one fry, also getting burnt/dry meat and many times old fried chicken ..... I give up with this place, if you need a number of times I have given this place a chance on this year, it has been 23 times. Ridiculous. read more

My husband and I ordered through the drive through, the girl, jasmine who handed us our food was rude and disrespectful. She handed us the food and turned around to do something else, she didn't say "you're all set" or anything. when she noticed we were still at the drive through she looked at us and said "what are you still doing here" with such attitude. My husband told her we were waiting on my sons drink, she handed us the drink and again not a single "here you go, you're all set" or "have a nice day" NOTHING. I don't see how she's employed working a customer service job with such nasty attitude. My husband and I were both stunned by her rude behavior. read more

This was a small pit stop before getting to the Lavender festival. The staff was really friendly and were making sure our orders were correct. McDonald's - a sign for boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo - Burgers Near Me - Beaumont, California

I came in this evening to get the special Mc double with the chicken nuggets and fries for six dollars. I requested that my food be made fresh upon receiving it discovered that it was not fresh so I walked back into the restaurant and I spoke with Jenny who advised me I could come back in five minutes to pick up my food. Kind of rude considering she already messed up my order the least she could do is bring it to my car. So when I go back in to get my food, the food is still lukewarm. No hot temperature I again go back to Jenny and I asked her what is the problem? Why can't my food be made fresh I just want a hot meal. It's been a long day and I just want a hot meal she Argued me that the food was fresh when it was clearly almost cold to the touch she did, however remake my fries, but she did not make my burger or nuggets fresh. It took three times me returning the food to get it done, right. In my opinion, Jenny doesn't need to work and Customer service because she doesn't give a dang about the customers, nor the quality of the food that she's putting out into the world. You guys should really look at who you're hiring because they are a representation of your company and what it stands for I wish I would've looked at the reviews before and saw you had a 1.5 star rating and I should've known better. read more

Slowest McDonalds we have ever been to. Waiting for apple pies pre paid in the online app for 45 minutes now. Ridiculous.

I Like This McDonalds Because I Used Offer For $1.50 Fries on Any Sizes By Using The McDonald's App

These people are absolutely out of line and should never, ever work with food or the public. we waited 31 minutes for a small order, got ignored when we asked questions and once we got the food and I asked for Jelly or syrup, the Manager threw it on the counter at me, when I complained and told her she was wrong, I was asked to leave., no problem, got home and our breakfast muffins were all burnt black and could not be eaten. when I called them to complain and ask could I return everything with a receipt and get a refund, they hung-up in my face. How the Hell and why haven't the owners of this McDonalds Francise been made aware of how these employees treat customers. It was Un-real! Don't support Businesses like this folks!!! This happended on August 17th, we walked in because the drive thru was backed up clear out into the drive way. I was going to go back and demand my money back for this horrible food but I knew it was going to be a fight. the two girls manager and shift manager are big bullys and I love a good time so it was best, we didn't go back because I was going to go hard. But I want those rude ladies to know they did it to the wrong customer. I own a business myself and I would NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER THE WAY THEY TREATED ME! I won't ever, never go in that dump again. This place is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered a medium fries and they gave me a half portion. The box is not even opened fully. Please see photos. The fries were dry and stale, not even warm at all. Cold! Probably sitting in the shade of the lamp for like 20min? Unbelievable this location has such low quality. Look at the difference after I made them remake the fries for me. Terrible, stale and lukewarm fries, and a miserable register operator.....NO greeting on arrival or departure.....NO SMILES......For $20 per hour these are worthless workers who seem to hate their jobs....They all need to be sent to the Chick Fil A School of Customer Service. If you like waiting a long time for cold fast food then this McDonald's is the place for you! No shade to the folks working there, they're clearly understaffed and are doing their best. First of all owner should this establishment back to corporate, he apparently doesn't care about his customers. For years the plumbing smells like defecation! His prices are like $2 higher than the one on Beaumont Ave. next to 10 freeway. The workers here at 2nd street are too lazy and not friendly. Through my phone app I place my table service with table number. I was on a business phone call and they were taking too long, so I approached the manager and asked for my food and she said she had called my mobile order, I told her I requested table service. So my food was now cold and coffee old and bitter. Look if you are not gonna follow corporate inventions like table service than shut down your business or let someone else take over your business and provide excellent customer service. McDonald's is paying the employees extravagant wages but we the customers pay for that! So if we pay more provide more to us!!!! Across McDonald's every price went up, but more so this location. At the other place I pay like $8 here at this location it's more than $10...it ridiculous already. How can McDonald's charge u like over $10 for a breakfast sandwich, a frozen deep fried potato and an old bitter coffee??? You gotta do better! It's not wonder this place has 2 star rating!!! read more

If I could give it a 0 I would. This man who appears to be the manager was very rude and snappy not to mention he skimped out on my ice cream amount! Surprised they have a 1 and a half star rating it should be 0. read more

This McDonald's should be have its franchise revoked. They are nothing but lazy low down underhanded thieves. On December 2nd my wife ordered food to this location by accident and when I went to go get the food that I PAID FOR the manager working stopped her employee from giving me my food because the phone that ordered the food wasn't present at the restaurant which is ridiculous. She wouldn't refund my money and when I returned a second time with my wife and her phone. After calling the restaurant to speak to the owner and coincidentally their never there and they NEVER return her phone calls. So we reached out to the corporate end of McDonald's and they said I quote " Well have to ask the owners if they can give you a refund" So if the corporation that franchised to an individual has no power to help you! Buyer beware for this business doesn't respect you or the fact that YOU the consumer powers their business. You have been warned read more
