Came here to leave 5 stars and was surprised by all the hate. The staff are always friendly and greet me with a smile. Yeah, the drive-thru gets busy, but that's because people keep coming back. I hate that Panera changed the Sip Club and capped it at 30 drinks a month, but that's not this location's fault. Some of these reviews are ridiculous and sound more like personal attacks. Had a Panera gift card left over from Christmas with about $8 left on it. But, there is just about nothing yummy at this place for $8. In fact, my soup (Mexi corn), chicken Caesar salad and soft drink cost me a crazy $25. WTH? What mere mortal can afford a price tag like that?? Highly recommend the family feast premium for around $40-45 you get a full salad four half sandwhiches (you can chose) quart of soup and baguette and even four chocolate chips. It's really a bang for your buck! The cashier Liam was so nice he was one of the managers. I like how they put everything separated into bowls and plates. We come to this Panera just about every day because we are members of Sip Club. E don't always eat there but we get our drink and go. I have a slight addiction to diet soda. And their coffee is really good. When we do eat here, lately, my breakfast of choice has been the Avo with egg white sandwich. I get it with the Asiago bagel when I remember to ask for it. I will say their breakfast sandwiches are really good. If you're coming for lunch, the soups and salad are delicious. The staff here are just so sweet. Yesterday,Roman was so sweet and offered to do both of ours and have them ready at the same time. This location was pretty good, as far as chain restaurants go. Got my girls kids max n cheese, husband got just a bagel & breakfast sandwich, & I got the margarita flatbread. Delicious food, but the most horrible service anywhere. How hard is it to make a sandwich? These employees have No Attention to Detail. Sandwich completely made wrong, Salad made wrong, missing bread and condiments. How hard is it to read simple instructions on your own system? What's even worse is how they take care of customers. I had to call 3 times ( about 30 minutes ) total on the phone just to get a refund. There is an old saying in the food service industry: " Fix the Customer, THEN fix the problem. I don't mind paying $20 for lunch ( if it's served correctly, but your employees aren't able to follow simple on screen instructions, the teenagers across the street working at Taco Bell pay more attention to detail than Panera employees do. I used to manage a large restaurant in my youth, if a customer had 75 percent of his order served wrong, we would instantly refund and apologize, instead I had to call and complain 3 times and take 30 minutes of my day before anything was credited, very poor management, and careless workers. read more

Well, it was the only Panera I could find in the area within a 10 miles radius, if you're heading to the Morongo Casino and you were thirsty, I am glad they existed for all the right reasons, the have a huge interior and a drive thru, but if you order to go, there's no cups on display anywhere, not at the kiosk, not behind the counter either, you have to tell one of the staff to give you one, maybe there were an incident which people started to stealing all the cups without paying. read more

"A Little Pricey" I went to the Panera Bread Restaurant in Beaumont, CA for the first time and ordered some items to go for me and my wife. The restaurant is very nice with indoor and outdoor seating available. The biggest part of their business is the huge drive thru line of cars picking up orders. I ordered an Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken, a Summer Corn Chowder Soup, and a Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT Sandwich. The size of the salad for the price of $10.29 was a little expensive. And there was not enough dressing for the entire salad. The Summer Corn Chowder soup was very good, but again for the $6.69 price, the soup bowl was very small. The Turkey & Avocado BLT Sandwich was very fresh and tasty, but again for the $11.39 price, it was a little expensive ! Don't know if I will be back to this Panera again ! read more

The four stars is mainly for the service of the employees who were super polite and super courteous. The place was clean and our order came very quick. We went in for the toasted baguettes, the pepperoni was good just not a whole lot of the main ingredient...pepperoni. The Caprese was very good and I would go back for that. We called for a take-out order at 9:08 PM and they were out of bread for my steak sandwich and the turkey bacon sandwich for my wife. We could not order online because of the lack of bread substitutions. We paid $1.99 additional for extra bacon. I am attaching a photo of the bacon. It was undercooked and of poor quality. The turkey was advertised as oven-roasted but looked like processed turkey you would buy in a plastic container at the supermarket. The bacon in the attached photo is from three-fourths of the sandwich. My wife cooked her own bacon for the rest. We believe that the entire order was overpriced.
