Your new Thai Tea is delicious. However, the overall customer experience, particularly during peak lunch and dinner hours, appears to be significantly impacted by operational challenges. It seems the substantial volume of orders received through your mobile app and online platforms, while undoubtedly convenient, places considerable strain on the current fabulous staff. This often leads to extended wait times and a noticeable deceleration in service efficiency, which can detract from an otherwise excellent meal. Regarding the restaurant's upkeep, I would describe the current cleanliness standards as generally satisfactory. Nevertheless, I believe that an increase in staffing levels, especially during busy periods, would allow for more thorough and frequent attention to detail, thereby elevating the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the dining environment. read more

This was my first visit to ANY WaBa Grill. Not too impressed, as the chicken with steamed rice and dumplings seemed like it had been sitting in a warming bin for some time, as NOTHING on the plate was HOT..... The chicken was grossly overcooked and tough, and the dumplings were not cooked enough..... I can understand why this place only has a 2.5 Stars rating on YELP.....I doubt I will be returning any time soon..... read more

It's hard to tell where to start with this place. It's absolutely filthy to begin with, inside and outside. They are terribly short staffed with only one person on the grill and she mixes up orders, they forgot my ribs and a children's bowl and I had to drive back and ask for it but the cook was mad and said she gave it to the wrong customer so now I have to wait "a long time" and proceeds to start sweeping, instead of making my order while passively aggressively giving me dirty looks then made me wait 45 minutes (i kid you not) on top of the 30 minutes we waited before for our original order. The whole time I was sitting waiting the cook would continue to sweep and mop to get ready to close and casually go back to making food, no gloves, no washing hands or anything. This isn't the staffs fault this has poor management written all over it, they are short staffed, over worked and need help but there's no manager on site. read more

I hate to leave a bad rating for one of my favorite places to eat but this particular restaurant has such horrible service. We ordered two entrées, side of ribs and two mini bowls to go and when we got home, one of the mini bowls was missing along with the ribs. when we return to get what we paid for we had a lot of bad attitude from the staff. The cook said in Spanish to the other staff "why I are they coming back for something so stupid why didn't they say something here tell her it's going to be a long time". Very disappointed in the way that they handled the whole thing. We ended up waiting over 45m for them to correct the order....meanwhile we were watching the cook juggling mopping the floors and cutting up chicken with her bare hands. Came here on 5/4 at 12:30 ish. The cashier who helped me was absolutely so kind and nice! She helped my with my kids and deciding on what to order she even made sure she asked my son about the hot sauce for his tacos. She is a great employee who seemed happy which made it even better! read more

It's an unfortunate "store policy" that you will not allow a child to use the restroom because they are not a "customer". I was a loyal customer to the Waba grill brand for a decade or more. Due to this incident I will not give my hard earned money to the brand and will advise others to stay clear of the brand as well. The employees working at this location refused to allow my child to use the restroom because he was not a customer. The restrooms are code restricted for customers only, the code is printed on the bottom to the receipt. I politely asked the employee if my son could use the restroom and was told I needed to have a receipt. I walked out. Thank you to another couple who had their receipt and walked out to offer me the code so that my son could use the restroom, upon re-entering the store we were stopped by a different employee and asked "if we had made a purchase?" I proceeded with "no" and they insisted that my son could not use the restroom because we didn't make a purchase. So the bottom line is Waba grill declined to allow my 6 year old son to use the restroom because he didn't make a purchase. Thank you to the nice lady who offered us the code from the bottom of the receipt, we need more people like you. read more

Service is good, food is good but the serving size has gone dramatically low. Just picked up a family meal on 7-10-21 at 11:58am and the older Asian lady snagged teriyaki sauce out of the kids hand that was giving me my food and told him "no only 8!" So I said yes I asked for a few more and she wanted to argue about how much teriyaki sauce I get. I wanted to ask for more green onions as well since I got 2 tiny cups when online it's advertise as a small bowl of them but I knew she'd argue about how much green onion I get as well. This place gets a low rating from me simply because of cleanliness and staff attitude. The tall skinny guy was nothing but rude at the counter. When I got there, there was a girl who had placed her order already and all he was doing was flirting with her and doing everything but attending customers. Once he got to the cash register he came off very rude. I asked him about a promotion and gave me a stare basically saying "gtfoh w that." Overall his movement told me he didn't wanna be there, didn't care how he handled my food. When he gave me my food I asked him for an extra WaBa sauce and he gave me this very annoyed look and got bothered. At that point I asked for another but a spicy one and did the same. I was eating my chicken bowl today and was stabbed by a bone, I pulled it out of my mouth and it was just over an inch and a half long. I called and the girl couldn't understand English and just kept wanting to take my order. I asked to speak to someone who could understand me and the girl told me that it wasn't possible there was a bone in my chicken. I told her I have the bone in my hand so I have proof and a hole in my gums from it. The line got quiet and then a guy got on the phone and said.... she's just a regular employee, she doesn't know what to say to you and all I can do it call the distributor but they won't do anything... Quick, clean eats for a reasonable price! The salmon is delicious, very fresh. Way to much rice for me but I know some would love it! Definitely add an avocado, cause it's life! Duh! The kale salad is yummy too chopped up w/ red cabbage and spring mixed greens. The one thing I loved is their spicy jalapeño carrots! So good . $14 for the entire meal and water. Chicken bowl was terrible dry overcooked, also tried the beef bowl was even worse tasted like beef jerky very disappointed.

I'm a huge fan of Waba grill, and I was excited to see a new location opening closer to my neighborhood. My dad and I decided to try this location out the other evening. While waiting for our food, I made a few observations; The staff preparing the food weren't wearing gloves. I noticed they were touching/adjusting their clothes, and then touching the food. Especially at the station where the chicken and beef were being chopped. Staff that were going from the storage area in the back to the food prep area were not washing their hands. The condiment station was very dirty. The bottles of the teriyaki and hot sauce openings were crusted over. No tongs to pick up the lemons. We requested avocado with our meals, and it was pulled from the refrigerator, presliced. I then noticed the girl use her bare hands (after handling the register) to place it on the top of our meal. Imagine ice cold avocado on top of your hot meal? With the lid on during the 10 min drive home, the shrimp became soggy and wet. Not worth the $25 we spent on a plate and a rice bowl. It went into the trash. I will be contacting the health department. read more

My expectations are not high when it comes to chains. The staff was extremely friendly and even let me use my free soda check in with a beef bowl instead of chicken.
