It was in the lobby and then ran under the drink machine. We went inside to use the restroom. There's two double doors, and both were unlocked and there was a line through the drive thru. So we assumed they were open hence the unlocked doors. So we walk in, see the RAT and then run to the counter to ask to use the restroom. The lady then YELLS at us and interrupts saying "NO NO NO! YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN HERE!!! When my family and I went through the drive-through, we had to wait about 30 min and there were only about 3 cars in front of us. When we were finally at the window, we could see a bunch of the employees just standing together and talking, not working on our meal, and we had to wait a while at the window for our food. Once we left, we realized they missed a part of our order and we had to go back. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for the rest of our meal. A huge waste of our time. read more

what a frustrating stop yesterday, we don't normally like to stop at McDonald's and now remember why. The lady in front of us changed her order three times on the menu board, then she got up to the payment window and changed her order again, and if that wasn't bad enough, got to the second window and returned all of her food . By the time we got our food, it was cold, the coffee was cold, and we wasted 15 minutes in the drive-through line . I was traveling on the road with some other people and we were hungry. So after getting gas in a gas station nearby, we went to the drive thru of this McDonalds. It was a bit awkward finding the entrance to the drive thru and, despite there being a sign saying there were two lanes in the drive thru, there really was only one. We waited awhile before it was our turn to order. Since there were a few of us, we ordered quite a bit of food. But from there, it didn't take that long for our food to be ready and the lady at the drive thru window was super friendly. Our food was delicious as we ate it in the car. For a McDonald's location on our road trip, it wasn't bad. If I ever head in this direction again, I'll probably come back to this McDonald's. read more

However, as busy as this place is (and not that clean as a result of trying to save on labor, l have never gotten one hot enough after adding the same amount of creamers lbalways do, at least 5 times a week at different McDonald's and my "home" one. Further, there is always some issue at the desk, as nice as the staff is there. Last, because of its convenience right off the 15, it has truck stop ambience no matter how it may look from the outside. That also lets the owners charge more, which few likely realize. Regular oatmeal at others is 3.59. Here? 4.29 (b4 tax). Senior coffee elsewhere? From .65 to .99 to 1.49 near Beverly Hills. Here?? 1.99 and HUGE sign, NO refills. This is quite possibly the absolute cutest store that I've been to. It is like a mini train and looks like it sits at its own little train station. It was disappointing to stop here because we'd checked on line to see if this particula4 store were open. It said that it was but when we arrived it was not. We even cross referenced with the posted hours on Yelp. I believe it is listed as one of the stores that is open 247. It was not. We had been on quite a drive already and this would have really been a nice rest stop for us. We also were in need of a restroom. This is such a cute location. I cannot stress that part enough. If you're able to stop in I pray ou will and include photos. It was pretty late when we made our stop here and so I wish I were able to get those photos but it'll have to be on the trip next time. Given this location is in a high traffic area, you would think it would be more organized. In my opinion it's not. We did the kiosk order and it never appeared on the screen. Meanwhile lots of customers got their food prior to me even though they came later. We did not order anything out of the ordinary either. I realize this particular McDonald's has been there for a while with it's mish mash of bizarre low ceiling rail cars kinda smashed together along with a totally cramped series of building bits obviously built at different times. Two stops there in the last month and walked out with no food. The service is terrible here. They are professionals at ignoring anything you might have to ask. Not friendly at all. There are many employees, but the only two nice people I encountered were a janitor and the man making my drinks. Also, no refills allowed, but they cover the sign so you won't know if you don't ask. I spent nearly $100 in food (we have a large family but $100 doesn't go a long way here) and they forgot so many items in my order. By the time I got their attention to give me my missing items, my food was cold. The manager was the worst. She refused to give me the sauces I asked for that were supposed to be included in my meal, so I showed her my receipt and she said she was out of my requested sauce. She said she would have to go downstairs to get more but she didn't want to do that. Also, extremely dirty EVERYWHERE. The bathrooms had toilets full of everything (if you know what I mean) and none were flushed. The topper is it was extremely HOT in that place. I was sweating and very uncomfortable.
