Friendly staff that greet you upon entry, a great touch. We recorded our YouTube broadcast from a corner table, and they were nothing but pleasant. We ate a burger and had some coke and all was good. Stop by on the way to Vegas!! read more

Nope this not the place to stop. On my way to Vegas and stopped by the drive thru and placed order with no one in front or behind and was asked to pay for order and to park to have food brought out. There is no need for that for the reason that food was ready in a few minutes. When employee that was a female came to bring out order did not know what car I was in and gave our order to another car. I right away noticed the other car just came out of the drive thru and was told the same as well. That lead to our food being opened and handled. There is no need for this to happen Jack n box. It's Barstow and should be easy in and out. Well it was not. I immediately went inside to inform my food was given to the wrong customer and was given immediately an attitude. Manager came out with an attitude as well and made no eye contact, just said "give me your credit card you used" without letting me explain for feedback so this would not be the case. The workers are all not motivated and dropping pans and kicking them around. Shit is nasty and crazy in there how bad it is. I am so glad I did not eat food there with how it's handled. Do not stop here go to the Baker location much better experience. read more

Stopped by this Jack in the Box at 7:45 PM on our way home, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We placed our order at the kiosk, and when my husband tried to order an Oreo shake, we were told the shake machine had already been cleaned and couldn't be used--even though they don't close until 10 PM. It was frustrating, especially since there were still cars being served in the drive-thru and plenty of time left before closing. I understand cleaning procedures are important, but turning away customers hours before closing for something as simple as a shake was a letdown. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for. read more

* BEST & NICEST customer service on HWY 15 * My two sons and I travel to Las Vegas regularly to visit family and we have been opting to stop here for our commute grub. We used to pull over in Barstow but sometimes it's just too crowded and we just want to get our food and go. I wish I had the employee's name on hand to give her a specific shoutout because we have been helped by her twice in the drive thru and although it's a quick get and go my children and I have praised her kindness and customer service as we pull back onto the highway. Employees working today 12/26/25 approx 2:30pm, thank you for the good vibes. read more

Jack in the Box - This is absolutely horrible, barely any lettuce, no pickles and no onions. This is supposed to be a regular jumbo jack. - Fast Food Near Me - Yermo, California

I've been to this location a lot of times and everybody here is so nice, so helpful, and so pleasant. Even very specific and detailed orders, they get right every time and with a smile. Not just one person but everyone here excels at providing a great experience. Really above and beyond. I travel pretty often between Las Vegas and Los Angeles and, driving from Vegas, this is the stop after Eddie World and this Jack in the Box is so good, we always drive past Eddie World to stop here. read more

This was probably the best jack in the box I have ever went to. The service is great first of all the staff working tonight a 9PM!!! Was the nicest lady I have met. I went to the bathroom and it was very nice and it had these futureristic toilets and they were nice. When we got our tacos we asked if we could get some hot sauce since in my family we love the hot sauce there and she literally pointed to were the fork are and they were free to grab!! I've never been to a jack in the box that has free to grab hot sauces! And best of all there wasn't a lock it code to use the bathrooms! read more

I placed an order on the app and mistakenly put carry out instead of drive thru. I pulled up to the drive thru and Debra (I believe was her name) was really sweet and told me not to worry and pull up. My food was HOT first time ever at any Jack in the Box and everything in the bag. Friendly, fast, hot food to keep you moving on the 15. read more

Zero stars!!!!! Am here getting a quick bite, the dinning room is EMPTY and FILTHY! And there are FLIES EVERYWHERE! Literally trying to sit and eat and the flies are everywhere IN THE RESTAURANT DINNING ROOM trying to eat and 5 flies land on you, swarm over your fries and your food. I literally had to throw my food away and leave u was so DISGUSTED! The place was dead, boy busy at all not even in the drive thru. Get TF out there and clean that filthy dinning room!! The flies wouldn't be there if it was so filthy! Lazy workers should be ashamed. I've worked years and years in fast food and never in my life have I worked somewhere so gross and dirty. If I were there manager I'd write them all up!!! I am so beyond grossed out it's not even funny. With the state of the dinning room and the flies I can't help but think they whole friggin place is filthy. If they can't wipe down a table you think the clean the oil? Wipe the counters? Wash their hands?? Well I can't trust that they do. I go from Vegas to yermo pretty regularly and whenever I can't do Peggy Sue's ( right next door) I do Jack in the box, only drive thru until today and I promise you I will NEVER eat at this location ever again in my entire life! I'm so beyond grossed out and I swear to God if I get food poisoning!!!! UGH. read more

Was at the drive thru and they asked you to wait a minute and I was waiting politely. They took a few minutes to helped me and then we asked for some burgers and tacos and they said they were out of tacos and then we took a minute to order something else because they took their time to helped us and now we had to get something else instead but then a guy started taking saying they had to close and for us to hurry! Then I told him I was a manager of a jack in the box from fresno California and that what he was doing was wrong because they don't supposed to rush costumers to order and then he just said im not trying to be rude after he was being rude! Just a mess honestly the worse experience I event had at a jack In the box! Idk what is wrong with people now days! They barely want to work!!! I would honestly give -5 stars if I could to this jack location read more

Absolutely fresh food! Customer service was great too. Thanks, Cindy for getting our order correct!

Please don't come here food is always cold !! Even if there no line!! They charge for dipping sauce!! Sometime they don't give you all your food!! I always have to check before I leave the place!! Because they will say they give it to you already!! I just I didn't mind that the food was always cold because I would take it home to reheat it!! But now they are starting to charge for dipping sauce, even if your item need dipping sauces to eat with like eggs rolls or onion rings!!! At least McDonald's give you a certain amount of sauce for the item and then charge you extra if you exceed the amount!! I guess I like dipping sauce with my food!! Without sauce!! There food tastes bad read more

THEY SUCK! That says it all. The food is standard. But it is over priced because you are no where. And even if you are the only person in line. No one infront of you, no one behind at the drive through, they will say, "Please pull forward and park in front and we'll bring it to you." WTF? You go to the drive through for speed and they make you wait as long as if you had parked and gone in. Not once, not twice but seriously every time I have gone there in the last year except once! WTF?!?!?! I work at the plant that is BS! I will share how shitty your service is with everyone who works there, because your service is shite. read more

We totally love this specific Jack in the Box! Kenny ( the manager?) and his team are absolutely THE BEST! We were passing by with our truck and saw they were already cleaning , ready to close it was very late. But they were not hesitating to let us in and prepared everything fresh for us. ...best burgers and fries we ever had and that kind of customer service and dedication to the job and wanting happy customers is what we haven't seen in a very long time, not even in fancy restaurants anymore. KWNNT, you're really amazing and a super great role model for your team. We will tell all our friends about that and will stop by every week now on our tours!!! read more

Ive had a very bad experience the past couple times. I've come with wrong orders, bad service, long waits with no other costumers there and I went last night and met a lead named Miguel And he apologized on behalf of the crew that have been there and made our food and experience with Jack in the box great !! thank you again Miguel read more

The past two times I have visited this location my food was completely wrong and not what I ordered. I ordered a munchie meal and received completely different sides and the drink was wrong. I was the only person in the drive thru and my order was not overly large or complicated so I don't see where things could've went too wrong there. All things considered even though the food was wrong it was still hot and fresh. read more

An ok Jack in the Box. Nice people working with good customer service. Ran in quick to grab some road food, not bad. I used to really love JINB, but it feels and tastes like they have lowered their quality over the last 10 years. Not just this one, but all of them. The buns are styrofoam dry husks that used to be tasty. Still a fan of the egg rolls and tacos. read more

We're 151 miles away from Vegas and I'm in desperate need of a restroom. What can I say? I'm a girl and that's what we do. This Jack in the Box stands alone off the I-15 freeway with nothing nearby except for a few gas stations on the other side. It's a little creepy but it was the only option besides the gas stations and gas station restrooms are just plain filthy. This one was just as bad. While the stall was clean, it was unappealing from the outside and there was a woman washing laundry at the sink. The automatic dispensers didn't work and I had to keep pushing the dryer to dry my hands and ultimately gave up and rubbed them dry on my jeans. I walked out and suddenly I was in the mood for shakes. I think I'll be stopping at every Jack in the Box until I try everything they have to offer. The vanilla shake was a rich creamy shake and the small was enough to handle and really gives In-n-Out some stiff competition. Our grilled cheese wasn't all that great but it was enough to munch on until the next stop. Also shakes are 50% off until New Years. I might get another one if I'm in the mood. read more

worst jack in the box there was a lot of flies and the food smelled like roten fish and the drinks were water and some didn't work im never coming here ever read more

the service was terrible my husband had to repeat himself more than once just for non spicy chicken and waffles for our toddler which comes with two chicken strips and another order of three spicy chicken strips with curly fries. not only did my husband have to go back twice to tell them they got it wrong they didn't do anything about it. no curly fries were given my toddlers meal had a spicy strip with a non spicy strip as her two and the other meal also had two non spicy strips. My husband was upset already as is because the employees weren't listening to him. He even showed them pictures from their website. he didn't even bother going back in to ask them to fix it again. they charged him for the curly fries we didn't receive and for three spicy chicken strips we also didn't receive. it was one out of the two that was actually spicy. read more

Went to JIB today and see the chicken strips, that were 10.79 for 6 strips is now 10.79 for 5 strips. The 4 strips are now 3 strips at the same price as was the 4. Is that light raising the price 25%? Tables were dirty and did not get all items in my take out salad order. Not a good place.... read more

Catrina is the best cashier , and Miguel makes the best tacos , don't forget about the people in the back helping out too.

When you're hungry and this is the only place to go to, then you do it. I'll add that their tacos were delicious! The munchie meal was okay and a bit too saucy. It didn't help that the dining room was closed! I drank my soda quickly to get another refill lol! read more
