This particular Subway is located inside a mini mart associated with a Pilot gas station. It's neat and clean inside and they have tables for eating there. One thing that I thought was particularly nice, was that there were electric outlets for charging at each of the tables inside. I was not able to use my Subway Rewards at this locaton, as I was told they only honor the Pilot Rewards program. However, they do honor Subway coupons and also observe their nationally advertised specials. read more

Subway is our "go to" road food. This one is inside a Pilot. The gas prices were reasonable and restrooms were clean. We arrived at noon on 9/17/23 and were warmly greeted at Subway. I should have gotten her name because she was a sweetie. We chatted while she made my sandwich and it was clear that she took pride in preparing good food and keeping everything clean. the lady that helped us at Subway was so kind. we also had a great experience at the gas station. gas was a reasonable price and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. we were driving home to SoCal from Vegas on a Friday. the subway lady helped us know we could get a discount on the sandwich we chose, because it was the sub of the day. the sandwich was so good. also, i love their subs on the go around the corner. overall, it was a really great experience at this gas station and subway. even the gas station guy that rung is up for our snacks was really personable. read more

Wow! No more wraps made with a tortilla!! They're made with a nasty gritty flat bread. Not only are they cheaper on their toppings (I only got 3 and the with the olives I got about 7 slivers, maybe 1 1/2 olives total. They've also almost tripled the price!! 2 wraps, 1tuna 1 Turkey, cost $24.00!! Will be making my wraps at HOME from now on, with a Tortilla, not gritty bread! read more

Honestly best service at a Subway I have ever had! The employee was super friendly and went above and beyond by making a salad and slicing the meat without being asked. When I told her thank you for slicing the meat she responded by saying "I always like to think about the customer experience and what would be easier to eat". Wow! We went to this Subway located inside the Pilot Store to grab lunch during the way to a family trip to Vegas. The sandwich artist was incredible, and made our sandwiches absolutely the way we wanted it. Even when we asked for extras, she did not complain, and joyfully fulfilled our requests. I believe her name was Chelsea. Big Thank You, your kindness was greatly appreciated!! **One note, we went to the subway across the street inside the TA store, before coming to this location, and the service there was absolutely far from great. I believe we were treated by the manager who was incredibly impatient and rude. She gave us rude stares and answered our questions with a sharp tone, which ended up in making us not even ordering as it was just an uncomfortable experience. What really drew the line was when she made an unjust stare at our son when I was asking him what sandwich he wanted, and there was no one in line behind us so it wasn't like we were holding up a line or anything. They're also overpriced, as it is a pop up Subway and not a full functioning one like inside Pilot** Save yourself the money and the uncomfortable experience at the TA store and stop at the Subway inside the Pilot store!! The dining area of this Subway was clean nor tidy. The service was very slow for the lack of customers in the store. I was greeted as I entered by one person yelling from the back. I was rather upset that the person that made my sandwich looked like he hadn't showered in a week and literally just rolled out of bed. The bread for my veggie delight was hard and flaked apart with each bite! :( my spinach was also very wilted and had a little slime on it due to being too old. The Diet Coke I had was delicious and delivered the caffeine I was needing! I also appreciate that they had baked chips as a side option. Took a Drive out to Barstow to shop at the outlets and decided to stop by subway for a sandwich. Worst mistake I've made in a while. I ordered two sandwiches one for me and one for my girlfriend, staff was somewhat friendly, and we sat down to eat. As I was eating my sandwich I noticed there was a hair on my chicken. Before I jumped to conclusions or overreacted, I said to myself it could be mine so I simply removed the piece of chicken with the hair on it and continued to eat my sandwich. Around 3 or 4 bites later , I see a SECOND hair on my sandwich and I was very disgusted at that point. I quickly asked who seemed like the manager for a refund after showing her the SECOND hair on my sandwich(her face was priceless, disgusted as mine was) and I was refunded for that sandwich only. We stopped here on our way to CA and on the way back to NV. Both times, our experience was a very good one for healthy fast food. The dining room was clean which was nice because we have little ones. The employees were nice. And the food was as expected. We took some pictures outside afterward and the female manager even came out and took a picture of our family for us.
