Drive through experience was find except a long queue, not their fault. Food came out fine

They take forever and are always in a bad mood ‍‍‍ why work where you have to see a lot of people if you're going to have an ugly attitude.

This location needs more people at night, took 30 minutes just to get to the drive thru to get our order taken another 10 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting for our order to be taken just for the person to say he was the only one working. I guess this is why adults don't order from McDonald's. They gave me a extra six pease nugget I had to pay for and didn't realize until I got home. The fries were WAY over cooked. And I'm sure my Smokey blt with no bacon the meat wasn't cooked all the way and the smell and taste of the sauce for the "Smokey" makes me want to time to find a new McDonald's to order from I don't want my kids getting sick. On my way to the airport, I stopped here to get some coffee. It was $1.97 and I gave them two dollars. The woman brushed me through without giving change. I didn't quite understand why she wouldn't give me change and she pointed to a sign saying "we appreciate exact change." Nothing about we will REFUSE to give you change if you don't give us exact change. So I asked for my change. She didn't give me all of it, just two cents of three. Which isn't a big deal, except for the principle of it. Had she asked if I would be willing to give three cents, I would've totally done it. But the fact that she took it without my permission didn't sit right.. Because I had to get to the airport, I didn't have enough time to process this madness , so I went to the airport and circled back. I went inside the restaurant and asked to see a manager. While in line, someone in front of me bought something and was given one cent back as change. No question, no drama. I explained what happened to the manager and she tried to justify what happened by saying they only had pennies. Not acknowledging that I wasn't asked if I would be willing to forfeit my change, not acknowledging that I only needed three PENNIES back, and Not acknowledging the fact that the man in front of me got HIS PENNY back.. WTH!? She mumbled a "sorry" as she walked away from me. This is appalling to me. It's only a penny, but if they can confiscate a penny without my permission, they can confiscated dollar. I always with a deep resentment of myself and a slight disgust of the food. This store is so stingy with the chicken nugget sauces. Local grocery has eggs 1 1/2 dz. for $2.30 !! ) the pancakes had to get tossed with the hash browns. The large coffee was just coffee, no Slenda, no creamer, none in the bag. The Lady and I stopped in here due to the constant commercials about the new Quarter Pounder with Cheese and she wanted to give it a try. This location was on our route today, so in we went for the first time here. One star was earned as the two working the cash registers were very friendly, even though the rush hour had started and it was clean except for bits of trash left over from lazy customers. A second star was earned as the order was correct. Now, the burger. You know the big burger you see on TV? It is what I would call a slider when presented. Taste, meh. Cheese was not even melted. Was it cooked after ordering?It appeared so, but possibly had been cooked some then finished off when ordered as it came out really fast (cannot say for sure as the view of the grill was blocked). We did not try the fries. All in all, I may give it another try but the Lady said she wouldn't, so we split there. I did like they had several pickle slices and some onion as opposed to just a tad. The traffic pattern is a bit scary, so I would suggest going inside rather than using the drive-thru. read more

Yikes. Unclean, bathrooms were filthy. I give them a star because the burger was on the money. I liked the fries. But it was hard to see unclean tables throughout the place and bathrooms as nasty as they are. But the service was fair. It's the second or third time I have been there and the place is just never clean. To me, that's the most important part of a food establishment. Even the outside of the McDonalds is messy at times.
