Went thru drive thru around 4:30am to grab some breakfast. There was know one on front of us so it should be been pretty quick, right? Wrong. From the looks of it, it looked like a possible new girl broke a machine , so the other one finally decided to help her, then the third lady is cleaning right under the window while we all 3 stare at her and try to get her attention, cause our car was dring in the drive thru . She completely avoided looking at us , then 10 mins goes by and the last who was helping out the 1st girl with the machine finally grab a our food and quickly hands it to us and closes the window. I just received the most DISGUSTING food at this McDonalds . The quarter pounder wasn't a normal one; it was thin & SATURATED with grease, cleaning the grill maybe and sat this deformed burger in the puddle?!? The filet-o-fish was slapped together so that NOT ONE ingredient was placed where it belonged, either on the bun or in relation to the other ingredients!!! Lukewarm fries, just so wrong!!! I ordered a $5 deal for 20 pc mcnuggets. 1st they couldn't find my code and asked me to pull up to the window. I said I can try to just order on the app since they can't find my drive thru code. I got to the window and gave the girl my code and she was handing me my order. I asked for sauces and she said she didn't know because she was new. I asked to speak with someone not new. Then the next guy tryed to give me taco sauce. Finally the manager came and said they stopped having cajon and sweat chilli sauces and I said. Please just hand me my order, the girls placed it right there on the counter. He said none of them were my order and it just came thru, but I had to pay again. I hope I wasn't charged twice. He didn't say the price, and I thought it was still the $5 deal. I seen the recipe and it was charged $7.66. I told him he made a mistake and I needed it charged correctly. He said he can't do that. Then I just asked for a refund and again he said he wasn't authorized to do that. So I said to just give me something that is equal to the amount I was over charged. He refused to do that. Said he doesn't work with the app. If he would have said the amount. I could have stopped him ahead of time. There is a young lady that works here, blonde, young, longer hair and usually is the person handing you the food at the second window in drive-thru. Her name may be Elizabeth. I have gone through this drive-through on more than one occasion and that same young lady has never smiled at me, never made eye contact, nor has she ever ,ever spoken a single word to me... she is cold, a just a rude B**** with zero customer service skills. Terrible place if you try to go at night. My husband works the night shift at the hospital and every time he tries to go to McDonald's on his break they tell him they're only taking cash. You can't call and check before driving all the way either as they turn their phones off during the night shift. It's open 24 hours but the night crew is lazy and probably takes the cash they make, don't answer their phones, and basically is just a waste of time. While the building may have been upgraded, the service is still consistently mediocre, at best. Sadly, today was one of the worst days of service from this location. First, the young girl who corrected my order was very nice and apologized for the botched drive-thru order, so that one star is for her! When I pulled up, there were two cars in the first lane and none in the second. Guess which one I took? It didn't matter as three cars in the other lane went through even before they offered me service. The guy behind me was noticeably upset as well. I had to ask if someone was there to actually get service. Perhaps I should have asked that when I pulled up. My order did have two special requests of no whip creme on the frap and no mustard on the cheeseburgers, so not sure if that caused the confusion and messed up the order. I also added a combo meal with no special requests. I was quoted 10.75, so I immediately knew the order was entered in wrong. I tried to ask for help, but I could hear that the girl moved back over to the other lane to assist the fourth customer. I decided to drive up to the pay window and talked to the girl about my order. Again, she was very sweet and apologized for the mishap. She said "pull forward to the first window." Ok, now we all know that the first window can be taken one of two ways...the first window at the end or the first window you drive up to. Just to be safe, I stopped at the first window I came to and waited. The window was wide open and not a single person was there to assist. I waited about a minute when the first car at the head of the line pulled out, so I went forward. As I inched forward, the girl finally leans out the window and tells me to come back, so I backed up (never a good thing in a drive-thru) and she tells me "go park in one of the one spaces up front." She could have said hello, how is your day, thank you for potentially causing an accident due to our error, thank you for waiting at an open window (isn't this a security violation?), sorry for the delay, or even thank you for for coming back, but rather she told me "go park in one of the spaces up front". I didn't mind the wait so much as that meant a new order would be cooked and the food would be fresh. It took 7 minutes of waiting (two full songs and a third played on the radio) out front before the manager brings the food out. She confirms the order but again, no thank you for waiting or sorry for the messed up order. My response to her was "Are you going to bring me the drinks too." She replied, "Oh, she didn't give you the drinks?" Well, no, so she had to go back and get the drinks that by this time was a mushy frap and a combo drink with slightly melted ice. No worries, they put nearly a half cup of ice, so I had plenty. The manager brought the drinks back, wished me a good day, and went back inside. When I got home, there was an extra french fries, so I thought that was nice. NOPE, they screwed up the order a second time too, but hey, I have a trashcan to dispose of those. Luckily, my daughter's special order was perfect. I decided to try the chicken tenders based on the picture on the menu, but they were inedible. The skin was super dark brown which I knew were overcooked and/or was cooked in old grease. I knew this, well, from working at a fast-food joint as a teenager and just plain old cooking common sense. I live less than 2 miles from this place, but the meat was so hot and dry, that the bottom of the bag was incredibly hot to hold. They were so dry, that I had to put water on one just to cool it down and to help make them digestible. I could only eat one as it was too chewy, so I gave them to my dog. He eats anything but refused to eat them until I pulled the breading off and even then, he grudgingly nosed them around the plate. This was 20 minutes later and they were so overcooked, that I still could not use my fingers to split them apart as the cooking temp was so hot. My dog chawed down on these tenders like bubblegum; that's how chewy they were. Now, I leave this long post to share a bad experience that seems to happen in drive-thrus. We all know the saying about drive thru's, but it happened to me again. Luckily, I had PB&J at home, so I got a good entre to go with all my fries. Ok, yes I know, but I was still really hungry. A waste of 7 dollars on a combo meal, and while mistakes can happen, it just seems that this location continues to make them. Eh, can't complain, way busy but not really their fault. The kids love the play place there, but for some reason there is one door in the play area and it sets off an alarm if it gets open. My husband & I eat at McD frequently . At other McD's we can order a med meal & still get a large drink (all fountain drinks $1) but at this one you can only get the size cup that your meal is.
