At one point, an employee was wiping the counter and her rag touched my tortilla, so they had to remake it. When I went to pay, I asked for guac. The employee making bowls and burritos was clearly overwhelmed, but the other employee could have quickly put on gloves and grabbed a cup of guac so I at least had something while waiting for the veggies to finish cooking. All in all, the process took about 40 minutes. For this being a new establishment, I expected much better service and organization. It also seemed like there were no managers present during the evening shift, which may be part of the problem. I understand places get busy, but the lack of preparation and coordination made the experience really disappointing. Knowing that there is a regular dinner rush, the restaurant should be much better prepared. Running out of staple items during peak hours shows a lack of planning. I usually order black beans for both myself and my husband, but there weren't any prepared at all, so that wasn't even an option. For such basic ingredients to be unavailable during dinner time was really disappointing. Another thing that stood out was that no one working acknowledged or apologized for the extremely long wait. Considering how long customers were standing there, it would have gone a long way for someone to at least apologize or offer something small for the inconvenience. I didn not even ask for grilled peppers and onions. Queso, pico or any of the other empty dried containers. The new Chipotle is staffed with teens probably working their first jobs. My first job was McDonalds. I somewhat became a people person. My manager eventually pit me on kids Birthday parties. I learned a very valuable lesson at 17 years old. I do hope these young adults are learning something new each and every day as part of the workforce.

The pizza was exactly what you would expect from gas station pizza but at a normal pizza place price.
