This was one of the best service we have ever gotten here in the Outerbanks. Most is lukewarm but over here folks are greeting you from the very first step you go in. Biscuits so famous that there's always a guaranteed line! Biscuits so famous they have a rather fascinating name accompanying it. It was great especially for breakfast we came back at 7:00 am determined to get some of those biscuits goodness and we got it piping hot and delicious. Prices are affordable and great selection. I love places like this unassuming but delightful! So whenever you are in the Outerbanks. Give them a try! Friendly service and good affordable food!

I don't normally frequent WG, except for buying nail polish and using their Redbox kiosk, but that might change now that this location is even closer to my home. I walked in today to check out the new digs, and it looked pretty much like every other WG. Marsha, the Beauty Department employee, welcomed me the moment I went through the doors. She also rang me out when I was ready, and she gave me great customer service. She made sure all of the nail polish were on sale, and went through the flier for any coupons. The store was quiet, but I'm sure that will change once people start to realize this location is open. Like most other branches, they have a drive-thru pharmacy--I will be switching my prescriptions to here. I did notice they don't have a Redbox kiosk outside--bummer. When we first arrived no others were inside, but after 5 or 10 minutes customers started pouring it. Luckily before the others showed up, we were able to order food with no reservation. I could overhear others ordering and received push back due to the limited choices available. I have never visited Royal Farms after 'normal' business hours and expected to get food. But on this night it was a first and they came through. I believe my husbae ordered a chicken dinner meal and I ordered a few chicken tenders. I ordered three tenders, but only should of had two. The tenders were pretty thick and filling. :) It's been about 6 weeks since I visited and I haven't returned since. I plan to check them out during the day to see what they offer during 'normal' business hours. But the location was perfect and the service was pleasant as well even at that late night hour. I emailed them, expressing my interest in a few items. While I didn't expect a response until they were open, Fran invited me to stop by anyway (we had already departed the OBX). She was kind enough to process our order and ship it safely and securely to us. Again, all before they opened for the season! We were so very pleased with our purchases and the kind service. This continued today when Fran realized that they had charged us twice for our order, something I hadn't realized. She had issued a refund as soon as she learned about this and emailed me the receipt. Again, what an exceptional level of Customer service.
