Staff was not at the register to order. When they took there time to do so it was meh. McDonalds desperately wants you to use self checkout which I refuse to use. Anyone see the report on the amount of fecal matter tested on the screens? Google it. Shakes and fries tasty which gets them to a two. Will not return.

They had a good amount of seating with bar seating where you could watch them cook, and by the window. As well as community seating with a large table and several booths near the back of the restaurant. The only thing that bothered me was that they did not have a changing table in the women's bathroom which made it hard to change my daughter's diaper. Otherwise everything was pretty good.

I go and first I hear sorry we are closed then someone else says no we are open the other voice again no we are closed. I typically order through the app and do a curbside order, but the few times I have ordered inside they are always busy at the drive through and do not seem to pay much attention to the front unless it is busy inside also. Another thing I don't enjoy when going through the drive thru is that instead of greeting me, I'm met with someone's back until my food is ready. They should engage with their customers better.

First ordering from the drive thru, you can't hear the order taker. After many 'huhs?' and her refusing to speak louder I just hoped she got my order and proceeded to the window. When HWY 58 entered into Suffolk, there were some options, but this BK had a drive through - the operator was super nice (I think it was around 6:30am-ish) so not a huge rush. I was the only person in the drive through line, but it took a while... I assumed they made my breakfast sandwich fresh. Coffee and sandwich in hand, I was good to go for the rest of my drive home - with exception to bathroom stops. You can tell this BK has some history to it, but it has a large parking lot... even a small side street with a traffic signal so you aren't turning out into HWY traffic (not that it is all that fast going through town) but it does make a difference if you are trying to make a left.
