Even the nicest one has become terribly rude and nasty at the window. And each time I experience a rude encounter I tell myself that I'm never going back; but I do out of convenience. Yesterday I learned my lesson when I was treated like trash to say the least. Ordering my food was meet with huffing and puffing over the speaker. First window, rolling of the eyes and the window's slide was slammed after I was given my receipt. Next and last window was a riot. More rolling of the eyes, rude tone and when I asked for ketchup I was given a glance as if I was less than trash. Today at 7:30am I'm at the ODU location and was met with smiles and giggles through and through. Every window a smile. Every window has good energy flowing As much as I love supporting businesses a block away from my house, I'm going to unfortunately never return to London location in Portsmouth . When you order one of the Mozzarella Cheese Planks, they give it to you in a little box with a cup of sauce, a slice of bread, and a couple of pickles. I was not expecting it to have such a presentation and I have to admit, the charming nature of it almost brought a tear to my eye. It was just about the cutest damn thing I've seen in a long time.
