Management was contacted didn't do anything about it. All he said was he didn't know what was going on and proceeded to blame the customer. Something needs to be done about a violent and reckless worker. The owner and manager aren't de-escalating the situation at all. They turned their heads as if it wasn't their problem. Maybe corporate needs to handle this.

I advised her I wanted $25 dollars on pump 17 and I put in my telephone number which lets the attendant know how many gas points I have that I could use to pay for my fuel,as soon as I gave her my credit card she swiped it ( here I am standing waiting for her to tell me how much I had available( referring to the gas points you receive for shopping at Kroger and Harris Teeter, most of us if not all know what I'm talking about ) she returned my card and my receipt without even asking me about the points. I was kind of disappointed because when I got fuel this past Monday I had .20 off so I knew I had more available to redeem. I don't want to put her name out there because I don't want to cause any problems but I want Kroger to enlighten their employees so this doesn't happen to anyone else,we all want the option to save money so that's my point I'm trying to get across. I didn't give 5 stars only because this is the first time this has happened to me!. No big deal but I just wanted to put this matter out in the open.

Good selection of all items you usually find and is newer and cleaner than many others. It's near truck stops so it has a little extra in the way of items to try to compete with that. We get fairly good prices compared to other gas stations around the area if you are headed that way.

Had a very uncomfortable experience at this location early this morning. A manager escalated a…read morenon-issue by calling police, fire, and medical responders regarding someone who was asleep in their car and not bothering anyone. The situation was handled without discretion or empathy and felt inappropriate and excessive. While I understand store policies, involving multiple emergency services in this way was unnecessary and embarrassing to witness. I use to regularly shop at Wawa and support this business, which made this experience even more disappointing. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location. This experience significantly changed how I view this location.

The hot food service is self-serve, and it's within arms reach of the nearly constant line beside it, because of the constant flow of people and sometimes slow checkouts. This is unattractive to me; I don't really know if someone hadn't come by and rubbed their hands all over the cooking food or not. Sorry, I just don't trust people not to do such things in a location like this. I go because of the convenient location and the fresh juice drinks are the same as other local 7-elevens, but this place could use a little more TLC.
