BP is one of their partners where you can redeem your fuel points for a 10 cent/gallon discount per every 100 fuel points. I ended up with a 40 cent/gallon discount on my last visit! Some notes: - press "Loyalty" on the touch screen at the pump and enter your phone number that is associated with your Kroger account and follow prompts - you can get additional discounts if you buy a car wash - 7 Eleven is the convenience store attached, the store seemed clean and service was friendly The last time I was there, their gas pumps were down but they did not put any signs outside. Customers were pulling up to gas pumps and were left in the dark (me included). Some waited, some drove off. I would suggest having some "Out of Order" signs readily available to slap on the pumps should they have another IT emergency. It's nice to have an option nearby for gas. No, I was driving back to NYC from North Carolina and needed some gas before I got on that freakishly long Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. So, I pulled into the BP here and got my gas and was back on the road in a jiffy. The place was clean, there were plenty of pumps and I was able to get in and out effortlessly. Like I said, it was a gas, baby! The only weird thing was when I was pumping gas into my rental car, this guy comes over to demonstrate some car cleaning product. I told him I didn't need it and he says "Why, you don't own a car?". And I said "No I don't. I live in New York so I take the subway everywhere. Do you want to see my Metrocard?". I don't think he believed me, so he proceeded to clean the trunk of my rental. It did look good and I told him that Budget Rental Cars would thank him. He was nice enough, though, and very handsome, but I'm still concerned that he thought I would lie about not owning a car. Don't I look honest?

There's always fresh coffee (and clean counters) cause someone is always manning the coffee station. Plenty of choices from snacks, drinks, etc. The restrooms and store are always clean. The only thing I don't like is with the high level of foot traffic at the store sometimes there will be only one cashier which causes the line to get long, but to be fair, that is from time to time and not on the regular. Make sure you get a free Kroger Plus membership so you can take advantage of in-store savings, digital coupons and fuel points. You get one fuel point for every dollar you spend so if you spend over $100 in a month you get a 10 cent per gallon discount at the pumps. Spend over $200 and you get a 20 cent discount, over $300 for a 30 cent discount and so on up to $1 per gallon discount if you spend over $1000 in a month. The fuel points you earn in one month are redeemable the following month. Any unused points expire at the end of the following month. If you regularly shop at Kroger you can really save a lot of money on fuel. Fuel savings are limited to 35 gallons which is pretty generous. If you set it up right you can bring two vehicles and fill them both up. The normal posted gasoline prices are usually fairly competitive but certainly not the cheapest however when you couple it with a discount it usually ends up being the cheapest option in my local area. Choose from regular, mid-grade, premium or diesel. Even if you don't have available fuel points you will still save 3 cents a gallon with your Kroger Plus card. This facility is new so everything is clean and organized and in proper working order. There are plenty of pumps and I've never had to wait more than a minute or two to find one available. Just scan your Kroger Plus card and the display will ask you how much of your available discount you want to use then scan your credit card and pump your fuel. The spacious layout of the plaza provides easy access in and out.

They stock everything one would expect to find in a modern convenience store. This location has gasoline and diesel pumps available to fill your fuel needs. An air pump is also provided should you need to pump up your tires. The lot is well maintained and generally free of debris. Employees are always friendly and helpful, the store is always neat, clean and well stocked. I pass four 7-Eleven stores on my daily commute but this one is the only one on the right hand side of the road on my way home from work so it is very convenient for me to stop here. There are two access points in and out of this location so that just adds to the convenience.

WaWas have restrooms while Slevens do not. The similarities are that they are both great and a little competition is good. "The Good" - The staff are great. They are friendly and smiling and are always fast with a sincere "How are you doing?" - Refer back to my review of Bill's Hot Dogs concerning the police cruisers. This location is very police cruiser friendly. - Slurpees .... like you need more of a reason to visit a Sleven. - We are far enough below the Mason-Dixon to have Beer and Wine sold here. - This location has a gas station attached. - Lottery.
