The hot food service is self-serve, and it's within arms reach of the nearly constant line beside it, because of the constant flow of people and sometimes slow checkouts. This is unattractive to me; I don't really know if someone hadn't come by and rubbed their hands all over the cooking food or not. Sorry, I just don't trust people not to do such things in a location like this. I go because of the convenient location and the fresh juice drinks are the same as other local 7-elevens, but this place could use a little more TLC.
