I frequent this store a few times a week, and have always had excellent and friendly service from all employees except for tonight. I walk in, only customer, and proceed to the register. The female working had her cell phone in hand above the register, so I was in her direct line of sight. She never acknowledged my presence, no greeting, so I then said I'll have four packs of Marlboro Silver 100's, please. I had ID in hand as your staff always cards me, but she never asked for ID. She then put down the phone, moved slowly to reach for the packs - had she moved any slower she'd have been going backwards - rang up the packs, then walked over to the front window. Guess she assumed that I was paying by card and not cash. She never told me the amount of the purchase, so I asked if we were good, and what's my total. Her reply: you saw me ring 'em up, I put the smokes in the bag, the price is right there. Two other customers had entered the store by now, so instead of taking issue, I stated that I'd talk to the manager tomorrow. Her response: I don't care who you talked to, and then kept on with attitude about what she had done for the purchase. I departed. Tomorrow I will speak to the manager, and have this comment in hand for her review and whatever corrective action that she deems appropriate. Sorry, I just don't trust people not to do such things in a location like this. While I understand store policies, involving multiple emergency services in this way was unnecessary and embarrassing to witness. I use to regularly shop at Wawa and support this business, which made this experience even more disappointing. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location. This experience significantly changed how I view this location.

The inside has the typical convenient store stuff. I mostly see people there getting lottery tickets and beer. The air pump is fairly nasty and I dont like getting charged for compressed air. Take your car to Wawa if you need to put air in your tires. It is free there. It can also be tough pulling out of the station since it is located on a corner lot and there is a bad intersection there. Be careful.
