I order the pepe in a wrap it was not good very bland, the meat were not filling as well the veggies, i upgraded to s pesto pasta but I just threw it smell and taste so bad. Love this location SO MUCH!! Had a super short layover and needed something quick and this location was right around the corner from where I was staying. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the workers. Two females and one male. All super freakin nice and honestly made my night. I'm a flight attendant and was still in uniform and we were all talking about my job and having such a nice conversation. All lovely people!! I ordered an 8 inch regular tuna sub with Mayo, onion, lettuce and tomato. Sandwich was so yummy! Definitely not a single complaint. My expectations for a chain sandwich shop are generally, pretty low, but this place exceeded them all. The servers were attentive, helpful, and made me feel appreciated. The restaurant was clean, but did not smell like cleaner. It was well lit - enough so that a person could tell the establishment and its fixtures were clean, but didn't give off a sterile glow. North military location Their logo has two stars; that's about right. This is what a $20 sandwich looks like (16 inch). Even if I were to ignore the fact the store didn't include bacon (as the menu indicated), it seems to be lacking in the lettuce, tomato and turkey areas too. Once the cost of side items were added (which I had to go back to get, as all weren't included in the carry-out order) this meal was $30. But, at least the employees were nice. read more

Wait time for delivery is always 40 min to an hour...which is obviously insane for any delivery service, especially a "freaky fast" one...the staff is amazing and the food is great, but for a company that is known for their speedy deliveries...well not good enough. Also today's delivery time is an hour and 5 min. Update: went to the actual store to pick up another order and everyone looked unresponsive and Dewwy eyed. This location has excellent management. An online order had an error and there was difficulty in canceling it. As each franchise is independently owned and operated (or so I was told) they escalated my (small) problem to the manager. Not only did he send me an email to follow up and give resolution, I was repaid for my time. I had my fav sub-Slim 2, double beef, add bacon. Here's what I expect out of Jimmy John's... Good quality ingredients, knowledgeable enough staff, and fast service. They had all of this in spades. They also had a tremendous amount of patience, self restraint, and understanding...they were working at a location that was stumbling distance from the Beer Fest. I order for Jimmy John's regularly- sometimes everyday. Within the last two weeks I ordered my usual order and the chips were stale (soggy) and weird. Maybe they were open and I didn't notice before opening the bag. The next day I ordered again and wrote in the delivery instructions about the chips hoping to see a credit, etc. No such luck. I spoke with the delivery driver about the situation and he said to call next time and the chips would be free. I just did and the manager asked questions like, "when was this?" and "how can chips be stale?" Finally he said if I called right away he might have done something, but now he would not. I even referenced by comment in the delivery instruction. Finally I said that I could not believe losing a customer was worth $1.75 and that I would NEVER order from Jimmy John's again. I love Jimmy John's. The bread is always nice and soft and fresh. The other thing I like about jimmy John's over Subway is they are way more generous with the meat and cheese. They also offer a lot bigger variety of sandwiches, sides and toppings. One of my favorite things to get is the pickle, I usually get it cut into quarters because it is usually a very large Dillpickle. Just like the commercial says the subs will arrive your location way faster than you think possible. The one thing you should remember is to get them to cut your sandwich in half because they will not normally do it unless you ask. If you are ordering multiple sandwiches ask them to write the persons name or what type of sandwich it is on the outside of the rapper, on numerous occasions the sandwiches have shown up and we have to open it to figure out who sandwiches which, it's usually not that difficult but it is a mild inconvenience. read more

The California club is a decent sandwich, the only one I get. HOWever... It's smaller than a 5$ Subway footlong. One sandwich can run you over 6 bucks, not including a drink and chips. Expect to wait a total of all 45 seconds and your order is up. If you are in a rush, and reallyyyyy need a quick bite, this is the place to go. If you aren't in a rush, then go somewhere else downtown where you can get more variety for your money. read more
