My family loves Lion's Choice, and we order here often. I have always been happy with the food,…read morebut that's true of any Lion's Choice. This one is the worst I've ever seen. Their website doesn't work properly half the time, so too bad if you want to order online and then pick it up when it's ready. Also, even when the website does work, they still can't always manage to get your order right. And why are they so chintzy with the BBQ sauce, which these sandwiches really need? If it's made of gold or something, then maybe they should charge for it. Instead, they typically give you half the number you ask for, or less. We usually get the large sandwiches, and one tiny packet of sauce for each sandwich is not nearly enough, but they really hate to part with their sauce. You'd think the cost of the packets is taken out of their paychecks or something! Maybe they should bottle the sauce and sell it in grocery stores, like some other restaurants do. At least that way, we wouldn't have to put them out by asking for it at the restaurant. If you love Lion's Choice, I strongly urge you to go to any location but this one. I assume this is a franchise, and each one has a different owner. This owner clearly doesn't care at all.

They offer a wide range of burger options. The main proteins are turkey beef and black bean. The toppings combinations are exponential. We ordered a regular cheese burger and a black bean burger. The bun is soft and fluffy. The toppings are as fresh as you can get. The beef burger was juicy and flavorful. The veggie patty was crisp and tender. We also ordered the hand cut fries and they did not disappoint. The big reason we decided to give them a try was for the milk shakes. Most of the burger places offer shakes made with frozen custard. Having an egg allergy prevents everyone in our family from being able to enjoy a shake with their meal. The shake was perfectly thick and delicious. They have a nice variety to choose from. The space is brand new, bright, clean, and comfortable.

My only complaint is that I asked for mayo, mustard and pickles and got extra mayo (I wiped off more than 1/2), pickles and didn't get mustard. But, it still tasted great. I ordered a lasagna, chicken parm, and chicken carbonara. This came with a whole bunch of breadsticks. From worst to best.... The Lasagna was acceptable. Chicken parm was pretty good... i mean its nothing like making it at home or going to a nicer italian place. But for what i paid, i would happily order it again. The chicken was tasty, and actually had some crisp to the breading. Lastly the carbonara... this was actually tasty. I added a bit more pepper and devoured this one. The sauce was a bit thin like some other reviews say, but i would eat this again for sure. Overall, pretty solid based on what I remember from way back.
