Their website doesn't work properly half the time, so too bad if you want to order online and then pick it up when it's ready. Also, even when the website does work, they still can't always manage to get your order right. And why are they so chintzy with the BBQ sauce, which these sandwiches really need? If it's made of gold or something, then maybe they should charge for it. Instead, they typically give you half the number you ask for, or less. We usually get the large sandwiches, and one tiny packet of sauce for each sandwich is not nearly enough, but they really hate to part with their sauce. You'd think the cost of the packets is taken out of their paychecks or something! Maybe they should bottle the sauce and sell it in grocery stores, like some other restaurants do. At least that way, we wouldn't have to put them out by asking for it at the restaurant. If you love Lion's Choice, I strongly urge you to go to any location but this one. I assume this is a franchise, and each one has a different owner. This owner clearly doesn't care at all.

They offer a wide range of burger options. The main proteins are turkey beef and black bean. The toppings combinations are exponential. We ordered a regular cheese burger and a black bean burger. The bun is soft and fluffy. The toppings are as fresh as you can get. The beef burger was juicy and flavorful. The veggie patty was crisp and tender. We also ordered the hand cut fries and they did not disappoint. The big reason we decided to give them a try was for the milk shakes. Most of the burger places offer shakes made with frozen custard. Having an egg allergy prevents everyone in our family from being able to enjoy a shake with their meal. The shake was perfectly thick and delicious. They have a nice variety to choose from.
